Abstract

The focus of this research is (1) The role of the school principal in planning the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (2) The role of the school principal in organizing an anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (3) The role of the school principal in implementing the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (4) The role of the school principal in supervising the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. This research intends to explore the role of the principal as a manager in realizing anti-bullying in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kindergarten. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity using triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Research results a) Analysis of the role of school principals in planning anti-bullying programs is (1) analyzing and identifying child delinquency problems, (2) analyzing the needs of teachers and children, (3) Preparing a draft MOU joint agreement between the school and parents as guardians of students, (4) prepare a budget according to needs for aspects that require financing. b) Analysis of the role of school principals in organizing anti-bullying programs 1) allocating resources; 2) formulate and assign tasks; 3) establish necessary procedures; 4) establish an organizational structure that shows the lines of authority and responsibility. c) Analysis of the role of the school principal in implementing the anti-bullying program including 1) The role as a facilitator by providing image media, posters about the dangers of bullying, 2) The role as a demonstrator of the school principal instructing teachers to be able to clearly demonstrate the dangers and impacts of Bullying, 3) The role as Motivators provide encouragement and direction to children and teachers to live together and help each other, 4) the role as evaluator of the school principal observes children's development with observation sheets and evaluates the dynamics and impact of handlers. d) The role of the school principal in supervising the anti-bullying program includes internal supervision carried out by the principal and supervisor, then external supervision carried out by the school committee, from a technical perspective, supervision is carried out using two approaches, namely direct technical supervision and indirect supervision in the form of reports.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe (1) the role of the principal as an educator in improving the pedagogical competence of teachers at Tunas Bangsa 1 Kindergarten West Ungaran, Semarang Regency, (2) the role of the principal as administrator in improving the pedagogical competence of teachers at Tunas Bangsa 1 Kindergarten, West Ungaran, Semarang Regency, and (3) the role of the principal as a manager in improving the pedagogical competence of teachers at Tunas Bangsa 1 Kindergarten, West Ungaran, Semarang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely a research process that is carried out fairly and naturally in accordance with objective conditions in the field without any manipulation (Arifin, 2018: 140). Meanwhile, the type of research is a case study, namely research that aims to study intensively about certain social units, which include individuals, groups, institutions and society (Raco, 2020: 49). The subjects of this research are school principals, teachers and school committee members or students' parents. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis including data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that (1) the role of the principal as an educator in improving teachers' pedagogical competence is quite good, namely: (a) providing guidance and direction in teaching and reprimanding teachers if there are problems, (b) the efforts made are by involving teachers. teachers in training activities, KKG and providing opportunities for teachers to continue their studies to a higher level, (c) guiding teachers in the learning evaluation process through learning evaluation meetings. (2) the role of the principal as an administrator in improving teachers' pedagogical competence includes: assisting teachers in planning teaching programs, coordinating the distribution of teaching tasks, helping to improve teaching skills, and helping to manage assessments. (3) the role of the school principal as a manager in improving teacher pedagogical competence, namely carrying out planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating learning.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) How much influence does the Islamic boarding school program have on the independence of students of Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Plumbon? (2) How much influence does the Islamic boarding school Human Resources have on the independence of students of Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Plumbon? (3) How much influence does the Islamic boarding school environment have on the independence of students of Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Plumbon?;(4) Human Resources and the Islamic boarding school environment together have on the independence of students of Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Plumbon? The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The magnitude of the influence of the Islamic boarding school program on the independence of students at the Al Hidayah Plumbon Islamic Boarding School; (2) The magnitude of the influence of the Islamic boarding school's Human Resources on the independence of students at the Al Hidayah Plumbon Islamic Boarding School District (3) The magnitude of the influence of the Islamic boarding school environment on the independence of students at the Al Hidayah Plumbon Islamic Boarding School (4) The magnitude of the influence of the Islamic boarding school program, Human Resources and the Islamic boarding school environment together on the independence of students at the Al Hidayah Plumbon Islamic Boarding School.. The population of this study was all students at the Al Hidayah Plumbon Islamic Boarding School, totaling 1,186 people and the sample selected was 256 respondents. Data collection techniques were by questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data description analysis, requirement testing and hypothesis testing which include simple regression analysis and multiple regression. Data analysis is SPSS for windows version 26. The results of the study are as follows: (1) There is a significant influence of the pesantren program on the independence of students with F_count values > F_table, namely 115.041 > 2.64 with a contribution of 31.2%; (2) There is a significant influence of human resources on the independence of students with F_count values > F_table, namely 183.109 > 2.64 with a contribution of 41.9%; (3) There is a significant influence of the pesantren environment on the independence of students with F_count values > F_table, namely 48.179 > 2.64 with a contribution of 15.6%; (4) There is a significant influence of the Islamic boarding school program, human resources and the Islamic boarding school environment on the independence of students with F_count > F_table, namely 75.215 > 2.64 with a contribution of 52.8%

Abstract

Abstract The educational process will be of quality if all educational components are involved in the educational process. These educational components include educational objectives, students, educators, educational methods, educational content, educational environment, and educational tools and facilities. The focus of the research is to describe and analyze the role of the principal in improving academic quality at SMA N 1 Pecangaan, Jepara Regency. The research approach used is qualitative. This type of research is a case study. Qualitative research design through data condensation, presenting data (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verification). Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis in three steps: data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) the quality improvement management planning carried out by the school principal includes identifying needs and socializing school programs. (2) organizing quality improvement management carried out by the school principal includes the placement of school resources, organizational development, assignment and delegation of authority. (3) the implementation of quality improvement management carried out by the school principal includes implementing school quality improvement and implementing academic supervision. (4) supervision of quality improvement management carried out by the school principal including evaluation of school activities and solutions to activity constraints. The author suggests continuing to build effective communication with school members, building teamwork and making continuous and sustainable improvements. Teachers are required to always be ready and supportive in carrying out activities. Keywords: School Quality Improvement Management

Abstract

Abstract The context of this research is SDN 2 Patukangan which has advantages in school digitalization management regarding the Ministry of Education and Culture's platforms and applications including: School Activity Plan and Budget Application (ARKAS), Educational Report Cards, School Procurement Information System (SIPLah), Data Based Planning (PBD), TanyaBOS, e-Kinerja, Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM). This success certainly cannot be separated from the role of the Principal, School Committee, Teachers' Council, and related departments as well as the environment which collaborates in a collaborative effort process to achieve the school's vision, mission and goals effectively and efficiently. The aim of this research is to find out information in depth and describe: planning, organizing, implementing and supervising school digitalization management. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive phenomenological methods which was carried out in November-August 2024 at SD Negeri 2 Patukangan, Kendal District, Kendal Regency by obtaining data through observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is the iterative model from Miles and Huberman, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data uses credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability tests. The results of the research show that (1) planning for the digitalization of school management, preparing school work programs: annual activity plans and school budget activity plans in accordance with the educational report card profile through data-based planning by means of identification, reflection and improvement (2) organizing the digitalization of school management by dividing and assignments according to their competencies. (3) implementation of digitalization of ARKAS school management updated to the latest version, procurement of goods and services through SIPLah, e-Kinerja through the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, teachers getting certificates from PMM. (4) supervision of the digitalization of school management, seen from the results of monitoring and evaluation from the school principal and from related agencies. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the success of school digitalization management is based on scheduled and detailed planning, organized with good communication, cooperation and collaboration according to their duties and competencies, carried out with high commitment, carried out comprehensive and detailed supervision by the principal in completing tasks and obligations, as well as monitoring and evaluation by the relevant Department. Abstract

Abstract Quality is something that is considered an important part, because quality basically shows the superiority of a product when compared to other products. Likewise, school quality is a very important thing to be paid attention to by the relevant parties for the success of education in Indonesia. It is hoped that good school quality will produce the next generation who are intelligent and have character. The aims of this research are (1) to measure the magnitude of the influence of school organizational climate on school quality (2) to measure the magnitude of the influence of teacher competence on school quality (3) to measure the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on school quality (4) to measure the magnitude of the influence of school organizational climateand teacher competency and work motivation simultaneously on school quality. The population is 6 schools with 158 teachers and a samples size of 110 people. Which was determined by proportionate random sampling, data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, coefficient test, correlation, determinationof single regression analysis and multiple regression analysis calculated using the SPSS for Windows Release 16 program. The result of the research show that the school organizational climate is in the fairly good category, teacher competence is in the good category, work motivation is in the quite good category. From the hypothesis test, it was found that there was a positive influence of school organizational climate on school quality of 4,2%. There is a positive influence of teacher competence on school quality of 12,9%; there is a positive influence of work motivation on school qulity by 20%. There is a positive influence of school organizational climate, teacher competency and work motivation on school quality of 23,9%. Based on the research result, it is recommended that (1) the education office provide direction to school principals regarding their duties as leaders. Teachers and school principals must make effort to improve these conditions. (2) The principal provides opportunities for teachers to take part in training, seminars, workshops related to teacher competency, especially social competency. (3) Teachers must play an active role in creating discipline and pleasant working atmosphere as a positive school organizational climate. Abstract

Abstract One of the efforts made by the state to improve existing human resources is to hold training accompanied by certification. Competency-based training is carried out for the purpose of improving the skills of workers so that they are truly competent in their fields in order to produce productive, skilled workers who can compete in the job market. The Pekalongan Industry Service formed the UPTD Work Training Center of the Pekalongan City Industry and Manpower Service as a Technical Implementation Unit in the field of training and skills to improve the capabilities of human resources in Pekalongan. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of competency-based training activities that have been held. The research method used is qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the planning of competency-based training at the UPTD Work Training Center of the Pekalongan City Industry and Manpower Service is good and can be used as a guide when implementing training. The competency-based training organization system at the UPTD Work Training Center of the Industry Service is good with human resources for training who have carried out their roles, duties and responsibilities according to their respective positions and duties. The implementation of training has been carried out in accordance with the regulations and guidelines that have been set so that training participants are guaranteed the competency standards they have according to the needs of the industry or company. The training monitoring system and reporting on the placement of training alumni are carried out once a month to ensure that alumni have used their training skills in their workplaces properly Keywords: Planning, Organizational, Training, Competence

Abstract

Abstract School quality is the school's ability to provide quality education that meets needs and expectations in accordance with current developments and technology. The quality of several state junior high schools in sub-rayon 3 Jepara Regency is less than optimal, namely that students' achievements in school exams have not met expectations, they have not been ranked in the top five, and their quality report cards are still below ideal figures. Increasing the leadership role of school principals, teacher professionalism and teacher work motivation can have a positive influence on the quality of schools in SMP Negeri sub-rayon 3 Jepara Regency. The objectives of this study are to determine: (1) the influence of school principal leadership on school quality; (2) the influence of teacher professionalism on school quality; (3) the influence of teacher work motivation on school quality; (4) the combined influence of school principal leadership, teacher professionalism, and teacher work motivation on school quality in public junior high schools in Sub District 3, Jepara Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with a non-experimental ex post facto design. The population consists of junior high school teachers in Sub District 3, Jepara Regency, with a sample of 302 teachers selected using proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection methods include questionnaires or surveys. Data analysis involves descriptive analysis, testing requirements, and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression analyses with SPSS software. Based on the research findings, it was found that: (1) school principal leadership has a significant influence on school quality by 47.2% and a strong relationship with a correlation value of 0.687; (2) teacher professionalism has a significant influence on school quality by 45.5% and a strong relationship with a correlation value of 0.674; (3) teacher motivation has a significant influence on school quality by 8.5% and a moderate relationship with a correlation value of 0.291; (4) school principal leadership and teacher motivation jointly have a strong simultaneous influence on school quality by 52.4% and a strong relationship with an average correlation value of 0.55. It is recommended that school principals enhance leadership competencies, promote teacher professionalism, and motivate teacher performance to achieve superior school quality. The implications of this research are programs to increase the competency of school principals, professional development according to teacher needs and measuring teacher work motivation with appropriate instruments. Abstract

Abstract Problem formulation 1) what is the promotional strategy for LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia, Batang Regency; 2) what is the competency strategy for LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia students, Batang Regency; 3) how is the distribution and placement of work at LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia, Batang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, taking place at the Hideo Gakkou Indonesia Job Training Institute, Batang Regency. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The validity test uses source triangulation, technique triangulation and time triangulation. Data analysis uses include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research include (1) LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia's promotional strategy (a) marketing mix (marketing product quality, low but quality prices, easily accessible places and clean AC facilities, promotion of innovative programs) (b) Promotional mix (Advertising), (c) Word of mouth communication (2) LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia student competency strategies include strengthening education and training, language learning ability tests, learning competencies, active learning citizens, Strengthening Japanese Language Training Skills, Tokutei Ginou Work Program (3) Distribution and Work placement at LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia includes the departure process, training and apprenticeship. Conclusion: The leadership strategy of the Indonesian Hideo Gakkou Job Training Institute in Batang Regency includes organizing promotional strategies, student competency strategies, distribution and job placement at LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia. Suggestions for the Hideo Gakkou Indonesia Job Training Institute (LPK), which currently still needs to be improved, are that they hope to form a special team in the marketing sector so that the marketing strategy can be better planned and conceptualized to build an image and gain public trust. Implications: Leadership strategies are a tool to realize success and create a better future for training institutions. With strategy, training institution leaders can realize their vision and mission in an effort to advance the institution and overcome various gaps within the institution. Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh model pembelajaran yang diterapkan pendidik. Satu diantara banyaknya model pembelajaran yang terbukti dapat mengembangkan hasil belajar siswa adalah Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengukur efektivitas PBL pada hasil belajar sejarah peserta didik kelas XI 3.2 di SMA Bina Warga 1 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas Xl 3.2 di SMA Bina Warga 1 Palembang yang berjumlah 20 Orang siswa, dengan rincian 11 orang siswa laki-laki dan 9 orang siswa perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan penelitian adalah kuesioner berbentuk tes. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, penerapan model pembelajaran (PBL) terbukti sangat efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI 3.2 dalam mata pelajaran sejarah, SMA Bina Warga 1 Palembang. Dibuktikan peningkatan nilai rata-rata post-test peserta didik secara signifikan sebesar 80 dari yang awalnya nilai rata-rata pada tahap pretest adalah 41,43.
