Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of quality culture in Islamic education at MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung. This study collects data from interviews with madrasah heads, teachers, and students as well as direct observation of the implementation of education policies and evaluations. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that MA Al Amiriyyah has implemented a culture of quality with a focus on commitment to the quality of education, teacher competence, and quality-based evaluation. Although there have been significant efforts to maintain the quality of education through teacher development and the implementation of holistic evaluation, there are still some major challenges, such as limited facilities, time, and training for teachers. On the other hand, the support of the pesantren community and the existence of quality improvement programs provide a great opportunity to overcome these obstacles. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of quality culture in MA Al Amiriyyah has shown positive results in improving the quality of Islamic education. However, to achieve more optimal results, madrasas need to strengthen infrastructure, provide more intensive training for teachers, and optimize synergy between madrasas, parents, and the pesantren community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation process of the Merdeka Curriculum in MI/SD in South Sumatra. Several issues arise during the implementation process, including teacher readiness, limited training, inadequate infrastructure, and community understanding. This research is a qualitative study with a field approach, employing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study consist of 25 individuals, including educators, school principals, and students. The process of data processing and analysis is conducted in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is ensured through triangulation methods, which include source, technique, and time triangulation. Based on the results and discussion, the curriculum provides opportunities to enhance learning through a flexible, student-centered approach and the development of character and 21st-century skills. Several schools in South Sumatra have implemented project-based learning, differentiated instruction, and technology to create active and innovative learning environments. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an extracurricular program at MTs Negeri 1 Palembang as an effort to develop students' character based on Islamic values. This research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The subjects of the study consist of 12 individuals, including the vice principal in charge of student affairs, the head of the tahfidz program, teachers, and students participating in the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employs a phenomenological approach by examining phenomena or events occurring in the surrounding environment and life. The process involves three steps: collecting data on the implementation of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an extracurricular program, reducing or categorizing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions, followed by validating the data. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an extracurricular program at MTs Negeri 1 Palembang takes place after school activities, focusing on memorization and revision (murojaah). The memorization methods used align with those established at MTs Negeri 1 Palembang and are adjusted to the methods preferred by teachers and students while ensuring recitations adhere to tajweed rules.

Abstract

The inventory of educational facilities and infrastructure involves the systematic and orderly registration of school-owned items into the inventory system. This process is important as it helps schools identify deficiencies and surpluses in facilities. This study aims to examine the process of inventorying educational facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 50 Palembang. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study include data reduction, data display, and data verification. Data validity was tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings show that the inventory process for facilities and infrastructure is carried out properly according to procedures, with a computerized system supporting the inventory activities at SMP Negeri 50 Palembang. Abstract

Technology enables mathematics teaching to be more interactive, visual, and flexible, which can enhance the understanding of complex mathematical concepts. This study aims to analyze the need for information and communication technology (ICT) in mathematics education to improve students' digital literacy in Indonesia. In the rapidly advancing digital era, the integration of ICT in learning is crucial to preparing students for future challenges. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology to analyze the literature on the use of ICT in mathematics education. The data sources for this study are secondary data from various relevant studies. Data were obtained from trusted sources such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and JSTOR, and then analyzed using a thematic approach. The findings indicate that while ICT can provide significant benefits, policies that support technological infrastructure improvements and teacher training are necessary. Additionally, students' motivation to use technology in learning should also be considered to make the mathematics learning process more effective. This study provides valuable insights for the development of educational policies and technology-based mathematics teaching practices in Indonesia
