Abstract

Human resources are a central figure in the organization. The central figure is a leader and employee. Organizations must have employees who are knowledgeable and skilled as well as efforts to manage the agency as optimally as possible so that the effectiveness of employee performance increases so that management activities run well. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on performance effectiveness, the effect of competence on performance effectiveness, the effect of work discipline on performance effectiveness and to find out which variables are more dominant in influencing performance effectiveness. This research method is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach using a Google Form-based questionnaire distribution technique with a total of 40 respondents. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the Leadership Variables (X1), Competence (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) had a significant simultaneous effect on the Employee Performance Effectiveness variable (Y) at the Department of Culture and Tourism of Tapin Regency. Furthermore, the Leadership Variable (X1), and Competence (X2) have no partially significant effect, but the Work Discipline variable (X3) has a partially significant effect on The Effectiveness Of The Performance of the Tapin Regency Culture and Tourism Office. Meanwhile, the Competency Variable (X2) does not have a dominant significant effect on The Effectiveness Of The Performance of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Tapin Regency.

Abstract

Research purposes This is For know and analyze influence Motivation Work and Environment Work on Nurse Performance with Satisfaction Work as Intervening Variables during the COVID-19 Pandemic . Types of research This is study correlational use method descriptive and analytical track (Path Analysis) with approach quantitative . Variables independent consists of from motivation work and environment work , variable dependent that is performance nurses and variables his intervention that is satisfaction work . Samples used in study This use technique Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling of 96 people. Technique taking sample use formula Slovin. Data collection was carried out with method spread questionnaire , observation and interview direct . Data analysis techniques using analysis descriptive and analytical path ( path) Analysis) with help Smart PLS. Abstract

The Effect Of The Complexity Of The Duty Of Covid 19 Handling And The Work Professionalism e Of Members On Police Performance In Law Enforcement In The Time Of Handling Covid 19 At Polres Katingan, Under The Guidance Of Lanny Purnama Kosasi And H. M .Zaid Abdurakhman, 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the complexity of the workload and professionalism of members simultaneously on the performance of the police, to determine and analyze the effect of the complexity of the workload and the professionalism of members partially on the performance of the police and to determine and analyze between the variables of the complexity of the task load and work professionalism. members who have a dominant influence on the performance of the police in law enforcement during the handling of Covid 19 at the Katingan Police Station, Central Kalimantan Province. The population of this study were members of the police force at the Katingan Police Station, Central Kalimantan Province, amounting to 290 people and the sample in this study was 74 respondents. The data processing technique uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis through SPSS. The results of the first hypothesis research that the complexity of the task load and the professionalism of members have a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of the police, the results of the second hypothesis that the variable complexity of the task load and the professionalism of the members have a significant effect on the performance of the police have a significant effect on the performance of the police. on the performance of the police in law enforcement during the handling of covid 19 at the Katingan Police, Central Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

Study This lift relatedness between motivation, discipline and means infrastructure on Employee Performance of Employees Government with Agreement Government Work (P3K) Barito Kuala Regency In Marabahan City. Object study is visitors employee with Employee status Government with Agreement Work (P3K). Retrieval technique sample used with technique taking sample is total sampling, with amount sample study as many as 142 employees whose placement is in the Department of Education and the Department of Agriculture Food Crops and Horticulture Government Barito Kuala Regency, engineering analysis used is analysis regression multiple For know influence motivation, discipline and means infrastructure on Employee Performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Servant Leadership , Organizational Culture and Compensation simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Employees of the Barito Kuala Regency Transportation Agency in Marabahan. To determine and analyze the influence of Servant Leadership , Organizational Culture and Compensation partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Employees of the Barito Kuala Regency Transportation Agency in Marabahan. To determine the variables of Servant Leadership , Organizational Culture and Compensation that have a dominant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Employees of the Barito Kuala Regency Transportation Agency in Marabahan. The data analysis method uses a quantitative method , this type of research is included in the type of explanatory research, science can be classified as a type of causal research, namely research that wants to find an explanation in the form of a cause-effect relationship between several concepts or several variables. The results of the study show that Servant Leadership has a partial significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable. Culture Organization partially has a significant influence on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable (OCB). Compensation partially has a significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable. Servant Leadership , Organizational Culture and Compensation have a significant effect simultaneously on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the Barito Kuala Regency Transportation Agency in Marabahan. Variables that have an effect dominant towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is variable Servant Leadership. This means that the better the implementation of servant leadership in the organization by the leaders, the better the tendency for the implementation of organizational citizenship behavior by employees.

Abstract

Throughout 2021, the Indonesian stock market went through various dynamics due to Covid-19. This study aims to determine the stock market reaction to financial sector index companies using the variables Abnormal Return (AR), Security Return Variability (SRV), and Trade Volume Activity (TVA). The research time was conducted before and after the second spike in Covid on July 15, 2021, starting from the launch of IDX-IC on January 25, 2021 to July 15, 2021, and after the peak on July 15, 2021 to December 31, 2021. The type of research used is quantitative with secondary data sources. The number of samples was 51 banking sub-sector companies from 104 financial sector index companies. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive tests, normality tests, paired sample t-tests if the data was normally distributed and Wilcoxon signed rank tests if the data was not normally distributed. The results obtained were that there was no significant difference in AR, SRV, and TVA in the period before and after the second peak of Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of training on employee competence 2) the influence of work motivation on employee competence 3). the influence of training on employee performance 4). the influence of work motivation on employee performance 5). the influence of competence on employee performance 6). the influence of training on employee performance through competence 7) the influence of work motivation on employee performance through competence. The population in this study were all Satpol PP and Damkar employees totaling 150 employees. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 37 employees. Data were analyzed using path analysis with the help of smart PLS SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) software. The results of the study found that: 1) Training has an effect on employee competence. 2) Work motivation has an effect on employee competence. 3) Training has an effect on employee performance. 4) Work motivation has an effect on employee performance. 5) Competence has an effect on employee performance. 6) Training has an effect on employee performance through competence. 7) Work motivation has an effect on employee performance through competence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of tax revenue realization and planning on achieving the tax revenue target with service quality as a mediating variable at the Regional Revenue Service Unit (UPPD) Banjarmasin II. The population in this study is all people who pay taxes at the Banjarmasin II Regional Revenue Service Unit (UPPD) totaling 585 people, the data is taken from a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS Version 3. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Characteristics, Work Motivation and Training on the Performance of Drug and Medical Device Management Officers at Health Centers in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Respondents in this study were Drug and Medical Device Managers at Health Centers in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency with a sample of 52 respondents. Data collection techniques were through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study were validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test analysis. The results of the study showed that characteristics, work motivation and training influenced the performance of drug and medical device management officers at health centers in Hulu Sungai Utara district by 72.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Servant Leadership, Workload and Organizational Culture on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees at the DPRD Secretariat of Tanah Bumbu Regency . This study uses quantitative data analysis methods, namely grouping data based on variables and types of respondents, tabulating data based on variables from all respondents, presenting data for each variable studied, performing calculations to answer the problem formulation, and performing calculations to test the hypothesis that has been proposed. For research that does not formulate a hypothesis, the last step is not carried out . The results of the study show that servant leadership partially has a significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable. Thus it can be concluded that increasing Servant Leadership also increases Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This implies that the better the implementation of servant leadership in the organization by the leadership, the better the tendency for the implementation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior by employees. Workload partially has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables. There is a significant influence of the workload variable due to the target that must be achieved in terms of how much work an employee must complete
