Abstract

The nation's development depends on public participation in the political system, including paying taxes. Taxpayer compliance with tax payments is still an issue, and numerous instances of tax evasion and delinquent behavior exist. The government needs tax revenue to support green economy projects aimed at tackling climate change and promoting sustainability. Ensuring people pay their taxes is crucial for funding these programs and achieving the country's environmental goals. This study explores the relationship between taxpayer compliance with tax payments sin Indonesia and understanding of automated data exchange networks and the green economy. In this study, 100 respondents in Balikpapan Tengah, East Kalimantan, were given questionnaires, which were used to collect data using quantitative methodology and correlational design. The data was processed and examined using SmartPLS. The findings of the analysis show that the AEoI System significantly improves people's compliance in paying taxes. Furthermore, the green economy contributes to increased taxpayer compliance. The adoption of the green economy also benefits from a greater understanding of the automated information exchange process. The study's findings suggest that adopting automated information sharing and the green economy may impact taxpayer compliance with filing taxes. The government can use these two techniques to enhance tax compliance and base its policies on this conclusion

Abstract

DISNAKKESWAN Lampung Province faces employee productivity challenges such as lack of control and supervision, including tardiness issues. A less than optimal work environment, such as limited space and facilities, also hampers productivity. In addition, weak organizational culture and the inability to match work demands with employee needs also interfere with performance. The study aims to examine more deeply about these two factors whether they can increase employee productivity. The target of the respondents is employees of the Lampung Province Livestock and Animal Health Service (DISNAKKESWAN). 50 employees were used as a sample for this study. Saturated samples are used as a sampling technique. Using primary data obtained by distributing questions directly using paper whose number is in accordance with the number of questions to be answered and the number of respondents. SPSS 26 is used as a data processing application. The results of linear regression showed that the dependent variable had a positive role in the independent variable. Hypothesis analysis shows that organizational culture and work environment are very supportive of work productivity. Then simultaneously the two independent variables have an impact on the bound variable. Although this research still has some limitations, the author hopes that the results of this research can be a useful guide in the future, so that employees can be more optimal in their work and are expected to increase employee productivity.

The vision of "Golden Indonesia 2045" targets Indonesia as a developed country with superior human resources (HR) and global competitiveness. Adolescents, as the nation's next generation, play a central role in achieving this vision. However, their mental health faces serious challenges that can hinder their full potential. This study explores the influence of Indonesian adolescents' mental health conditions on their contribution to achieving national development goals by 2045. Factors such as social pressure, academic expectations, and the impact of social media play a significant role in influencing adolescent mental health. If left untreated, mental disorders can reduce productivity, innovation, and the quality of life of the younger generation, which can ultimately affect the achievement of Golden Indonesia 2045. This study emphasizes the importance of psychosocial support, inclusive education, and responsive policies to ensure adolescent mental well-being and support their strategic role in national development.

Abstract

Reducing carbon dioxide emissions is key to mitigating the adverse effects of global climate change. The expansion of the financial industry has become a vital aspect of economic growth, yet it may induce carbon dioxide emissions. This study investigates the relationship and causality between financial development and carbon dioxide emissions in Indonesia. The analysis uses data from 1971 to 2018 for per capita carbon dioxide emissions and credit provided by the financial sector as the main variables, while uses GDP, energy consumption, export value, and population density as the control variables. The Johansen cointegration test and VECM Granger causality are used to analyze the relationship and causality between main variables. The result indicates that financial development has a positive short-run and long-run relationship with carbon dioxide emissions, with bidirectional causation in the long run. It suggests that the government's program to develop the financial sector may harm Indonesia's carbon dioxide emissions. Therefore, the government should consider the environmental implications of financial development and introduce policies that incentivize financial actors to promote green finance and low-carbon technologies and support green initiatives.

The main objective of the research is to analyze the influence of communication quality, employee engagement, organizational support, and work coordination on perceived value by tourists and tourist visits, as well as their impact on the local economy of West Bangka. The research uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Data was collected through a survey of 400 tourists visiting West Bangka Regency, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that all independent variables significantly influence perceived value and tourist visits. Communication quality has the strongest influence. Perceived value is proven to be an important mediator between independent variables and tourist visits. Tourist visits also significantly influence local economic impact. This research contributes by developing an integrated model that links value-based communication strategies with tourist visits and economic impact in the context of developing regional tourism. The research findings provide evidence-based guidance for tourism stakeholders in West Bangka to enhance destination attractiveness and promote local economic growth. Research limitations include a focus on one geographic area and a cross-sectional design.
