Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that students' indiscipline in following school rules often becomes a problem, especially at the secondary school level, when students grow up and begin to learn to recognize their identity through imitation or self-imitation. To overcome this problem, sanctions are imposed. The purpose of imposing sanctions is to provide a deterrent effect to students who violate the rules to anticipate repetition of rule violations by students. The research method in this study is the "descriptive analytical correlational" method. X and XI SMK Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. The population in this study was 104 students, and the sample was 82 students. The research method technique uses simple random sampling, to analyze data with product moment correlation (rxy) and hypothesis testing (t test. The results of the research show that the application of regulations has a fairly strong or high correlation, namely 0.40 – 0.50. This It can be proven from the results of testing the hypothesis that the application of rules and regulations has a positive and significant influence on the discipline of students in classes 10 and 11 of Bina Pangudi Luhur Vocational School, Jakarta, namely the calculated t value is 0.450 > 1,990 or positive with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that The hypothesis in this study rejects H0 and accepts Ha.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Kahoot learning media on student learning outcomes at SMK Pelita Tiga Jakarta. The use of Kahoot as a learning media was chosen due to its efficiency, innovativeness, and ability to help achieve learning objectives at a lower cost. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a correlation method. This study involved 24 students selected using the Cluster Sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis was performed using the product moment correlation technique. Based on calculations, the product moment correlation value for 24 degrees of freedom (df) at a 5% significance level is 0.404, and at a 1% significance level is 0.515. The analysis results show that the observed correlation value (ro) of 0.617 is greater than the table value (rt) at both significance levels. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, indicating a positive effect of Kahoot learning media on student learning outcomes at SMK Pelita Tiga Jakarta. The implication of this study is that Kahoot can be an effective alternative learning media to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the use of the mind mapping learning model on student learning outcomes at SMA 1 Cawang Baru and to measure how much influence the use of the mind mapping learning model has on student learning outcomes. The research approach used is quantitative with the correlation regression method. The object of this research is class X students of SMA 1 Cawang Baru. The population in this study was 40 students, with data collection techniques using saturated samples so that the entire population of 40 students was the sample in this study. Meanwhile, analyzing the data uses the product moment correlation formula (and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this research conclude that there is an influence between the use of the mind mapping learning model on the learning outcomes of students at SMA 1 Cawang Baru with R = 0.326 and R^2 = 0.106. This means that the mind mapping learning model has a positive and significant influence on the learning outcomes of students in class X SMA 1 Cawang Baru.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the significant impact of Islamic education learning on student behavior. The methodology employed in this study is a quantitative approach through sample selection. Sample selection among students was conducted using purposive sampling methods. The findings of this study indicate that there is a moderate impact of Islamic education learning on student behavior, with an analyzed influence level of 0.593 or 59.34%. In conducting the analysis, the product moment correlation technique was applied. From the Product Moment "r" Value Table, it was revealed that with a df of 31, the Product Moment "r" values obtained at a significance level of 5% are 0.355 and at 1% are 0.456. Comparing the "ro" value achieved by the researcher, which is 0.593, with the "rt" values, each being 0.355 and 0.456, it is evident that "ro" exceeds "rt" at both the 5% and 1% significance levels. Consequently, the Null Hypothesis is rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis is accepted. This indicates a significant impact of the Islamic Education Learning on Student Behavior at SDN Cipinang 03 Pagi Jakarta.

Abstract

Teaching factory has several main objectives, namely increasing the competence of SMK graduates, fostering entrepreneurial spirit, and producing products in the form of goods or services that have added value. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data obtained were then analyzed using non-statistical descriptive methods to explore information about the implementation of teaching factory learning management to improve the competence and entrepreneurial spirit of students majoring in light vehicle engineering at SMK. The results of this study are (1) Implementation of Teaching Factory Learning Management: Comprehensive planning and a solid organizational structure are clearly visible, with implementation in accordance with industry standards. However, evaluation based on achievement analysis still needs to be improved; (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors: Infrastructure that meets industry standards and qualified teaching staff are the main supporting elements. Challenges faced include the mismatch between planning and implementation time, and limited collaboration with industry. Proposed solutions include implementing a block scheduling system and increasing partnerships with relevant industry sectors; (3) Effectiveness Evaluation: The assessment of Teaching Factory learning management shows that the program is efficient and effective in developing entrepreneurial spirit among students.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemajuan dalam pengembangan kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah memunculkan berbagai diskusi terkait aspek etika teknologi ini. Banyak pedoman etika diterbitkan untuk memastikan AI dikembangkan dan digunakan dengan cara yang bertanggung jawab, dengan fokus pada privasi, keadilan, transparansi, dan keamanan. Teknologi AI yang semakin "disruptif" membuat aturan etika ini menjadi sangat penting. Penilitian ini meninjau dan membandingkan 22 pedoman etika AI. Peneliti menemukan bahwa meskipun banyak prinsip yang tumpang tindih, ada kekurangan di beberapa pedoman, terutama terkait keadilan sosial dan penerapan dalam praktik. Penilaian ini menunjukkan bahwa prinsip etika seringkali tidak sepenuhnya diterapkan di lapangan, meski pedoman-pedoman tersebut telah disusun dengan baik. Kurangnya implementasi yang tepat bisa menimbulkan masalah serius di masa depan, terutama karena AI sangat berpengaruh dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan seperti pekerjaan, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi mendalam diperlukan untuk memperbaiki pendekatan etika AI. Penulis menyarankan beberapa langkah perbaikan, termasuk peningkatan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengembangan AI, serta penerapan pedoman etika yang lebih konsisten. Dengan memperkuat prinsip-prinsip ini, diharapkan AI dapat dikembangkan dan digunakan dengan lebih etis, membawa manfaat maksimal bagi masyarakat. ABSTRACT Progress in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) has given rise to various discussions regarding the ethical aspects of this technology. Many ethical guidelines are published to ensure AI is developed and used in a responsible manner, with a focus on privacy, fairness, transparency, and security. AI technology is increasingly "disruptive" making these ethical rules very important. This research reviews and compares 22 AI ethical guidelines. Researchers found that while many of the principles overlap, there are gaps in some of the guidelines, particularly regarding social justice and application in practice. This assessment shows that ethical principles are often not fully implemented in the field, even though the guidelines are well developed. Lack of proper implementation could cause serious problems in the future, especially because AI is very influential in various aspects of life such as work, education, and health. Therefore, in-depth evaluation is needed to improve AI ethical approaches. The authors suggest several steps for improvement, including increased transparency and accountability in AI development, as well as more consistent implementation of ethical guidelines. By strengthening these principles, it is hoped that AI can be developed and used more ethically, bringing maximum benefits to society.

Abstract

This study aims to explain teachers' perspectives on differentiated instruction and its implementation in English language teaching. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling, involving three English teachers from MTs N Ma’rang, Pangkep (two civil servant teachers and one non-civil servant teacher). Data were collected through interviews and observations and analyzed in four stages: data collection, condensation, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the teachers understand differentiated instruction as a model that adapts materials to students' characteristics. They recognize the importance of aligning instruction with students' profiles, both physiologically and psychologically. For its implementation, the three teachers focused on three key elements: content, process, and product, which were adjusted from the initial to the final phases of learning. Materials were designed based on students' levels of knowledge, understanding, and learning styles identified through diagnostic evaluations and direct observations. In conclusion, the application of differentiated instruction enables teachers to meet students' needs more effectively, thereby supporting the process of learning English as a foreign language. This approach provides a relevant and meaningful learning experience for students with diverse individual characteristics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the problem-based learning method on Indonesian language learning for Grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 01 Mayang, particularly on explanatory text materials. The research employs a quantitative approach with an experimental method and a pretest-posttest control group design. The study involved 55 students divided into two classes as the control and experimental groups. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests to measure student performance before and after implementing the problem-based learning method. Data analysis was conducted using normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis tests with SPSS 18.0 for Windows. The results of the independent sample t-test indicated that the significance level (2-tailed) was higher than the predetermined alpha level, leading to the acceptance of the null hypothesis (Ho). The findings reveal that the problem-based learning method positively impacts improving students' understanding of explanatory text materials. This approach has proven effective in encouraging students to become more active, critical, and independent during the learning process. Therefore, this method is recommended as a teaching strategy to enhance the quality of Indonesian language learning at the junior high school level, particularly in explanatory text writing skills.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of technology in supporting inclusive education in the era of globalization from the perspective of philosophy of education. The focus of this research is to explore the philosophy of education perspective and how the role of technology can strengthen the principles of inclusive education, such as equality, fairness and accessibility for all learners, including those with special needs. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach, where sources from the philosophy of education, inclusion studies, and technological developments in education are reviewed in depth. This research also applies a critical analysis approach to evaluate the challenges and opportunities presented by technology in the context of inclusive education. The results show that technology has great potential to improve access and active participation in the learning process, especially through personalization and adaptation of learning materials. However, the research also found that there are risks of disparities in access to technology as well as ethical implications related to the use of technology that can reduce social interaction in the learning environment. Therefore, a holistic approach is needed in the implementation of technology that not only focuses on efficiency, but also on human values and social justice in education.

Abstract

The spirit of learning is a drive or enthusiasm shown by students through their involvement in learning to acquire skills and knowledge. The spirit of learning can affect the learning outcomes that students achieve. This study aims to describe the influence of the synergy of Sufism in increasing happiness that can affect the enthusiasm for learning, this study uses a library method in obtaining data that will be presented and the results obtained are that the synergy between the teachings of Sufism and efforts to achieve happiness have a significant influence on a person's enthusiasm for learning. Sufism practices such as muhasabah, zuhud, and tawakkal can create a calm, hopeful, and goal-oriented inner condition. This positive inner condition, in turn, encourages individuals to be more active in seeking knowledge. The synergy between Sufism and efforts to achieve happiness is the key to increasing the enthusiasm for learning. By understanding and practicing the values ??of Sufism, individuals can find strong intrinsic motivation to continue learning and developing.
