The purpose of this research to know the effect NOTAM military exercise in air traffic control service at Perum LPPNPI sub-branch Curug. The method used in this research is quantitative research and data collected used questionnare. As for the population in this research are Air Traffic Controller personnels and pilot students 4 and 69 of PPIC. The result shows negative effect and opposite between NOTAM military exercise and air traffic control service. Negative effect shows increasing NOTAM military exercise so air traffic control service will be distrubed. Determination coefficient is 47,61% and the rest is determined by the other factors. The regression equation test is Y = 40,526 – 0,619X.

This research was conducted at Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch Office. The variable studied was a single variable, namely the performance of ATC personnel. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a mixed approach. The data technique used a questionnaire that was distributed to the sample and then carried out the data processing requirements in the form of validity, reliability and gap analysis tests. Analysis of research results is still protected for ATC personnel in providing flight traffic services. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to improve facilities and infrastructure as well as the division of Job Position in only 1 sector in order to improve the performance of ATC personnel in providing flight traffic services.

This study aims to obtain an overview of whether there is an influence between the coordination with flights at the Balikpapan branch of the LPPNPI Perum. The research was carried out at Perum LPPNPI Balikpapan Branch and the data processing was carried out at the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Curug - Tangerang requested from January 2020 to July 2020. The method used was quantitative research methods. Which method regulates the data using a questionnaire / questionnaire, and with a sample of 31 respondents and an error rate of 5% addressed to ATC personnel at the Balikpapan branch of LPPNPI Public Corporation. The study concludes that it is known that there is a significant relationship and influence between coordination and flight safety with simple regression analysis showing a significance value of 0.000 which is less than α = 0.025 and t-count = 15.342 which is greater than t-table 2.04523, therefore the decision is Ho is rejected, so it can be said that there is an influence between coordination (X) on flight safety (Y).

Electrical equipment can affect power quality. Especially non-linear loads such as (computers, electronic equipment, energy saving lamps, etc.). Measurements are needed to determine the power quality (harmonics) in the PPIC Aviation Engineering building. Measurements were made on Monday 3 August 2020 - Wednesday 5 August 2020. The highest harmonic measurement data was on Monday, 3 August 2020 with the THD value of the R phase current of 67.98%, S of 29.73%, and T of 87. 13%. The harmonic value of the measurement results exceeds the standard set by IEEE 519-1992. From the simulation results of tuned passive filter installation using ETAP 12.6.0 the harmonic value can be reduced. Before installing the Passive Single Tuned filter, the harmonic value on bus 5 was 58.11%. After installing the filter the harmonic value on bus 5 can be reduced to 12.58%.

In engine run practice, it can be simulated by using static bicycle wheel rotation to meet alternator rotation requirements. However, the limitation of human leg muscle to pedalling have not been able to reach the desired rpm. To achieve alternator rotation, design and developable mechanism of rotation is needed. Based on a few identification problems that will be the limitation of problem is how to design developable mechanism of static bike powered with output 2700 rpm. In this design, a knurling wheel with 60 mm of diameter diamond pattern knurling surface as the successor to the 660 mm diameter round bicycle wheel. The chosen gear is a straight gear where the driver gear is 120 mm of pitch diameter, the number of teeth is 60 and the driven gear is 60 mm of pitch diameter with the number of teeth is 30 as successor to knurling wheel. The shaft used is 20 mm of diameter with 7x7 dimention of spie. The bearings used are ball bearing type with bearing number 6004. For the belt and driver pulley, the designer chooses a type A number 35 of v belt with a length of circumference 889 mm belt and 127 mm diameter of driver pulley. The support of gear, driver pulley and alternator used S45C material with 343 N/mm2 of yield strength. From the results of calculations and designs that have been done, the tools are made to work well according to the designer's criteria. So, this design can be used to help increase the rotation of the bicycle wheel rotation.

This study aims to determine the results of the implementation of distance learning for the online Flight plan course due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive quantitative method and data collection uses a questionnaire method and secondary data is used to evaluate Distance Learning (PJJ). In this study more focused on Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model. Four levels of Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model, each was assessed with a different assessment tool. The sample in this study were cadets of the Air Traffic DIV Study Program totaling 48 people. Reaction Evaluation (Evaluating Reaction) is carried out by using a reaction sheet in the form of a questionnaire so that it is easier and more effective to measure cadets' satisfaction with the Flight Plan course learning activities. Learning evaluation is carried out through an assessment of the learning process, using a quiz assessment rubric 2 (two) times at the beginning and at the end of the final exam. Behavioral evaluation is carried out by assessing the ability of air traffic competency practice in implementing the flight plan concept. Evaluating results are related to the final results of cadets, namely the final semester test scores. The results of the study describe the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model in the Flight Plan Subject Learning Program which is declared effective in learning theory, but when entering into practice, it is difficult to use the flight plan data processing system which is currently not available as a practice media for online flight plan courses.

This study aims to review the practical process and try to obtain an overview of the problems that arise in the practice of students guiding aircraft in the Aerodrome Control Tower lab by making observations. The research method used is a qualitative method. The research instrument uses interviews and direct observation to observe the phenomena that occur and find out the problems faced when carrying out the practice and trying to find solutions. The results showed that there were several problems found, such as the incompatibility of cadets' understanding of the material provided by each lecturer and from the guidebook itself. The need for further research for improvement in the future.

Since the end of 2019, the Covid-19 pandemic has spread to various countries rapidly and has affected every aspect of life in the world community. The order of life has changed drastically, including the world of education. Since the issuance of a circular instructing each educational institution to organize distance learning, each student follows the learning process from their respective homes through various media. With all the existing limitations, educational institutions, especially aviation vocational higher education, are still expected to be able to maintain the quality of education and graduates. Vocational higher education, where the majority of the material is practice, certainly experiences obstacles because students cannot carry out practices. This has the potential to decrease the perception of the quality of graduates. This is what encourages the author to conduct this research. This research uses quantitative methods, and a questionnaire as an instrument of data collection. Finally, this study gives the results that the Covid-19 pandemic and distance learning methods have an influence or contribution to the perception of the quality of aviation vocational higher education graduates with the strength of the relationship between variables is weak

The professionalism of the Air Traffic Controller is a standard for air traffic service so that a good process is needed at all stages, one of the stage is in the On-the-Job Training process, On-the-Job Training Instructor shall comply with required competencies through the gap analysis method by comparing international competences based on Document 9868 Procedures for Air Navigation Services Training with competencies on ATC On the Job Training Instructor training curriculum. The result is that there are 3 (three) international competencies that need to be inserted into the ATC On the Job Training Instructor training curriculum, namely mentoring skills competencies, Collaboration Skills, and Ethics and Integrity skills.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the procedure socialization system and the quality of flight traffic guidance services at the Jakarta Area Control Center (ACC) Division. The variables studied were the quality of flight traffic guidance service as the dependent variable and the socialization procedure system as the independent variable. The research method used is correlational research method with field research in the form of questionnaire data collection techniques and interviews as well as library research. The research sample was taken by random sampling technique, which is taking several members of the population randomly as a sample. The research object is directed at the Jakarta Area Control Center Division flight traffic guide. The data is in the form of answers to questionnaires and the requirements for data analysis tests are carried out in the form of normality tests, as well as data analysis tests, namely correlation and simple regression tests. The coefficients obtained were tested for significance. Based on the questionnaire, it was concluded that the procedure socialization system with a score of 2245 and the quality of flight traffic guidance services with a score of 2230 were in the poor category. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between the procedure socialization system and the quality of flight traffic guidance services. The correlation coefficient of the socialization system with the quality of flight traffic guidance services is 0.680. The coefficient value of 6.738 indicates that an increase in the socialization procedure system by 1 unit will lead to an increase in the quality of flight traffic guidance services by 6,738.Therefore, to maintain and improve the quality of flight traffic guidance services in the Jakarta Area Control Center (ACC) Division it is necessary factors of the existing procedure socialization system
