Journal of Islamic Economy and Community Engagement is a multidisciplinary scientific journal published by the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business. This journal is a national level that covers many problems or general problems related to community services. This journal publication aims to disseminate conceptual ideas and research results that have been achieved in the field of community service. Journal of Islamic Economy and Community Engagement, which contains various community service activities with the theme of Islamic economics and other sciences related to the UIN and other universities in the area of supervision of various potentials, complexities, challenges, and problems in society. Implementation of service activities as well as community participation and work partners. Activities are organized into activities that aim to improve community welfare.

Abstract

Sewa-menyewa atau bisa disebut dengan ijarah merupakan salah satu produk yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat, dalam hal ini ijarah atau sewa-menyewa termasuk ke dalam ruang lingkup muamalah, jadi pada ijarah ini yang biasanya ditawarkan kepada masyarakat didasarkan kepada sebuah perjanjian (akad). Akad ijarah merupakan akad perpindahan hak guna atau suatu barang dan jasa melalui upah sewa, tanpa diikuti dengan adanya perpindahan kepemilikan atas barang itu sendiri. Penerapan akad ijarah dalam urusan bisnis berupa sewa tanah, gedung, jasa, dan lain-lain. Dalam urusan bisnis juga sering muncul permasalahan dalam akad ijarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi dengan cara penyampaian materi-materi dengan cara mengunggah di Instagram dan diskusi dalam bentuk sesi tanya jawab. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pengenalan tentang akad ijarah kepada khalayak umum di sosial media. Dengan harapan banyak orang bisa memahami akad ijarah menurut hukum Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to provide socialization of sharia investment and analyze the effectiveness of socialization carried out through Instagram social media. This study uses data that comes from various related issues discussed. The references taken are books that discuss the problem, articles or scientific journals obtained from soft files or hard file books and also through information technology or the internet. This research is also included in qualitative research using the literature study writing method. kinds of studies, namely descriptive studies and constructive analysis. Descriptive studies are carried out by identifying various findings, which are then presented based on these findings in a structured and systematic manner. In this case, identifying the various outreach and education programs that have been carried out. This research also examines constructively analytically, namely armed with various findings that exist in various socialization and education. The results of the study show that the enthusiasm of Instagram users in listening to the discussion videos that have been made by the author and is believed to be very useful for those who are about to start investing or for those who are already investing and want to switch to investments that are good according to their religion, or maintain their mandated financial trust in investment instruments.

Abstract

Bagi seorang muslim kita juga harus melakukan kegiatan ber investasi.Di dalam praktik nya, investasi juga terdapat dalam bentuk syariah.dalam rangka meningkat kan investasi syariah di indonesia, , edukasi literasi digital menjadi semakin penting. Pelaksanaan edukasi secara digital, dilakukan melalui aplikasi instagram, yaitu dengan cara memposting poster yang berisikan tentang pengertian investasi syariah, perbedaan investasi syariah dan konvesional, manfaat, dan jenis-jenis investasi syariah.pengguna dapat melakuakn diskusi di kolom komentar dan terdapat 2 pertanyaan di kolom tersebut Dan dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini,  dapat meningkatkan masyarakat untuk  berinvestasi syariah.

Abstract

Perkembangan investasi dan pasar saham di Indonesia semakin pesat. Salah satu aspek yang menonjol adalah pertumbuhan yang signifikan dalam investasi saham syariah. Selain melihat perkembangan saham syariah itu sendiri, penting juga untuk memahami tingkat pemahaman masyarakat Indonesia mengenai jenis investasi ini. Oleh karena itu, peneliti bertujuan untuk melakukan penelitian yang mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai investasi saham yang berbasis syariah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian studi literatur kajian yang dilakukan dengan memakai literature jurnal, buku, hasil penelitian terdahulu dan menggunakan metode poster comment yang berhubungan dengan investasi syariah. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pemaparan yang detail mengenai investasi saham syariah.

Abstract

Sukuk adalah instrumen keuangan yang berbasis syariah dan terus mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Mengingat pasar yang terus berkembang, pemerintah Indonesia menghadirkan sukuk ritel sebagai obligasi syariah untuk warga negara Indonesia. Sukuk ritel diterbitkan sebagai upaya negara untuk mendukung peningkatan sektor keuangan syariah secara komprehensif. Selain itu, sukuk ritel bertujuan untuk membawa perubahan dalam perilaku masyarakat dalam melakukan investasi dengan risiko yang rendah dan dalam skala pembelian yang kecil, serta membangkitkan semangat masyarakat untuk berinvestasi dengan tujuan sosial. Untuk menyebarkan informasi tentang sukuk ritel, pemanfaatan jejaring media sosial dapat dioptimalkan. Oleh karena itu, penulis menggunakan Instagram dan Whatsapp untuk menyebarkan informasi dan memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk berdiskusi melalui kolom komentar unggahan, sehingga dapat mengevaluasi minat masyarakat terhadap sukuk ritel.

Abstract

This research departs from the idea that the development of information technology has had an impact on people’s lives and spurred the advancement of new ways of life in the digital era. Social media is present as a fast way of promotion (marketing) because it facilitates getting information and interacting easily, the right marketing strategy to achieve marketing goals. Public awareness about the future is still low, if you look at the future, the role of insurance is very important for the community, such as anticipating unexpected events. Islamic insurance is here to support people’s lives. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy carried out through Instagram social media. This study uses a descriptive approach that is connected directly through social media, the data source obtained from previous research studies. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that social media is often used to market products, one of which is sharia insurance, with a product introduction marketing strategy through social media.

Abstract

There are not a few Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia. Many of them are workers in the informal sector. As migrant workers, sometimes they have to be able to manage their finances in order to survive there, for their families in Indonesia, and save for the future. The community service program carried out by the lecturers of the FEBI UIN Suka Sharia Accounting study program regarding financial planning is very helpful for migrant workers in Malaysia, especially workers in the informal sector. Not a few of them are interested in starting to plan their finances, starting from daily expenses to investing in the future.

Abstract

Women Farmers Group (KWT) plays an important role in supporting the progress of the agricultural sector. KWT Roay Lestari is a farmer women's group in Kahuripan Village, Tawang Subdistrict. KWT Roay Lestari focuses on processing and marketing processed agricultural products. However, limited resources and knowledge hinder the optimization of KWT's role. This empowerment aims to improve the welfare of KWT through better processing and marketing of farm products. The holistic approach to implementing empowerment includes skills development, working capital support, and marketing capacity building. Based on the results of the activities, a positive impact was obtained through increased skills and independence of KWT members in product processing and marketing. This program can be a replicated empowerment model in other areas to encourage food security and community economic welfare.

Abstract

This research seeks to thoroughly examine the interconnectedness and directional influence between military spending and sustainable economic growth while considering the role of gross fixed capital formation (investment) as a controlling factor. Drawing on a comprehensive dataset from 13 distinct Latin American economies, spanning the extensive time frame of 1990 to 2019, the study investigates the patterns of cointegration and causal relationships within the variables. The results of the cointegration analysis do not provide substantial support for the existence of a strong and enduring relationship between all the examined variables over the long term. Notably, the research identifies a unidirectional causality running from (i) economic growth to military expenditure, (ii) economic growth to investment, and (iii) investment to military expenditure. This suggests a complex interplay between economic dynamics, investment patterns, and military spending behaviors in the context of Latin American economies, highlighting the need for a nuanced understanding of the underlying causal mechanisms at play. Moreover, it is necessary to consider national and international policies to promote sustainable development in countries, given it produces benefits for investment, safety, and security. As nations strive for sustained development, the research underscores the need for policymakers to grapple with the intricate implications of military expenditure on economic and investment landscapes. This holistic perspective advocates for a balanced and inclusive approach, cognizant of the multifaceted challenges and opportunities that characterize the evolving socio-economic and geopolitical landscape of the region.

Abstract

Padusan Village is one of the popular tourist destinations among tourists when they want to spend their holiday time, so Padusan Village can be called a Tourist Village. The development of Padusan Village into an area that has many tourist attractions has created new things in the community, one of which is the emergence of MSMEs around Padusan Village. However, the majority of MSMEs in Padusan Village only sell agricultural products and home-processed food. There are no MSME actors in Padusan Village who sell souvenir products which are the hallmark of Padusan Village. Some of the problems that occur in Padusan Village are the lack of understanding from the community regarding the importance of souvenirs as souvenir products in the tourism industry, in addition to the low ability of the Padusan Village community in making souvenirs. Based on the existing problems, the service team from the State University of Malang wants to carry out community service activities in the form of mentoring on ecoprint techniques based on vegetation diversity as an alternative product for souvenirs typical of Padusan Pacet Tourism Village, Mojokerto. This service activity is carried out to realize the community's abilities and skills in producing souvenir products typical of the Padusan Tourism Village so that Padusan Village as a tourist village can develop further and increase the economic income of Padusan Village. The partner problem solving method in this activity is in the form of training and mentoring activities which begin with providing theory, practice and evaluation of the participants' work. This service activity was carried out well and smoothly, all participants followed the sequence of events from start to finish. The result of this service activity is an increase in skills for the Padusan Village community in producing handicrafts using ecoprint techniques and has the potential to become a business opportunity in Padusan Village.
