Banking plays a crucial role in supporting national economic growth through its intermediary function, liquidity provision, and credit distribution to the real sector. During the monetary policy normalization period of 2022–2024, the banking industry faces the challenge of maintaining optimal credit distribution without neglecting risk control and capital strengthening. This situation emphasizes the importance of evaluating bank health, both empirically and based on relevant theoretical frameworks. This study aims to analyze the health level of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk based on Risk Profile, Earnings, and Capital aspects , and examine the results from the perspectives of Risk Management Theory, Efficiency Theory, and Trade-Off Theory . The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of financial reports for the 2022–2024 period. The indicators analyzed include Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The research results show that BCA is in the Very Healthy (PK-1) category, with an achievement level of 96.00%–100.00%. Credit growth was not accompanied by an increase in credit risk, profitability increased consistently, and capital remained well above the minimum threshold. These findings demonstrate that the balance between credit growth, risk management, and capital adequacy is key to maintaining banking stability during the economic recovery period.

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness and product quality on repurchase intention of MS Glow skincare products with brand trust as a mediating variable. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 120 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University who have used MS Glow products. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS application. The results of the study indicate that brand awareness and product quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. In addition, brand awareness and product quality also have a positive and significant effect on brand trust. However, brand trust does not have a significant effect on repurchase intention and is unable to mediate the influence of brand awareness and product quality on repurchase intention. This study provides theoretical contributions to marketing studies as well as practical implications for companies in formulating marketing strategies that focus on strengthening brand awareness and improving product quality.

This research work proposes the integrated statistical and ANN approach for the evaluation and prediction of the wind power potential of Pemba Island, Zanzibar, Tanzania. Monthly wind speeds and meteorological data from NASA POWER were used to assess the wind power potential of the region using ten consecutive years of data (2014-2023). From the results, it was evident that the region has marginal to moderate wind power potential since the wind speed averages 6m/s. Wind speed in the region is high between May and August. Wind power density in the region was between 130.46 and 170.43 W/m2. This information proved that the region has the ability to implement small to medium-scale and hybrid wind power systems. An artificial neural network was also developed to predict the wind power density using various parameters such as wind speed, temperature, relative humidity, wind direction, and precipitation. From the results, the ANN has excellent predictive ability since the value of R2 was approximately 0.9998, and very low levels of error for the prediction of the wind energy potential of the islanded grid.

The development of aquaculture activities requires effective sales and marketing management to support business sustainability. This study aims to design and build a web-based fish sales information system to improve marketing efficiency and operational performance at the Cerme Rice Pond, Gresik Regency. Problems encountered include manual recording of sales and inventory, inconsistencies in stock data, and delays in report preparation, which impact service quality and managerial decision-making. The method used in this study is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed web-based to integrate the management of fish data, inventory, sales transactions, operational activities, and reports in one centralized database. System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method to ensure functional suitability, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using a Likert scale to measure the level of user acceptance. The results of the study indicate that the developed system is able to improve data recording accuracy, accelerate real-time information access, and support the preparation of structured sales reports. The UAT results obtained a score of 85.6%, categorized as very good , indicating that the system is acceptable to users and meets the operational needs of the ponds. The novelty of this research lies in the implementation of an integrated web-based fish sales information system specifically designed to support marketing efficiency in village-scale aquaculture businesses.

Burnout is a psychological problem frequently experienced by healthcare workers due to high work demands, emotional stress, and patient care responsibilities. This study aims to analyze the influence of job strain and defense mechanisms on healthcare worker burnout, with resilience as an intervening variable at Dr. Nur Clinic in Cimahi City. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of healthcare workers working at Dr. Nur Clinic. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the relationship between the research variables. The results showed that job strain significantly influenced resilience, while defense mechanisms also had a significant influence on resilience. Resilience was shown to have a significant influence on healthcare worker burnout. Job strain did not directly influence burnout, while defense mechanisms had a significant effect on burnout. In addition, resilience was shown to mediate the relationship between job strain and defense mechanisms on burnout. The findings of this study indicate that burnout in healthcare workers is not only influenced by work pressure, but also by the individual's psychological ability to deal with work stress. Therefore, strengthening resilience and developing adaptive coping strategies are important to reduce the risk of burnout in healthcare workers.
