Abstract

The project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students can be a bridge in instilling students' attitudes of faith, piety, and noble character at school. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in improving the attitude of faith, piety, and noble character of grade IV students at SDN Sukaraja 2. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Then, data collection was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed: The implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in improving the attitude of faith, piety, and noble character has gone well and has a positive impact; Obstacles in the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at SDN Sukaraja 2, namely lack of understanding, inadequate facilities, and lack of communication in the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project; Solutions to overcome the obstacles that occur, namely increasing understanding of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, improving school facilities, and improving good communication relations. These results indicate the success in the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in improving the attitude of faith, piety, and noble character of students at SDN Sukaraja 2.

Abstract

Pancasila education plays a crucial role in shaping national character and identity from an early age. However, teaching complex concepts in Pancasila Education to elementary school students, especially at the fourth grade level, can be a challenge in itself. Apart from that, developing critical thinking skills at this age is also important, considering the importance of these abilities in understanding and applying national values. This research aims to determine the effect of using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model which is based on the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) concept in improving students' critical thinking skills in learning Pancasila Education in class IV elementary school. How the research was carried out at SDN Pagarsih. The experimental method used involved two groups of students: a control group that took part in conventional learning and a treatment group that applied the TPACK-based PBL model. The approach in this research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental type and nonequivalent pre-test and post-test control group design. The results of data analysis showed that students involved in the TPACK-based PBL Model showed significant improvements in their critical thinking abilities compared to the control group. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the TPACk-based PBL model in learning can influence students' critical thinking abilities, especially in learning Pancasila education

Abstract

Technology has an important role in today's digital era. The existence of the digital era increases communication skills, it is important for Indonesian management to continue to innovate and adapt the use of technology in order to effectively attract and influence millennials and gen-Z who are active in digital platforms. The method used was qualitative by conducting interviews with three banking employees in the city of Bandung. The collected data are analyzed, reduced, presented and conclusions drawn. The results showed that there is a link between the success of the company and effective Indonesian-language management. Understanding consumers, especially to attract millennials and gen-Z, can be done by improving services by utilizing digitalization. The service digitalization strategy was developed to facilitate consumers and improve the company in market competition. The use of EYD-compliant Indonesian makes it easier for consumers to understand the service and avoid misunderstandings. Good service, structured Indonesian-language management shows a professional company image and is trusted by consumers. Research is expected to increase the use of good and correct Indonesian in a company when providing information to consumers and increase the attractiveness and involvement of millennials and gen-Z as consumers

Abstract

Management is an activity that starts from planning, organizing, mobilizing, supervising to coordinate existing resources to achieve common goals in an organization. In the Islamic view, the function of education management reviewed in the Qur'an has several discussions including: (1) planning, (2) organizing; (3) actuating, and (4) controlling. This paper aims to describe verses, hadiths and the relevance between theories and the interpretation of management functions. This research is library research and is included in the qualitative research approach. Data collection is carried out directly from various relevant literature including the Quran, hadith, books, and research articles. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the management function has the word of God that regulates it starting from the functions of planning, organizing, moving and supervising

Abstract

This article presents an analysis of the relationship between service management in the context of Islamic education with principles taken from verses of the Qur'an and hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Service management is seen as a key element in the management of Islamic educational institutions to provide the best experience to learners, educators, and other related parties. The type of research used is a literature study. The source of research data comes from various relevant literature including the Quran and hadith, books, and scientific articles. Data analysis techniques are carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that service management in the context of Islamic education management is an approach used to manage services or facilities related to the implementation of Islamic education. Key principles such as honesty, fairness, responsibility, and empathy, found in Islamic sources, are analyzed in the context of their application in educational management. In addition, the importance of communication skills, leadership, as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that are in line with Islamic teachings are also clarified. Taking these principles into account, managers of educational institutions can ensure the overall and sustainable achievement of Islamic educational goals, as well as make a meaningful contribution in the formation of character and morality of learners in accordance with Islamic values

Abstract

The phenomenon of Cyberbullying in the digital era challenges global society with aggressive behavior aimed at causing emotional harm through digital media. The Koran provides holistic guidance in dealing with this problem, especially Surah Al-Hujurat verse 11 which prohibits insulting and criticizing behavior. The research aims to analyze the concept of cyberbullying on social media according to the views of the Al-Qur'an surah Al-Hujurat verse 11 and identify its impact. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach to understand more deeply this phenomenon from a religious perspective. The data sources for this research come from literature and library sources related to the phenomenon of cyberbullying according to the Al-Qur'an, including texts, articles, journals and other scientific literature. Data collection was carried out through various relevant sources, then analysis was carried out using the content analysis method to identify important characteristics and information related to this research. The results show that the values in Surah Al-Hujurat verse 11 such as politeness, respect and behavior towards others are very relevant in overcoming the Cyberbullying phenomenon that occurs with the development of time and technology. Practical implications include education, training, and social campaigns to create safer and more inclusive online environments

Abstract

Organizational behavior in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Skills are very helpful and support the achievement and realization of the vision of the madrasah well and effectively. Organizational Behavior (PO) is a field of study that studies the interaction of individuals, groups and organizations in the context of work. PO can help MAN Skills improve their effectiveness by understanding and managing the behavior of teachers and employees and students. The main purpose of this article is to explain the concept and purpose of PO, provide examples of how PO can be implemented in MAN skills, discuss the benefits of implementing PO in MAN Skills. This research uses a qualitative approach through the literature study method. Research data is sourced from various literature, namely scientific articles, books, and other relevant scientific sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. The results of the data analysis concluded that PO is an important style for MAN Skills to improve its effectiveness and competitiveness. By implementing PO effectively and sustainably, MAN skills can achieve its vision to become a madrasah of excellence and character

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of human resource (HRM) management in the context of Islamic education and explores the latest techniques in HR management that can be applied effectively. With a focus on the management of educators and education personnel, the author outlines several techniques, from planning to compensation, that aim to support the quality of education and achieve the educational goals that have been set. This study uses a library research approach. The process of collecting information and data from various literature sources such as reference books, similar previous research, articles, notes, and various journals relevant to the problem to be solved. Descriptive analysis is a method that involves collecting data, structuring, or grouping, analyzing, and interpreting data to gain a deep understanding. The results of data analysis show that human resource planning is one of the management functions that is oriented towards developing strategic steps to prepare human resources (employees) in organizations with the number and quality needed. HR planning is a management process to determine the movement of an organization's human resources from the current position to the desired position in the future, using data as a guide for future planning

Abstract

Digital marketing strategies play an important role in shaping entrepreneurial success in the dynamic landscape of the digital age. This research aims to find out innovative marketing strategies that can be used by entrepreneurs in the digital era. This research uses bibliometric analysis to systematically explore and synthesize the existing literature on digital marketing strategies and entrepreneurial success. Scopus' various databases are used to compile a comprehensive dataset of peer-reviewed articles published between 1993 and 2023. The analysis includes descriptive statistics, co-authorship networks, citation patterns, and keyword co-emergence, with particular emphasis on the intersection between digital marketing and entrepreneurial success. Key findings include prominent authors and their influential works, thematic groups, and the distribution of terms in the literature. Important themes explored include digital entrepreneurship, the digital economy, entrepreneurship education, and the transformative impact of digital technology on the entrepreneurial ecosystem.  This research contributes to a nuanced understanding of the current state of knowledge in the field and identifies gaps and opportunities for future research.     The insights gained from this analysis can inform academics and practitioners in optimizing digital marketing strategies for entrepreneurial success in the contemporary digital landscape

Abstract

This research aims to implement home visits based on the cooperative learning model as an innovative strategy to enhance the optimization of mathematics learning. The study involves students from SMP N 2 Karangsambung as research subjects. Data collection techniques include tests, interviews, and documentation. This research adopts the action research approach, involving cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of home visits with the cooperative learning model positively contributes to the optimization of mathematics learning. Concrete steps involve collaboration between teachers, students, and families to create a supportive learning environment. Classically, there has been an increase in the percentage of student learning mastery, with figures rising from 38.46% at the initial stage of the study (pre-cycle) to 50% in Cycle I, and further escalating to 76.92% in Cycle II. Additionally, there has been an enhancement in the overall student grade average, starting from 58.65 at the initial stage of the study to 69.80 in the first cycle, and then increasing to 79.03 in the second cycle. Both parameters, the percentage of learning mastery and the average student grade, in the second cycle have met the standards set as indicators criteria established
