<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and empathy in cyberbullying bystanders. This research method uses quantitative research methods with a correlational type. The sample for this research consisted of 86 students at the Sumbawa University of Technology. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data in this research were obtained from research instruments in the form of an emotional maturity scale and an empathy scale. The scale used consists of 25 items and 18 items. The statistical method in this research uses the Pearson product moment correlation analysis technique. Based on the data analysis carried out, it is known that there is a relationship between emotional maturity and empathy. This is known from the significance value of p = 0.03 or p < 0.05 and the correlation coefficient value of r = 0.317 which is included in the weak category and shows that there is a positive relationship between emotional maturity and empathy in cyberbullying bystanders, both variables are positive variables or two variables that do not oppose each other. This means that the higher the emotional maturity, the higher the empathy and the lower the emotional maturity, the lower the empathy]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the cognitive level of class XI IPS 1 student at SMA Negeri 1 Seberuang in solving linear programming problems in terms of personality type. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The form of research used is case study research. The subjects of this research were 27 students. Subjects are categorized based on each student's cognitive level. This research began by providing a personality type questionnaire, cognitive level tests, and interviews to categorize students' ability levels. After that, proceed with analyzing and categorizing based on personality type and cognitive level to determine the research subjects who will be interviewed by selecting 6 subjects consisting of 3 students with extroverted personalities whose cognitive levels are high, medium, and low and 3 students with introverted personalities whose cognitive levels are high, medium. and low. From the research results, it was concluded that students with introverted personalities had a higher cognitive level than students with extroverted personalities.]]>

<![CDATA[The field of ESP teaching has undergone a revolutionary transformation with the integration of ICT tools and other authentic materials. These resources have proven to be invaluable to learners as they enable real-life interactions with native speakers. Various studies have explored the challenges faced by teachers and learners in ESP teaching situations. Therefore, this paper aims to describe the effectiveness of reading authentic materials toward the reading proficiency of psychology department students. The study was conducted at the Psychology Department of Universitas Wijaya Putra. The students participated in 14 meetings, during which the experimental group was exposed to authentic reading materials and the control cluster received streamlined materials, a pre-test and post-test of the reading comprehension test were given to the students. The marks obtained were analyzed using SPPS and the students were given a set of tasks that included 50 multiple-choice questions and 10 essay questions. The research results revealed that the mean deviation score for the experimental group was 80, while it was 65 for the control group. Consequently. This provides evidence supporting the acceptance of the hypothesis, indicating an improvement in student performance after receiving the treatment. <![CDATA[The principal is the highest leader in a school institution who has an important role in improving teacher performance in his school. For maximum teacher performance, teachers maintain self-discipline, teachers prepare new learning tools and high teacher creativity in developing learning strategies. This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's democratic leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance at SDN Cluster VI Lampanah. The approach used is quantitative research with a type of research (causal study) that examines the causal relationship (cause-effect) influence between variables through testing hypotheses that have been formulated. The study population was all principals and teachers of Cluster VI SD Negeri Lampanah using sampling techniques (saturated sampling). The sample of this study amounted to 34 respondents, namely 3 principals and 31 teachers. Hypothesis testing uses a calculation process with a simple regression analysis approach and multiple regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the principal's democratic leadership style had a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of 39.9%, organizational culture had a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of 27.1%, and the principal's leadership style and organizational culture together had a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of 72.3%.]]>

<![CDATA[Realistic Mathematical Education (RME) is a method of linking abstract mathematics learning with real life so that mathematics is easy to understand. Suggest that in explaining the calculation work as much as possible so that it begins by using real objects, drawings or diagrams that have something to do with real everyday life. This study aims to determine the implementation of the RME approach in elementary schools based on a literature review conducted. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study. The data collection technique used is through the study of documentation sourced from relevant books, articles, and references. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of data analysis show that mathematics teachers need to apply RME in the classroom so that abstract mathematical concepts are easier to understand. RME also helps teachers to simplify and realize mathematical concepts. Therefore, teachers need to be more creative and innovative in designing learning with this approach. Teachers need to develop more appropriate media, strategies, or learning models, according to the learning material or with the context faced by their students]]>

<![CDATA[Early reading skills are basic skills that children need to have to understand various knowledge. In the learning process that plays an important role is the learning method, the application of the VAKT Method is one method that can be used to improve early reading skills in early grade elementary school students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the VAKT method on improving early reading skills in children with reading difficulties in elementary schools. The subjects of this study were 6 students in elementary school. This study used a quasi-experimental design. The sample of this study amounted to 6 people. The treatment given to the subject is the application of the VAKT method. Data analysis methods used with nonparametric techniques (Wilcoxon). The results showed that the application of the VAKT method can improve reading skills in children with reading difficulties in elementary schools, increase initial reading skills in students who have difficulty reading, obtained a Z value of -2.214. The significance value obtains a value of 0.027. judging from the significance value of 0.027<0.05, it means that there is an increase in reading ability with the VATK method (Visual, Audio, Tactile, Kinesthetic) in children with reading difficulties in elementary school]]>

<![CDATA[Mathematics is a fundamental and crucial subject for the development of scientific knowledge and the daily lives of students worldwide. This article aims to analyze students' perceptions of the importance of mathematics in the context of daily life, focusing on two classes at SMA N 1 Cigugur. The research adopts a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, involving interviews with mathematics teachers and students, as well as the use of a questionnaire that is later analyzed comparatively. The results of the study indicate that mathematics teachers at SMA N 1 Cigugur strive to make mathematics learning more engaging and applicable, acknowledging that some students find mathematics difficult and tedious. Students understand the relevance of mathematics in their daily lives, such as personal financial management, measuring food ingredients, and problem-solving. Nevertheless, some students still face difficulties in understanding this subject and lack confidence. Teaching methods also play a significant role, with students preferring practical and real-world-relevant approaches. The use of technology in mathematics learning is perceived as helpful in enhancing students' understanding. In conclusion, mathematics plays a crucial role in the daily lives of students; however, challenges in understanding and negative perceptions of this subject still exist]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the management and management of high school educational facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Sikaping. Facilities and infrastructure greatly affect the ability, comfort, and activeness of students in learning. This shows that the role of facilities and infrastructure plays an important role in supporting the quality of student learning. The methods used in this study are qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, and research data based on field observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The research finding is that SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Sikaping already has the facilities and infrastructure required in Permendikbudristek No.22 of 2023 concerning Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, but in the management of facilities and infrastructure has not applied modern management principles which include the functions of planning, procurement, inventory, storage, distribution, maintenance, elimination as well as assessment and supervision. <![CDATA[The aim of this study is to describe the implementation of discussion methods in improving the learning motivation of students in fiqih lessons at Nurul Hikmah MA as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in using the discussion method. The research method used is a qualitative approach through descriptive methods. This research uses many data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study show that the concept of discussion method on fiqih lessons in Nurul Hikmah MA uses the division of students into groups to be able to collaborate and engage in discussion. This method significantly increases the motivation of students to learn through the enthusiasm of students. However, in implementing the discussion method there are some supportive and inhibitor factors so that educators can study and review the various existing learning methods. Because not all lessons are suitable for implementation with discussion methods so educators need to have the right learning strategies to facilitate the learning process]]>

<![CDATA[Self-efficacy is a central belief in learning, especially mathematics learning, because it can have a strong influence on students' self-confidence. If students are in the high self-efficacy category, then they will be able to solve mathematical problems successfully. The aim of this research is to analyze students' sense of self-confidence or belief in their abilities. This research method is qualitative descriptive research with subjects in class X SMA. The analysis was carried out using Bandura's theory. There are three dimensions. Namely: dimensions of Magnitude (size), Strength (strength), and Generality (general). In general, a person's self-efficacy is not limited to certain situations. The results of this research analysis show that the overall level of student Self Efficacy is at a good level. This shows that students at SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur have a good level of persistence and perseverance when facing challenging and difficult mathematics assignments]]>
