Abstract

Teacher resolution is a plan or movement of change carried out by teachers in the learning process in the classroom so that learning can run well. This study aims to identify what problems are faced by Islamic religious education teachers in Islamic Education learning in the era of the 5.0 industrial revolution and what causes obstacles or challenges in Islamic Education learning in the era of the 5.0 revolution, this study also aims to find out how teachers' resolutions are in facing the challenges of Islamic Education learning in the era of the 5.0 industrial revolution. The type of research in writing this thesis uses field research or case studies using observation, interview, and documentation data processing techniques and processing. The results of this study indicate that changes in the era can have a significant impact on the world of education, one of which is Islamic religious education learning. So that teacher resolution is very much needed and plays a very important role in overcoming teacher problems in Islamic Education learning. Thus it can be concluded that the Islamic Education teacher's resolution to the challenges of Islamic religious education learning in the era of the 5.0 industrial revolution at SMA Negeri 2 Kilo, Dompu Regency has been running well and has been well received by students by giving a positive response.

Abstract

This research analyzes the acculturation of Islamic culture with the local Compo Sampari tradition in Nata Village, Palibelo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The Compo Sampari tradition is a traditional ceremony that has long been carried out by local people as part of their cultural identity. Meanwhile, the arrival of Islam into the Bima region has brought significant changes in various aspects of social, cultural and religious life. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive methods that prioritize in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation studies. The research results show that cultural acculturation between Islam and the Compo Sampari tradition occurs through a process of harmonious interaction. Although Compo Sampari has strong cultural roots in traditional religion and beliefs, elements of Islamic teachings, especially in terms of prayers, procedures for implementation, and social values have been included in the ritual. For example, the use of Islamic prayer phrases in a series of Compo Sampari processions marks the combination of aspects of Islamic spirituality with local traditions. This tradition is not only a means of maintaining cultural values, but also a means of strengthening relations between citizens in Islamic society.

Abstract

The application of Islamic business ethics in business activities is an important aspect in building the competitiveness of Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) in Bima City. In the context of increasingly competitive business competition, the application of Islamic principles such as honesty, justice, responsibility, and not committing fraud is a foundation that can increase consumer confidence and business blessings. This study aims to determine the real effect of the application of Islamic business ethics on the competitiveness of UMKM in Bima City. The method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques, distributing questionnaires to 40 UMKM players in various business sectors. Data were analysed using simple linear regression to measure the relationship between Islamic business ethics variables and business competitiveness. The results showed that the application of Islamic business ethics has a positive and significant effect on increasing competitiveness. The key points found were: (1) honesty increases customer loyalty, (2) fairness in transactions strengthens long-term business relationships, (3) trustworthiness and responsibility create a good business image, and (4) avoiding fraudulent practices avoids social and legal sanctions. With the application of Islamic ethics, UMKM are not only able to survive but also thrive in the face of market challenges. This research recommends the importance of Islamic ethics-based training and mentoring for UMKM actors to create a healthy and competitive business ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; (1) strategi guru dalam memberikan bantuan pembelajaran sosiologi kepada peserta didik digital native, (2) dampak pemberian bantuan pembelajaran sosiologi bagi peserta didik digital native dan, (3) tantangan yang dialami guru dalam praktik scaffolding yang diterapkan. Metode penelitiannya kualitatif jenis fenomenologi. Sumber data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari guru sosiologi, peserta didik, dan wakil kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sebgai uji validitas data dan menggunakan langkah-langkah Creswell sebagai teknik analisis data. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru menggunakan strategi scaffolding pada pembelajaran sosiologi untuk digital native. Scaffolding yang dimaksud adalah pemberian bantuan belajar yang diberikan guru kepada peserta didik. Scaffolding tersebut mencangkup (1) tahap pemodelan, yaitu guru memberikan contoh, (2) peniruan di mana peserta didik mengerjakan tugas sesuai contoh, (3) pengurangan bantuan, yaitu peserta didik mulai mengerjakan tugasnya secara mandiri, dan (4) pematangan kognitif. Dampak penerapan strategi scaffolding termasuk dalam pematangan kognitif di mana peserta didik digital native dapat belajar mandiri dan memahami konteks tugas yang diberikan. Tantangan yang dalam praktik scaffolding berasal dari faktor peserta didik yang kurang bisa diajak kerja sama, mudah bosan, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

The implementation of literacy culture has a strategic role in developing students' public speaking skills, especially at the primary school level. This research was conducted at SDN 14 Sadia, Bima City to address the challenge of students' low courage and skills in public speaking. The literacy culture implemented at the school not only focuses on reading and writing activities, but is also directed at strengthening speaking skills, through activities such as reading aloud, group discussions, presentations and storytelling. The purpose of this study is to find out to what extent the implementation of literacy culture can significantly improve students' public speaking skills. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was collected through observation, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of literacy activities conducted at school. The results showed that there was a significant improvement in students' public speaking skills after the consistent implementation of the literacy culture strategy. Students became more confident, able to convey ideas coherently, and use the right intonation and expression when speaking in public. This success was supported by full support from teachers, parental involvement and the integration of literacy culture in various subjects. This study recommends that literacy culture should continue to be developed as an effective strategy in building students' communication competence from an early age as it has a positive impact not only on academic aspects but also on character development and 21st century skills.

Abstract

Low learning motivation is one of the challenges in learning social studies, especially on the material of natural and social appearance. This research aims to develop interactive learning media “Seblak Edukasi” as an effort to increase the learning motivation of seventh grade students. This research uses the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used in this research are material expert validation sheets, media experts, and student response questionnaires. The validation results showed that Seblak Edukasi media was declared very feasible by material experts (92%) and media experts (92.3%), and received very positive responses from students (95.6%). This media combines elements of traditional games, visual approach, and utilization of digital technology (QR code), so as to create an interesting, active, and fun learning atmosphere. More than just a medium, Seblak Edukasi is a form of leadership for prospective teachers in designing adaptive, creative, and contextual 21st century learning, as well as a real contribution in supporting the transformation of education towards the Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

This research discusses the message of da'wah in the Hadrah art poetry in Parado District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province (analysis of the contents of the da'wah message). This research is classified as qualitative research with a type of library research or library. Researchers try to collect data by analyzing several articles, journals or books related to the research theme. Data analyzed begins by collecting data and then reducing data, namely selecting, grouping and disposing of unnecessary data, then displaying data or data presentation, finally conducting data verification, and if there is incomplete data, it will be added. SWT., The command of faith in the angel of Allah, the command of faith in the books of Allah, and the command of faith in the Prophet and Apostle. Second, the Islamic message consists of: an order to maintain a relationship with Allah SWT., And the command to hold fast to the law. Third, moral messages consist of: Morals to Allah SWT., And morals to the Prophet.

Abstract

This research discusses the conflict dynamics of the relocation of Kindai Limpuar Market traders in Gambut Sub-district, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. The Banjar Regency Government built the New Gambut People's Market as an effort to organize the market and reduce traffic congestion due to trading activities on the road shoulder. However, the plan to relocate traders from Kindai Limpuar Market faced resistance due to the strategic location of the old market, the convenience of trading, the cost of renting stalls, and the lack of supporting facilities in the new market. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to describe the subjective experiences of traders, consumers, and the surrounding community towards the relocation conflict. The technique of determining informants was carried out through snowball sampling, so that 15 traders and 5 consumers were obtained. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results showed that the conflict was vertical between traders and the local government, triggered by differences in interests and unpreparedness of infrastructure. As a result, the Gambut Baru People's Market was abandoned and the building was used as a cattle market and garbage dump. This research recommends a participatory approach in planning market relocation and infrastructure improvements as an effort to reduce conflict and maximize the utilization of market facilities.

Abstract

Interesting and interactive learning media is the key in increasing student learning activeness in social studies subjects, especially in the material about the process of implementing Indonesian Independence. The lack of active participation of students so far has encouraged this research to develop interactive learning media in the form of a game called LENTERA (Ludo Edukasi Menyenangkan dan Ceria). During this time, learning history tends to be monotonous and less directly involves students, so innovation is needed in the form of media that can motivate them to be more active. This research aims to develop a game-based interactive learning media called LENTERA to increase the activeness of grade VIII students. This research uses the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. LENTERA media was developed by integrating a Game-Based Learning approach to create a more fun and meaningful learning atmosphere. The results of validation from experts, this media is declared very feasible to be applied, with the results of material expert validation of 87% and media expert validation of 89%. Implementation in class VIII F SMPN 10 Malang showed an increase in student activeness by 90%. This media also proved to be able to create a fun and collaborative learning atmosphere. Future research is recommended to develop a digital version to increase accessibility and flexibility of learning

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Outdoor Learning with QR Code-based Treasure Map Thinking media in improving critical thinking of students in social studies subjects of class VIII C at SMP Negeri 16 Malang. This study uses a mixed method approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models, which are implemented in two cycles. Data collection techniques in this study are structured observation, documentation and structured interviews. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics and data reduction. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' critical thinking skills, as shown by the results of the pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2 as well as direct observation in the field. After the QR Code-based Treasure Map Thinking media was proven to be able to improve the critical thinking skills of class VIII C students which can be proven from the results of cycle 1 and cycle 2 which experienced a significant increase this media can be said to be effective and can be used as an alternative media for other teachers who teach social studies subjects. The implementation of the Outdoor Learning model with QR Code-based Treasure Map Thinking media systematically through the pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II stages has proven effective in improving students' critical thinking skills. This is indicated by a significant increase from an average of 36.71% in the pre-cycle to 86.29% in cycle II
