Abstract

The expected research and development objectives in “this study are to reduce the anxiety of speaking in front of the class of class XI learners at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro” and testing the effectiveness of classical guidance services with the circle technique (round) that researchers develop. The type of research is experimentation, which is research using quantitative data. Quantitative data obtained based on the results of the student response assessment score and anxiety questionnaires speaking in front of the class that researchers give to learners.This development research was conducted using classical guidance research method with circle technique (round) using game media so that students When carrying out services do not feel bored. The results of the research conducted are : 1) The effectiveness of classical guidance services with the circle (round) technique to reduce anxiety of speaking in front of a class of learners class XI at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro who managend to get results with the category of “high and medium” which can be seen as follows : a) the average pretest score results get a score 0f 77,08 with the “high” category, b) the average postest score gets a score of 63,08 with the “low” category, c) The results of the hypothesis also show that the results of the thitung large than of sigtificans 0,10 thus H0 rejected and accepted. This means that in this study there is a significant influence between variables independent of dependent variables so that there is an influence on reducing anxiety of speaking in front of the class on students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro well.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the self-confidence factors of class X students at SMA Negeri 8 Semarang. The data collection method in this research uses a qualitative approach whose instruments consist of interviews and observations. From the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there are several self confidence factors which are categorized as low self-confidence, namely 1.) physical factors, students feel they have shortcomings. 2). mental factors, 5 students do not dare to express opinions either at school or in their environment, assess themselves as less capable in doing things, feel inferior when in front of friends, 3). Social factors: The student does not have many friends, prefers to be alone and is not good at socializing. From the results of the research, the results of a case study of 5 participants at SMA Negeri 8 Semarang explained that the 5 students and girls of class X tend to have low self-confidence. mental assessment, the subject in class does not dare to express an opinion, does not want to come to the front of the class, never shows his school work to his friends, if he has difficulty in class assignments, the subject does not dare to ask his teacher, usually asks his close friends , social assessment, self-confidence can be influenced by environmental factors as well.

Abstract

The main focus in this research is students' social interaction abilities and their development by supervising teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Semarang. In interacting, many things are discovered, both negative and positive. This shows that interaction is an ability that is learned in the process of everyday life. This ability to interact can be developed through guidance and counseling services, as implemented at SMA Negeri 5 Semarang. The method the author uses in this research is a descriptive method. In this research the author carried out observations, interviews and documentation to obtain the required data. Based on the research that the author has conducted, it can be concluded that: First, in adapting to the social environment, there are students who are capable and there are those who are unable. Students who are unable to adapt are generally less able to interact in the social environment of SMA Negeri 5 Semarang. Second, to find close friends, there are students who are able to get them and those who are not. Students who are unable to find close friends are those who are unable to adapt, have been traumatized by previous close friends, are less open and are less able to interact. Third, there are students who are able to create a sense of self-confidence when studying and there are also those who are not. Self-confidence does not arise due to factors within and outside the individual. Fourth, the efforts made by supervising teachers to develop students' ability to adapt, to build closeness and create self confidence is by providing counseling guidance services both in the personal and social fields by supervising teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Semarang

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain the degree of discipline among class XI students at SMA Negeri 14 Semarang with regard to following the rules and regulations. This study used the scale method in a quantitative manner. In order to choose 268 class XI pupils, the sampling approach in this study used probability sampling, which is based on simple random sampling. Studies on the degree of discipline among class XI students at SMA Negeri 14 Semarang in adhering to the laws and regulations With 120 pupils, the highest percentage level is 44.8%, the very high category is 7.5% with 20 students, high category 32.5% totaling 87, and low category 41 students with a percentage of 15.3%.

Abstract

Confidence is a positive attitude of an individual that enables him to develop a positive assessment, both of himself and of the environment/situation he faces. Based on the results of observations, the provision of group guidance services to increase student self-confidence has never been carried out at Yayasan Pharmasi Semarang School. The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of group guidance services using social modeling techniques to increase the self-confidence of class X students at SMK Yayasan Pharmasi Semarang. Quantitative research methods with true experimental research methods (true experimental design) with a pretest-posttest control group design. The results of this study are group guidance services using social modeling techniques to increase the self-confidence of class X students at SMK Yayasan Pharmasi Semarang more effectively carried out using social modeling techniques than without using social modeling techniques. The results of data analysis from SPSS showed that the average value of the control group before being given service was 110.70 and the average value of the experimental group was 111.70. After being given the service the average posttest score of the experimental group was 119.00 and 136.30 the average posttest value of the experimental group.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication skills among students who were victims of bullying at junior high schools in the SMK Yayasan Pharmasi semarang. The type of research used is quantitative research with an ex post facto research design. The data collection tool used is the self-confidence scale and interpersonal communication scale. The sample technique uses a proportional stratified random sampling technique. Then testing the hypothesis that is using Spearman rank correlation analysis. Confidence scale totaling 45 items has a reliability value of 0.946. Furthermore, the confidence scale consists of 47 items having a reliability value of 0.951. The self-confidence of students who were victims of bullying in junior high schools in the SMK Yayasan Pharmasi semarang region was in the moderate category (M = 129.2; SD = 40.4) and interpersonal communication among students who were victims of bullying in Middle School in the SMK Yayasan Pharmasi semarang region was in the medium category (M = 133.6 ; SD = 40.3). On the results of the Spearman rank correlation test, the result is R = 0.844 which shows that self-confidence has a relationship with interpersonal communication in students who are victims of bullying in junior high schools in the SMK Yayasan Pharmasi semarang region.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of classical guidance with a solution approach as a strategy to prevent burnout in students. Qualitative research methods were used involving students as research subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation. The research results show that the implementation of classical guidance with a solution approach is effective in helping students manage stress, improve coping, and prevent burnout. Factors such as a good relationship between student and supervisor, social support, and the use of cognitive-behavioral techniques are key to successfully implementing this approach. The practical implication of these findings is the importance of strengthening guidance services in higher education institutions by introducing a solution approach as a potential strategy in preventing burnout in students.

Abstract

Respect can be interpreted as appreciating or respecting. In general, respect is a way of feeling and behaving. In the world of education, respect is associated with the relationship between students and teachers. Each student must have an attitude of respect that must be grown in each of them. The purpose of this study was to determine the attitude of respect in class VIII students at SMPN 37 Semarang. This research is a quantitative research using survey research methods and the type of research is descriptive. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling with the population in this study amounting to 216 students while the sample in this study amounted to 179 students. The results of the research that has been carried out are that the percentage of respect for students in class VIII SMPN 37 Semarang is dominant at a high level, which is 73% with a total of 131 out of 179 students and at a very high level, which is 17% with a total of 31 out of 179 students, so it can be concluded that the level of respect for the class VIII students of SMPN 37 Semarang is relatively high.

Abstract

The research and development objective expected in this research is to "Find out the effect of group guidance on problem solving techniques to improve students' time management at SMK Negeri 3 Metro". The type of research used is quantitative research, quantitative data is obtained based on the results of assessment scores from filling out student time management questionnaires that researchers give to students. The results of the research carried out are: 1) The Effect of Problem Solving Technique Group Guidance Services to Improve the Time Management of Class XI TJKT Students at SMK Negeri 3 Metro for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. 2) Improving the time management of Class b) the post test score is 18.7. It can be seen from these results that there is an increase by a difference of 6.1. c) and the results of hypothesis testing also show that the t_count results are greater than the t_table with a significance of 0.05, thus H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. This means that in this research there is an influence of group guidance services using problem solving techniques on improving time management in class XI TJKT students at SMK Negeri 3 Metro.

Abstract

The purpose of the development of this research is to produce a product in the form of a sexual education book for grade VI students at SD Negeri 1 Telogorejo by developing several aspects including development procedures, book feasibility, book attractiveness and book effectiveness. The type of research used is research and development with the ADDIE development model. The instruments used in this study were a sexual education knowledge questionnaire, expert validation sheets (material, media and language), product practicality sheets by students. The results obtained from this study are (1) the development procedure using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The researchers used these stages for the development of sexual education books so that they could produce appropriate products. (2) The media of sexual education books is included in the very appropriate category for use. This was obtained by the researchers based on an average feasibility of 86.2% obtained from the assessment of experts and students. (3) The media of sexual education books is able to provide an attraction so that students are enthusiastic in following the learning process and actively participate in learning activities. This the researcher knows based on the observations that the researcher made during the process of learning activities. (4) Based on the test results, the sexual education book media has good quality from the visual aspect, the content and the language applied is feasible to use.
