Currently, Indonesia's digital economy reaches Rp 391 trillion, with a contribution of 49%. The most popular online purchase plan in Indonesia is Travelling. Traveloka.com is an example of e-commerce that allows customers to find flight tickets from various airlines. The high level of business competition and technological advancements currently impact the progress of the service industry, which has become more practical by integrating application-based technology with transportation services. This study aims to compare the influence of trust and convenience on the purchase of airline tickets through Traveloka.com and other e-commerce platforms. In addition, this study also examines the differences in the effects of these two variables on undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Faculty of Economics, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods and data processing through the SPSS 25 program. The research results show that trust has no influence and is not significant on Purchase Decisions, as evidenced by the t-statistic test result < t-table (1.548< 1.99912) and a non-significant value (0.126>0.05). Ease of use has an influence and is significant on Purchase Decisions, as evidenced by the t-statistic value > t-table (8.623>1.9912) and a significant value of 0.000<0.05. The research results are expected to provide an overview of consumer preferences in purchasing airline tickets based on trust and comfort levels, as well as differences in preferences based on respondent groups.

Both countries show positive trends in the use of zakat for long-term development purposes, with Indonesia standing out in productive zakat initiatives and Malaysia in education and health support. The study concludes that despite differences in approach, both countries demonstrate a commitment to modernizing and optimizing their zakat management systems. Recommendations for future research include quantitative analysis of the impact of different paradigms on poverty alleviation and exploration of the potential for hybrid models that combine the strengths of centralized and decentralized systems.

Abstract

Internalization refers to the process of instilling certain values, which takes place in three stages: transformation, transaction, and trans-internalization. In the case of the clean village tradition in the Old Village, this process occurs during the month of Syuro/Muharram. The aim of this research is to examine the transformation of social values within the clean village tradition in the Old Village Javanese community, the transaction of these values, and the internalization of these values in the community. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with purposive sampling for informants. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis follows the approach of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results of the research reveal that the transformation of social values within the community of Lama Village, Sei Lepan District, generates positive values, particularly from a religious standpoint, communicated through the clean village tradition. These teachings encourage individuals to live cautiously, avoid violating Allah's religious laws, and maintain a strong sense of faith. The transaction of social values during the clean village ritual enhances the community's faith, tolerance, understanding of almsgiving, concern for the environment, respect for elders, and ability to cleanse negative traits from the heart. The trans-internalization process has become ingrained in the daily lives of the Lama Village community, with social and religious values actively practiced. Deliberation to achieve mutual consensus and the practice of helping and cooperating in times of need remain highly valued in Lama Village, Sei Lepan District.

Abstract

The low score of Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) of Indonesian students in 2022 is a serious concern in education. PISA results show that Indonesian students' literacy, numeracy and science skills are still below the international average. One of the factors contributing to this problem is the suboptimal quality of teachers. Based on the results of the Assessment of the Competence of Madrasah Teachers and Education Personnel in 2024, it was found that many teachers still have limitations in pedagogic, literacy and numeracy aspects. This study aims to analyse the relationship between the low PISA scores of Indonesian students and the quality of teacher competence through a descriptive approach. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, this study processes secondary data from the results of teacher competency assessments covering pedagogic, professional, social, and personality aspects. The results show that there is a significant relationship between low teacher competence and student academic achievement. Some of the main points found were weak mastery of higher-order thinking skills (HOTS)-based learning concepts, lack of innovation in learning methods, and minimal utilisation of technology in the teaching process. In addition, many teachers do not have effective strategies to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills. Efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia require more comprehensive policies, including strengthening teacher training, periodic evaluation and improving the welfare of educators.

Abstract

The limited availability of reading materials that highlight local culture in elementary schools has led to low cultural literacy and reading skills among students. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Bima local wisdom-based children's storybook as a learning medium to enhance the cultural literacy and reading skills of fifth-grade students. The storybook was developed using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects included fifth-grade students of SDN Inpres Tente, classroom teachers, and experts in content, media, and language involved in the product validation process. The research object was the children's storybook La Lino and La Mango, which integrates cultural and moral values of the Bima community. Data collection methods included observations, interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The findings indicate that the storybook has a very high level of validity, with scores of 4.15 for content aspects and 4.0 for media aspects. The practicality test conducted by teachers yielded a score of 4.9, indicating that the book is easy to use in learning. Meanwhile, the effectiveness test using the n-gain score showed a significant improvement in students' cultural literacy and reading skills. Thus, the Bima local wisdom-based children's storybook serves as an innovative learning medium that not only enhances students' literacy but also introduces and preserves local culture.
