The process of aircraft production and maintenance cannot be separated from various obstacles related to data collection and documentation. So far, at AMO PPI Curug, the recording is still in hardcopy and softcopy. The hardcopy recording uses a recording form which is monthly recapitulated while softcopy recording uses Microsoft excel which is daily recapitulated from the summary of monthly data. The problem analysis found that there are frequent occurrences of input and data collection errors in the addition of flight hours that made it inefficient in work performance and schedule inspection. The research purpose is to develop an application design for a digital-based maintenance recording system on training aircraft at the Approved Maintenance Organization. The Research and development (R&D) research method are used to develop products into the results of product effectiveness testing. The research result shows that the application has web-based specifications and it can be used on a computer device platform or Smartphone gadget. The conclusion is that the electronic-based maintenance recording application can run well and it has a very good level of satisfaction in testing.

Apron digunakan sebagai tempat parkir pesawat terbang. Selain untukparkir, pelataran pesawat digunakan untuk mengisi bahan bakar,menurunkan penumpang, dan mengisi penumpang pesawat terbang.Pelataran pesawat berada pada sisi udara (airport side) yang langsungbersinggungan dengan bangunan terminal, dan juga dihubungkan dengantaxiway yang menuju ke runway. Dimana kondisi saat ini di apron BandarUdara Adi Soemarmo system penerangannya kurang baik dikarenakanintensitas belum memenuhi standar intensitas yang dianjurkan olehANNEX Volume 14. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, intensitas penerangandi apron Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo rata – ratanya sebesar 17 lux,sedangkan menurut ANNEX adalah 20 lux, sehingga dapat disimpulkanbahwa penerangan apeon tersebut belum memenuhi standar ANNEX.Untuk itulah diperlukan suatu perancangan ulang dengan hasil perhitungandengan menggunakan lampu led yang supaya intensitas penerangan sesuaidengan standar ANNEX serta memiliki tingkat efisiensi daya yang tinggi..

Saat ini dunia pendidikan sedang menghadapi tantangan yang berat untukmenyiapkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas dan mampu bersaing di eraglobal. Salah satu faktor penunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar adalah kondisilaboratorium yang siap pakai dan terawat. Kondisi siap pakai dan terawat tersebutbisa terpenuhi apabila dilakukan perawatan yang sesuai dengan prosedurpemeliharaan oleh teknisi. Teknisi harus didukung oleh data penggunaaan danperawatan yang akurat untuk melakukan perawatan secara maksimal.Selama ini datapenggunaan laboratorim dicatat di logbook yang berada di masing-masinglaboratorium dan data perawatan tidak tercatat dengan rapi , taruna maupun dosentidak mengisi atau lupa tidak mengisi logbook, sehingga teknisi tidak dapatmendapatkan data penggunaan laboratorium dengan akurat. Dengan tidak akuratnyapencatatan penggunaan dan perawatan laboratorium maka akan menghambat tugasteknisi untuk melakukan perawatan laboratorium. Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas,maka penulis membuat sebuah alat pencatat penggunaan dan perawatan laboratoriumberbasis PC dan mikrokontroler.

The spread of the SARS COV2 virus has made many changes to the education system. Vocational tertiary institutions such as PPI Curug require face-to-face practical teaching and learning activities (KBM). Face-to-face teaching and learning activities during this pandemic require special handling so that they do not become clusters of spreading new viruses. Based on the above and supported by the appointment of PPI Curug as one of the Pilot Campuses in face-to-face KBM at schools within the Ministry of Transportation, it is deemed necessary to conduct research related to risk assessment of the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the PPI Curug. This study aims to assess the risk of spreading the SARS COV2 virus during face-to-face learning activities at the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Curug. This research begins by identifying the activities of the academic community, identifying hazards and evaluating risks related to the severity and likelihood of events. This research on the risk assessment of preventing and controlling the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the PPI Curug Campus refers to the existing Risk Assessment instrument in accordance with KP 622 of 2015 and KP 62 of 2020. Then, instrument validation was carried out using the CIPP method to adjust the indicators for compliance and risk assessment performance in accordance with the Risk Assessment for the prevention and control of the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the PPI Curug Campus. The Safety Management System has 4 pillars, one of the pillars of the safety management system is Safety Assurance. The implementation of a good Safety Management System can affect the level of technician's workplace safety, it is necessary to measure each pillar of the Safety Management System. The pillar of Safety Assurance is something that needs to be measured at PT.XYZ. This study aims to assess safety assurance and improve work safety. The method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive and verification techniques. The data obtained came from questionnaires, observations, documentation, and interviews. The population used as research samples taken are all technicians who work with as many as 36 people in Hangar Hall E PT.XYZ. This study's results indicate a positive effect of 30% between safety assurance and work safety.

This research was aimed to examine the effect of ATC’s trauma after controlling an aircraft with an accident or incident on the ATC mental workload (Air Traffic Controller) at Perum LPPNPI Medan Branch. The analysis used an independent variable of trauma and the dependent variable is mental workload. The sample of this research is ATC who had ever controlled an aircraft. The method of this research is quantitative methods. The data analyzing in the forms of validity, reliability, normality, linearity, correlation, significance determination, and simple linear regression test. The result of this research with pearson product moment test showed the correlation is 0,8161 which categorized as very strong correlation and the determination shows 66,61%. The simple linear regression shows that every increase in the ATC’s trauma by one point will increase ATC’s mental-workload by 0.8312 at constant level of 2.4181.

Proses mengudara dan mendarat harus mempertimbangkan arah dan kecepatan angin guna menghindari kejadian yang fatal pada pesawat terbang terutama untuk pesawat berbadan kecil seperti yang dimiliki oleh Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug (PPIC). Informasi angin yang cepat, tepat dan akurat dapat menjadi pendukung keputusan bagi pilot maupun ATC untuk menentukan landasan yang aman untuk proses lepas landas maupun tinggal landas. Perubahan arah angin skala regional terjadi secara monsunal di kebanyakan wilayah di Indonesia berpengaruh terhadap perubahan arah angin permukaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari arah kebanyakan angin bertiup di Bandar Udara Budiarto menggunakan aplikasi WindRose (Mawar Angin). Dengan mengetahui arah angin yang dominan berdasarkan bulan dan musimnya untuk menentukan runway yang akan digunakan di Bandar Udara Budiarto. Data arah dan kecepatan angin tiap jam dari Stasiun Meteorologi Budiarto selama periode lima tahun dari Januari 2015 hingga Desember 2019. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa berdasarkan nilai kejadian headwind dan crosswind selama tahun 2015-2019 penggunaan Runway 04 baik digunakan pada saat musim hujan dan Runway 12 pada saat musim kemarau, sedangkan pada musim transisi Runway yang paling baik digunakan adalah Runway 04. Keputusan penggunaan runway tetap diserahkan kepada pihak terkait seperti ATC dan Pilot dengan mempertimbangkan hal hal lain diluar informasi arah dan kecepatan angin

The Perum LPPNPI Tanjung Pandan Sub-branch lacks personnel, but the strategic location of the airport causes many small planes to refuel, which affects the increase in traffic. This, of course, causes the workload to increase as well. The Controller's service schedule is not in accordance with PM No. 166 of 2020. This study aims to find out how much influence workload has on the performance of air traffic controllers at Perum LPPNPI Tanjung Pandan Sub-Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire survey and documentation study. Data were analyzed with validity, reliability, normality, correlation, and simple linear regression tests. The research instrument used was the NASA TLX method, and with a result of 90.62%, it was concluded that the category of workload level and ATC performance at Perum LPPNPI Tanjung Pandan Sub-branch was classified as very high. The results showed that the workload had a strong and significant influence on ATC performance.

The 2019 corona virus disease (COVID-19) has negatively impacted the lives of millions of people worldwide. The result is that the Indonesian government demands that schools be closed so that learning can be done remotely using online learning resources. Not only in Indonesia but also globally, the COVID-19 epidemic has had an impact on education and student learning. In addition to the overall impact, this study looks at how different explicit virtual learning language learning strategies affect English learning outcomes during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in vocational schools. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Training Instructor Course (TIC) at the Centre of Human Resources Development on Civil Aviation (CHRDCA) using the Kirkpatrick model. TIC training was developed and standardized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). ICAO has developed level 1, 2 and 3 evaluations for TIC training, but has not yet developed level 4 evaluations. CHRDCA can access evaluation levels 1 and 2 from the Trainair Plus Electronic Management System (TPEMS). The evaluation results at level 1 were very good with an average score of 4.73. The results of the level 2 evaluation showed that all participants passed with an average score of 87.1. Level 3 evaluation results are managed directly by ICAO so CHRDCA cannot access them. However, the researchers conducted a survey with the results showing that there was an increase in the quality of behaviours in managing learning. Based on the results of the evaluation at level 3, it can be concluded that at evaluation level 4 there will be an increase in student learning results as a result of an increase in the instructor's pedagogical competence.
