<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and social development of class XI IA MAN 2 Model Medan Helvatia in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The method in this study is a quantitative method with a correlational research design. The population in this study were students of class XI IA MAN 2 Model Medan. Sampling in this study used random sampling using the slovin formula. The sample size is 85 students. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was obtained by product moment correlation and the reliability test was obtained by the Cronbach alpha test. Test the hypothesis using the product moment formula from pearson with the help of SPSS22 For Windows. The results of the analysis showed r = 0.628 and Rsquare = 0.386 and a significant value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Based on these results, the research hypothesis was put forward: "There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and students' social development]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the "Relationship Between Peer Social Support and Learning Independence of Grade VIII Students at MTs Negeri 2 Medan Academic Year 2022/2023". This study uses a quantitative approach with the correlation method. In this study, the population consisted of 106 students. Sampling in this study used random sampling, which was taken based on the slovin formula, namely as many as 84 students. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The validity of the instrument was obtained by using the product moment correlation formula, while the reliability of the instrument was obtained by using the Cronbach Alpha formula. Test the hypothesis using the Chi Square test with the help of SPSS IMB 25 for windows. The results of the analysis showed an Asymp.sig (2-sided) value of 0.000 for 84 respondents, so that the value of p <0.05, which means that there is a significant correlation between the variables of peer social support and learning independence]]>

<![CDATA[The independent learning of independent campus concept is an innovative effort to provide students with greater flexibility and autonomy in planning and managing their education. This research aims to analyze how the curriculum is implemented in various universities and its impact on student learning experiences. This research method uses a mixed-methods approach. Data collection techniques in this research include surveys, interviews and document analysis at several universities that implement the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka curriculum. The research results show that the implementation of this curriculum varies between institutions, but generally creates opportunities for students to be more independent in choosing courses, determining learning paths, and combining learning experiences inside and outside the classroom. Observed positive impacts include increased student motivation, better mastery of the material, and more active involvement in the learning process. However, challenges such as the need to support students in planning their curriculum and assessing learning achievement remain a concern. <![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of developing a brain-based learning mathematics module using crossword puzzle games as seen from the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The method used is research and development with the ADDIE research design. This research was conducted at SMPN 11 Sungai Ambawang with test subjects of 27 class VIII students. The validity results show that media validation reached a percentage of 83.33% and material validation was 89.98% in the "very valid" category. The module developed is also practical to use with a percentage of teacher response questionnaires of 70.90 with "practical" criteria and student response questionnaires of 81.61% with "very practical" criteria. Furthermore, the effectiveness seen from the results of the posttest with 21 students completing and 6 students not completing received a percentage of 80.76% for the "very effective" criteria. Based on these results, it was concluded that the module developed was suitable for use in learning]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian learning at the college level demands a deep understanding and proper use in a variety of communication contexts. This study aims to explore the psychological processes involved in Indonesian learning in higher education using cognitive and affective approaches. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The study participants consisted of final year students who took Indonesian courses at the Institut Agama Islam (IAI) Qamarul Huda Bagu Peringgarata Lombok Tengah. Data was collected through classroom observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data is then analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of psychological processes that emerge during learning Indonesian. The results showed that the psychological processes involved in Indonesian learning in higher education involve cognitive and affective aspects simultaneously. The cognitive aspect involves understanding grammar, vocabulary, and problem-solving abilities in the context of Indonesian communication. The affective aspect involves intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, attitudes toward Indonesian learning, and levels of confidence in using Indonesian.These findings have important implications in curriculum development and Indonesian learning methods in higher education]]>

<![CDATA[Money laundering is an illegal activity that has a serious impact on the global economy. It involves the process of concealing or covering up traces of the origins of illegal funds by channelling them through legitimate financial transactions. One sector that is vulnerable to money laundering is property transactions, where criminals often use investments in property to launder their dirty money. This research will explain the role of legal education in raising awareness of financial institutions on the prevention of money laundering in property transactions. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative approach, which implies that data will be analysed and interpreted using information and text obtained from various sources. The results of the study show that legal education plays a crucial role in raising the awareness of financial institutions on the prevention of money laundering in property transactions. This awareness is needed especially in property transactions that have a high risk of abuse and money laundering, given that they involve large sums of money and high asset values. The importance of legal education is seen through several key aspects, including understanding of the law, risk identification, legal compliance, business ethics, employee training, co-operation with authorities, and internal policy development.]]>

<![CDATA[Social and political life has a significant influence on the development of Islamic education, thus requiring in-depth study to find its development construction in the national education map. For this reason, this article will focus its study on how social and political systems affect the development of Islamic education by examining the construction of social and political systems. This research uses a qualitative approach to library research to explore, examine, and identify study topics in the literature. Both primary and secondary data sources are analyzed using text analysis techniques by reading literature data, identifying, and classifying data according to discussion, then discussing and presenting to obtain conclusions based on the focus of the study. The results oh the study show among others1) the political map of education policy in Indonesia provides direction for the development of Islamic education with the development of curriculum substance; 2) social and political systems have a reciprocal impact on the development of Islamic education. Quality and efficient education plays an important role in producing competent human resources that contribute positively to society and the economy. The purpose of this study is to analyse the challenges of public administration in human resource management in the education sector. This research employs a qualitative methodology in the form of a literature review, which implies that it will research and explain data by utilising information and textual content from various sources. The results of the study show that public administration challenges in human resource management in the education sector are complex and multifaceted issues. Budget constraints, legal complexities, changing demographics, technological developments, demands for transparency, shortages of qualified human resources and changes in teachers' working patterns all affect the quality and efficiency of education. <![CDATA[The phenomenon that happens in communication, especially in terms of speech acts often becomes an issue in society. The function of a language or utterance that does not only contain literal meaning but has a certain intended meaning often causes misunderstanding in communication. Since the development of technology, speech acts also can be found in a movie. Since, in the movie, the producer sometimes raises a story of a certain social life, Di Timur Matahari's movie was chosen to be the object of the study. This movie raised the culture of north Indonesia (Papua). A descriptive qualitative method was applied in this study. From collected data, some types of illocutionary acts were found. Those were expressive, assertive, and directive. The most dominant type of illocutionary acts found in the utterance was directives. The result of this study is essential because it shows what type of illocutionary act that was mostly used in the movie.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to develop a Student Worksheet (LKS) containing cultural elements in the Malay custom of tajak Tanah Ketapang on the material of two-variable linear equation systems in Class VIII B SMP Negeri 02 Muara Pawan Ketapang. This research is development research that uses the borg ang gall model, namely: Potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, initial trials, and product revisions. The data collection technique used in this research is indirect communication techniques and measurement techniques, while the data collection tools used are validation sheets, questionnaires (teacher and student response questionnaires) and tests. The test subjects in this research were 24 students in class VIII B of SMP Negeri 02 Muara Pawan Ketapang. This research produced a validity level of 90% in the very valid category, a practicality level of 94.85% in the very practical category and an effectiveness level of 79,16% in the very effective category]]>
