Abstract

According to Annex 14 Aerodrome,Volume II Amandement 6 November 2014 Heliport, heliport defines as “An aerodrome or a defined area on a structure intended to be used wholly or in part for the arrival, departure and surface movement of helicopters”. Other term we daily used is Helipad, Although in formal regulation this term is not used. In daily understanding Helipad is a part of Heliport, in other word heliport consist of some of helipads. An outline of this research will discuss about real condition of BP3K SDMT Ciwidey Heliport technically,. Is the heliport has been appropriate with current technical specification according to Indonesia regulations ? , Is the permissions problems has been done administratively and things related to manual and procedures has been comply with Air Traffic Services Manual implemented for Surface Heliport like the facility built in this training

Abstract

Needs analysis study on Telecommunication and Air Navigation STPI Graduates at Perusahaan Umum Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia (LPPNPI) Tangerang – Banten. This analyses is applied to get the information for about whether the graduate of TNU is still needed, How much is needed, is there any constraint in absorbing the needs of the graduates. To achieve these objectives used descriptive research methods Analysis and Observation in the field. In this research, where the research describes the situation which is accompanied by a clear analysis of human resources graduates on the STPI TNU study program in Perum LPPNPI / Airnav Indonesia Tangerang with the data and problems that exist, by giving conclusions and suggestions.

Abstract

Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute Curug Tangerang have a new aviation engineering building. In this study author discusses the reliability of the existing electrical installation network in the new aviation engineering building which is useful to see the reliability of the electrical installation security in new aviation engineering building. The current condition of existing installation in the aviation engineering building is assumed new as the aviation engineering building is completed in 2016. So the installation in this building has not been known wheter it is safe during the teaching and learning process of cadets. Then in case of excessive current the safety may not be able to hold it like MCB, MCCB, cable and grounding. So here author will assess whether the reliability of the existing electrical installation in the new aviation engineering building is safe or not so it is not disturb the learning procces of cadets.

Abstract

Fire is a disaster that caused by undesireble fire also could cause a big loss both of property or human life as well. therefore, the prevention system of fire is the most important thing. In the simulator building of Indonesia Civil Aviation Institute, there is only a hydrant pillar pipe that has no water supply, fire pump and sprinkler as the first prevention of fire hazard. therefore this issue is in the analysis The calculation analysis is done by determining the location of sprinkler, calculating the capacity of the water , and determining the power of the pump with counting the total of head loss on that pump. Refering to SNI 03-3989-2000, SNI 03- 1457-2000, related articles, last finally project and theories on plumbing system also using ANSYS 16.0 for helping the counting analysis. The result of calculation analysis is location of sprinkler, water volume and pump force to instalation hydrant and sprinkler for prevention hazard.

Abstract

With the draft is expected to be used as the operating system of centeralized airconditioning Split. Based on the existing conditions in the dormitory Curug 1 often the negligence of cadets when leaving the dormitory in the state of air conditioning is still operating. To make it easier to monitor the AC work system when cadets leave the dormitory, the writer tries to make a simple design of this, but does not reduce the functionality of the existing equipment. To monitor and operate AC the writer intends to create a design that can monitor and control AC centrally using a microcontroller as a controller and the computer through Visual Studio as the monitoring interface put on BIMTAR and duty cadets as operators. Abstract

The aims of this research were to reveal the impact of contextual teaching and learning of PAI based on the Cadets’ motivation and to find out the combined effect of the approach of learning and motivation of learning to Cadets’ achievement in reading comprehension of PAI. This research was a quasiexperiment with Cadets’ achievement of reading comprehension as the dependent variable and the approach of instruction and the Cadets’ learning motivation as the independent variable. This study used the factorial 2 x 2 experimental design with two qualification independent variables which were contextual teaching and learning, and convensional learning. The population of this research was all forth grade Cadets level 1 department of flight engineering STPI Curug with the sampel of 61 Cadetss. The instruments of the data collection were a test of Cadets’ achievement and a questionnaire of learning motivation. The technique of data analysis was two tails variance analysis followed by Sheffe test. The result of the study shows that (1) there are differences in achievement of the Cadets who were taught by using contextual teaching and learning from those who were taught using the convensional learning. The result of Anava calculation shows that there was significant differences in reading comprehension (Fhitung = 21.293 > Ftabel = 4.012,  = 0.05) between those who were taught by using the contextual teaching and learning, and those who were taught by using the convensional learning

Foreign Object Debris (Fod) Adalah Objek Atau Benda Yang Tidak Seharusnya Berada Di Daerah Pergerakan Pesawat Udara (Runway, Taxiway, Dan Apron). Saat Ini Pendeteksian Fod Di Bandar Udara Sam Ratulangi Belum Terjadwal Dengan Baik Dan Masih Menggunakan Cara Manual Yaitu Dengan Cara Pengecekan Langsung Ke Area Pergerakan Pesawat Oleh Petugas Teknik Umum Yang Berkoordinasi Dengan Petugas Teknik Umum, Untuk Mendeteksi Dan Membersihkan Area Tersebut Dari Fod, Namun Cara Ini Kurang Aman Dan Tidak Efisien Dalam Hal Waktu Bagi Petugas. Rancangan Receiver Pendeteksi Fod Ini Dibuat Untuk Membantu Petugas Teknik Umum Dalam Melakukan Pemantauan Terhadap Fod Yang Berada Di Daerah Runway. Abstract

Process of removal and installation Main Landing Gear downlock Spring Bungee of aircraft Boeing 737 - 300/400/500 at PT. Aero Nusantara Indonesia using a rope as a tool to hold and pull downlock spring bungee. The rope must be pulled with a strong force and requires a minimum two people as well as the processing time of more than four minutes. Another constraint is needed additional pins are mounted on the support shaft uplock holes and the possibility to be separated or broken rope could happen so that it may be accident in its use. The design of this tool consists of four parts, that is a power screw, rod holder, rod player's arm, and frame. Measuring of downlock Spring Bungee dimensions used as a planning and calculation of the design to be created. The calculations results will be used as a design parameter to produce a tool that can be used with just one person and time of use can be speeded up to two minutes as well as lower levels of accidents that may happen.In this design it can be concluded that in general the tools to remove and install the Main Landing Gear downlock Spring Bungee on the Boeing 737-300 / 400/500 is in conformity with the parameters that have been determined so that this design tool can replace previously used and can be done validation can be used in accordance with their purpose
