Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the effect of Market Timing Ability, Stock Selection Skill, Fund Age, and Fund Size on the Performance of Sharia Equity Mutual Funds for the period January 2021 to December 2024. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research sample used was Islamic stock mutual funds that were active from January 2021 to December 2024 totaling 22 stock Islamic mutual funds. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method with various sampling criteria. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, as well as the research method using the classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing t and F. The results of hypothesis testing show that Market Timing Ability, Stock Selection Skill, Fund Age, and Fund Size have a joint effect on performance. Sharia Equity Mutual Funds for the 20121-2024 period, Market Timing Ability has no effect on the Performance of Sharia Equity Mutual Funds for the 2021-2024 period, Stock Selection Skill has no effect on the Performance of Sharia Equity Mutual Funds for the 2021-20224 period, Fund Age has no effect on the Performance of Sharia Equity Mutual Funds for the 2021-2024 period, Fund Size has no effect on the Performance of Sharia Equity Mutual Funds for the 2021-2024 period.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of organizational culture, organizational climate, and motivation on employee performance through the literature review method. The results show that a strong organizational culture (results-oriented, collaboration, innovation) and a conducive organizational climate (open communication, management support, reward system) have a significant effect on improving performance. Work motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic) also proved to be a key factor, both as a direct influence and as an intervening variable. The findings reveal that organizational culture and climate not only have a direct impact on performance, but also indirectly through motivation. The practical implication is that organizations need to build a clear culture, strengthen the positive work climate, and design holistic motivation programs. The role of leaders as role models and HR policies that focus on employee development are also supporting factors.

Abstract

Penguasaan keterampilan digital (digital skills) di era digital saat ini menjadi semakin penting bagi sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk mendukung penguatan local branding. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya pengembangan digital skills SDM dalam meningkatkan daya saing lokal di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelusuran literatur dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan laporan penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digital skills yang perlu dikuasai SDM meliputi keterampilan pemasaran digital, analisis data, pengelolaan konten, dan penggunaan teknologi terkini. Pengembangan digital skills dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan, pendidikan, dan program pengembangan SDM yang terstruktur. Penguasaan digital skills akan memungkinkan SDM untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara optimal dalam mempromosikan produk dan jasa lokal, meningkatkan engagement dengan pelanggan, serta menganalisis data untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan digital skills SDM merupakan faktor kunci dalam penguatan local branding di era digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis lokal.

Abstract

Golat Village is one of the villages located in the former Panumbangan District, situated on the northern slope of Mount Sawal, precisely in Panumbangan Sub-district, Ciamis Regency, West Java Province. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of village fund management in improving the welfare of the community in Golat Village. The research employed a qualitative method. The researcher served as the primary instrument, utilizing data collection techniques including observation, interviews, documentation, and the operational measurement of effectiveness ratio to assess expenditure realization against targets. Findings from interviews and calculations of expenditure realization indicate that the effectiveness ratio of village fund management in Golat has increased from moderately effective (86%) to highly effective (98%). This is evident in the implementation of various programs. However, several obstacles were encountered during program implementation, such as limited human resource capacity, low community participation in planning and evaluation processes, and weather-related disruptions to physical development. Despite these challenges, village fund management has had a positive impact on community welfare, particularly in infrastructure and economic empowerment. To further enhance welfare, the village government should strengthen community empowerment programs and health education initiatives. Additionally, regular public education on climate change and adaptation strategies is necessary to mitigate the challenges of extreme weather.

Abstract

The present study has been designed to examine the effect of digital literacy and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention, as well as the moderating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between digital literacy and entrepreneurial intention in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Panca Bhakti. The research method utilizes a quantitative approach, employing a questionnaire that was distributed to 200 students who were selected through purposive sampling. The collected data is then analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings of the study indicated that Digital Literacy exerts a substantial influence on Entrepreneurial Intention, while Self-efficacy also demonstrated a significant impact on Entrepreneurial Intention. However, the hypothesis that self-efficacy moderates the effect of digital literacy on entrepreneurial intention remains unproven.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a key element in an organization that is involved in various organizational activities and processes. Self-efficacy, work motivation, and employee engagement are important factors that are interrelated and can affect employee performance. This study aims to analyse the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance with work motivation and employee engagement as mediating variables. The population in this study were all administrative employees at the Politeknik Negeri Pontianak, totalling 167 people. The research method used is quantitative with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that (1) self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance (2) Self-Efficacy has a significant effect on Work Motivation (3) Self-Efficacy has a significant effect on Employee Engagement (4) Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance (5) Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Engagement (6) Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Employee Performance (7) Self-Efficacy has an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation (8) Self-Efficacy has an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Employee Engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Relationship Marketing (RM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), dan Brand Trust terhadap Customer Retention melalui mediasi Customer Satisfaction pada pelanggan PT Sewu Segar Nusantara. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei terhadap 100 toko buah di Pontianak, data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa RM berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Retention (β = 0,337), demikian juga SMM (β = 0,189) dan Brand Trust (β = 0,151). Namun, Customer Satisfaction justru berpengaruh negatif terhadap Customer Retention (β = -0,084), menandai fenomena suppression effect. Artinya, Customer Satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi justru melemahkan atau membalik pengaruh Relationship Marketing, Social Media Marketing, dan Brand Trust terhadap Customer Retention, sehingga kepuasan pelanggan tidak memperkuat, melainkan menekan hubungan tersebut. RM menjadi prediktor terkuat, sedangkan mediasi Customer Satisfaction terbukti signifikan namun negatif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun pelanggan merasa puas terhadap produk atau layanan yang diterima, hal tersebut tidak secara langsung mendorong mereka untuk mempertahankan hubungan dengan perusahaan. Hal ini bisa disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal seperti keberadaan alternatif kompetitor, fluktuasi harga, atau preferensi lain yang tidak tercermin dari kepuasan semata. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperkuat strategi RM dan SMM tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan, tetapi juga memperkuat keterikatan emosional dan kepercayaan yang berkelanjutan. Implikasi manajerial dari hasil ini menekankan pentingnya pemahaman menyeluruh atas dinamika loyalitas pelanggan dalam konteks pasar yang kompetitif dan cepat berubah. Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kapabilitas pemasaran dan keunggulan bersaing dalam mencapai kinerja pemasaran pada UMKM di bidang fashion wilayah Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan pemgambilan sampel probability sampling berupa data finit. Dengan jumlah sampel 65 pelaku UMKM di bidang fashion. Alat analisis yang digunakan structural equantion model dengan alat bantu aplikasi smartPLS 3.3.2. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya hasil negatif dan tidak signifikan antara orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Namum hasil tersebut juga memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kapabilitas pemsaran dan keunggulan bersaing. Hasil tersebut juga menunjukan kapabilitas pemsaran dan keunggulan bersaing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan teradap kinerja pemsaran. Maka hasil terseubtu juga menunjukan peran mediasi memberikan pengaruh posistif dan signifikan di madiasi kapabilitas pemasaran dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM di bidang fashion wilayah Pontianak.ULA

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Utilitarian Value, Hedonic Value, dan Social Value terhadap Trust in Product pada pengguna Tiktok Live Shopping di Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow untuk menentukan sampel yang menghasilkan total seratus tiga pengguna Tiktok di Kota Samarinda yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Hedonic Value, Social Value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust in Product, sementara itu, Utilitarian Value menunjukan hasil yang tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust in Product.
