Abstract

The high number of dengue fever cases in Indonesia will reach an increase of 30% in 2022, which can cause death, which is caused by the Aedes aegypty mosquito vector. Control and eradication of the Aedes aegypti mosquito is generally carried out using chemical insecticides. However, continued use of chemical insecticides can cause resistance in vector mosquitoes and have negative impacts on the environment. Papaya leaves (Carica papaya L.) have long been known to have various health benefits, including as a traditional medicine for dengue fever which contains active compounds such as flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins and the enzyme papain. The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of papaya leaf extract concentration (Carica papaya L.) on the mortality of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. This type of research is a laboratory experiment, carried out at the FK UNPRI Laboratory. The population in this study was 30 Aedes Aegypty mosquito larvae and the samples used were extracts from papaya leaves (Carica Papaya L) with concentrations of 15% and 85%. The sample collection technique uses purpose sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results can be concluded that papaya leaf extract (carica papaya L) at a concentration of 85% is proven to be effective against the death of Aedes aegypti larvae. (p = 0.379 )with the LD50 equation within a 2 hour minimum period to kill Aedes aegypti larvae. The higher the dose of papaya leaf extract will result in a greater number of larval deaths.

Abstract

Employee turnover is a critical issue for organizations, affecting productivity, morale, and operational continuity. Understanding the determinants of turnover intention is essential for developing strategies to retain valuable employees. This study investigates the factors influencing turnover intention among employees at PT ETU in Jakarta. Utilizing a saturated sampling method, data were collected from all 55 employees of the company. The analysis was conducted using path analysis techniques, with data processed through SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that workload exerts a positive and significant impact on turnover intention, indicating that higher workload levels are associated with an increased likelihood of employees intending to leave the organization. Conversely, the quality of work life demonstrates a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, suggesting that better quality of work life reduces the propensity for employees to consider leaving their jobs. These results underscore the importance of managing workload and enhancing the quality of work life to mitigate turnover intention at Start-up Company.

Based on the results of the partial correlation analysis, it was stated that there was a positive influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance, a value of 0.897 was obtained, so it could be concluded that the level of influence was very strong or a Determination Coefficient value of 80.5% was obtained. Then, a hypothesis test was carried out to obtain a t value of = 8,710 > t0.05 (51) = 1.680, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning there was sufficient evidence that there was a significant influence. Meanwhile, the results of the partial correlation analysis of Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance obtained a value of 0.871, so it can be concluded that the influence is very strong or the Coefficient of Determination value is 75.9%. Proven by hypothesis testing, the value of t = 7.448 > t0.05 (51) = 1.680 is obtained, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is evidence, there is a significant influence. Meanwhile, the results of the partial correlation analysis of Work Motivation on Teacher Performance obtained a value of 0.791, so it can be concluded that the influence is strong or the Coefficient of Determination value is 62.6%. Proven by hypothesis testing, the value of t = 3.784 > t0.05 (51) = 1.680 is obtained, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is evidence, there is a significant influence. Simultaneously, the Principal's Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance were processed using the SPSS Version 28 for Windows computer program. The Model Summary value or R value of 0.832 was very strong and while the R Square value was 0.692 or 69.2%, there was a positive influence. Proven by the ANOVA test or Fcount for the Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation variables on Teacher Performance, a value of 36.612 was obtained, which is greater than Ftable (52) of 2.790 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be said together -sama has a very significant effect.

Abstract

The aim of the research in writing this thesis is to determine and analyze the influence of work culture on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, to determine and analyze the influence of discipline on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus and to determine and analyze the influence of work culture and discipline together on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus. . This research is analytical observational research, namely the researcher makes direct observations of respondents by distributing questionnaires for analysis using quantitative research methods. Regarding research, the author used a saturated sampling technique. In this research, the author narrowed the population to 50 employees at the Pasar Minggu District Office, South Jakarta. There is an influence of Work Culture (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), because the t value for variable X1 (Work Culture) is 7.913, while the t table value for N = 70 is 1.994. So 7.913 > 1.994, it can be concluded that partially the Work Culture variable (X1) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y). There is an influence of Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), because the t value for variable X2 (Discipline) is 10.755, while the t table value for N = 70 is 1.994. So 10.755 > 1.994. It can be concluded that partially the Discipline variable (X2) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y). There is an influence of Work Culture (X1) and Discipline (X2) together on Employee Performance (Y), it is proven that the Fcount value is 302.318, while the Ftable ( 0.05) for n = 70 is 2.74. So Fcount > from Ftable ( 0.05) or 302.318 > 2.74 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be said that Work Culture (X1) and Discipline (X2) together or simultaneously have a positive effect on Performance of employees at the Pasar Minggu District Office, South Jakarta (Y) with an R Square value of 0.900. This shows that 90% of Work Culture (X1) and Discipline (X2) together influence the performance of employees at the Pasar Minggu District Office, South Jakarta (Y), while the remaining 10% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

Digital disruption has changed organizations in unprecedented ways. The rapidly evolving field of digital leadership currently receives little attention, with only retrospective studies of its evolution having been conducted so far. This study presents a bibliometric and network analysis that combines Scopus and Web of Science databases to provide new insights into the evolution of the digital leadership research field. The study is based on a review of 79 publications from 57 journals, published between 2000 and 2020. The novelty of the topic and the range of journals that publish on it confirm that digital leadership has attracted interest from a wide range of fields. The bibliometric analysis provides a description of the research field identifying the leading publishing journals, affiliation statistics, and the most influential authors and publications expressive of the research field. Network analysis identified the evolution of keywords over time, co-citation relationships, and research clusters. Content analysis was used to identify key topics in the field with an eye to the interrelationships between them. A brief description of each paper in the dataset and its methodological approach is provided. The results suggest that this topic will continue to attract more research, as it has not yet entered the maturity stage. This paper contributes to the literature by analyzing the relationship between digital leadership and e-leadership. The study also identifies the most important digital leadership capabilities for a rapidly changing world. Limitations and future avenues are also discussed.
