Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on EBI, the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions, the effect of EBI on entrepreneurial intentions, and the role of EBI as a mediator of influence between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions. This research was conducted on undergraduate students of the Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University class of 2017 and 2018. The main requirements for respondents are students who have taken entrepreneurship courses in the previous semester with a total sample of 222 people. The analysis technique uses AMOS-based SEM analysis. The results of the analysis found that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on EBI, entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, EBI has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and EBI plays a significant role in mediating the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the results of the research, it means that the Business Administration Study Program is able to grow and encourage students' interest in entrepreneurship which can be done through the development of entrepreneurship education curricula. And student character values ??(EBI) can be developed through experience and field practice so that they do not have to be imposed on the education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam pengembangan desa wisata di Desa Lantan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan, yaitu pertama, tahapan analisis situasi melalui analisa SWOT dan analisa usaha pemasaran sebelumnya. Kedua, tahap penetapan tujuan, dimana tujuan pemasaran yang ada di Desa Lantan sudah tepat, spesifik, dan terukur. Ketiga, tahap perencanaan strategi, melalui identifkasi nilai-nilai budaya yang ada dan potensial, pemberdayaan potensi untuk dikembangkan, dan peningkatan koordinasi, infromasi, serta promosi. Keempat, tahap penentuan taktik dengan melobi kebijakan strategis yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah Kecamatan. Kelima, tahap implementasi, yakni aksi dengan promosi melalui berbagai macam media.

Abstract

This research is conductedto analyze the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 70 Year2019 in the Development Planning Process in Lebak Regencyby exploringthe driving and inhibiting factors.. The theory used is the theory of public policy implementation according to Van Metter and Van Horn with six variables, namely: size and policy objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes or tendencies of implementers, communication between organizations and implementing activists, and the economic, social environment., and politics. The research method used is qualitative. The results of the study show that there are still several obstacles and problems in the Implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 70 Year2019 including: (1) There is no attachment regarding standardization of data for regional government needs; (2) the sectoral ego of the Ministry of Home Affairs to emerge theissue obout rules and applications; (3) the application reliability has not been tested in terms of structure, content, and network availability.

Abstract

The location of this research is in the Kuta MandalikaSpecial Economic Zone, Central Lombok Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Covid-19on the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Kuta Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Central Lombok Regency. This research was conducted during the Covid-19pandemicin the period from December to January 2021. The existence of Covid-19actually has an impact on the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, so it is the author's interest to research this problem. The population of this research is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Kuta Mandalika Special Economic Zone. This study uses quantitative methods, where the number of respondents in this study were 100 who were taken by the slovhin formula. To analyze the data, this research uses simple linear regression analysis to see whether there is an impact of Covid-19on the economy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Kuta Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Central Lombok Regency. The results showed that Covid-19had an impact on the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Kuta Mandalika Special Economic Zone, where the magnitude of the effect was 7.84%. From the results of calculations and previous discussions based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it can be concluded that the Covid-19variable has an impact on the variables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Where every increase of one Covid-19unit will hamper the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Kuta Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Central Lombok Regency.

Abstract

The research aimed at determining the fulfillment of the Quality Management System (QMS) standard atPDAM Lombok Timur based on ISO 9001:2015. The research wasconducted as field research by collecting information or data directly about the existing facts in the field relating to research problems. Related data to QMSimplementation based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard was collected using a document checklist system and supported by interviews and observations of informants followed by triangulation. The research used qualitative approach analysing. Application of Gap Analysis in Evaluating the Implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard lead to the finding that PDAM Lombok Timur has not utilized ISO 9001:2015 as a QMS standard but several clauses in ISO 9001:2015 have been implemented. The clauses that need to be maintained are Scope, Development, Performance Evaluation and Organizational Context. While the Clauses of Terms and Definitions, Leadership, Operations and Planning are still to be developed. Meanwhile, the Normative Reference clauses and Support should be provided and improved. PDAM Lombok Timur may develop a QMS that refers to ISO 9001:2015, obtaining ISO guidance, develop a corporate learning culture and collaborate on GCG and ISO systems according to SMM company standards for advanced

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the strategy for controlling illegal parking by the Padang City Transportation Service. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used in this research is to conduct observations, interviews and documentation. While the data validity technique uses source triangulation. The theoretical basis that becomes the analytical knife in this research is the core theory of strategy proposed by Rumeltwhich consists of diagnosis, guiding policy and coherent action. The result of this research is that it can be seen that the Padang City Transportation Service has fulfilled the three variables of the core strategy theory proposed by Rumelt. The Padang City Transportation Service has implemented a strategy in an effort to control illegal parking in the city of Padang quite well, but there are some shortcomings so that the strategy that has been carried out has not been running optimally. The strategy for controlling illegal parking by the Padang City Transportation Service is to take actions such as locking tires, deflation of tires, and towing or moving vehicles. Overall, the actions taken were able to become one of the efforts of the Padang City Transportation Service in realizing its strategic target, namely improving traffic performance in the city of Padang.

Abstract

The concept of public services is an integral part in understanding the performance of the government in providing services to the community, so that if the performance of the services provided by the government is good and good, of course public trust in the government will be high. This study aims to analyze the realization of the performance of the Investment and Integrated Services Agency. One Stop (DPM-PTSP) NTB Province in providing public services for licensing and non-licensing for foreign investors and domestic investors. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, using interview instruments, documentation and observation. The results showed that the performance of public services at the Office of Investment and One Stop Service (DPM-PTSP) of Nusa Tenggara Province was good and the score was quite high based on the results of a survey of community satisfaction with services at DPM-PTSP NTB with a score of 84.71%. . Thus, it shows that the service performance provided by DPM-PTSP to its customers is quite good

Abstract

Struktur birokrasi Indonesia terlalu panjang. Presiden Jokowi menghendaki penyederhanaan. Jabatan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dibuat hanya berdasarkan jabatan fungsional yang lebih menuntut keahlian dan kompetensi. Tujuannya untuk memindahkan jabatan struktural ke jabatan fungsional dan Juga bertujuan mengubah pola pikir ASN yang selama ini cenderung mengejar jabatan tanpa melaksanakan tugasnya secara maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu teknik memperoleh dan mencari informasi atau data tanpa melakukan kuantifikasi dalam menganalisi dan menyimpulkan informasi yang sifatnya primer maupun sekunder yang digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan penelitian. Tidak semua jabatan eselon IV dihapuskan dalam pemerintahan, ada jabatan yang dipertahankan, melihat manfaatnya dalam suatu organisasi, Kebijakan yang ditargetkan selesai lebih awal ini tidak dapat dipastikan selesai tepat waktu, dikarenakan tidak semua organisasi siap dengan kebijakan tersebut, melainkan masih tahap transisi menyesuaikan kebijakan tersebut dengan situasi objek kebijakan, namun terdapat satu instansi yang belum menerapkan kebijakan nasional tersebut, karena masih dalam tahap transisi, menyesuaikan diri dengan kondisi instansinya. dapat disimpulkan, bahwa dalam penerapan kebijakan penyederhanaan organisasi sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam Permenpan No. 25 Tahun 2021 ini, setiap pemda memang wajib diterapkan, termasuk DIY. Namun demikian, Permenpan tersebut memberi peluang bagi daerah untuk menyesuaikannya dengan situasi dari organisasi pemerinatah daerah setempat dalam rangka membentuk sistem pemerintahan yang baik, efektif, inovatif dan agile.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to review and evaluate the implementation of the Model Collaborative Governance in addressing poverty in Indonesia. The study involves secondary data analysis and relevant written sources to assess the effectiveness of this model in addressing poverty. The results of the research indicate that the Model Collaborative Governance can help ensure that poverty alleviation solutions are inclusive and meet the needs of the community. However, for optimal results, there needs to be effective communication and coordination between the government, the private sector, civil society, and community organizations. This study provides an overview of the potential of the Model Collaborative Governance in addressing poverty in Indonesia and provides recommendations for improvement and increased implementation of this model in the future.

Abstract

Retributi0n is a regi0nal collection as payment f0r services 0r the granting 0f certain permits from the regional government to individuals or entities. The reas0n f0r this research is that the Bandung City TPU has a mismatch of funeral retribution rates with Bandung City regulations and burial grounds that are n0t in acc0rdance with the Bandung City Data Portal. The meth0d used in this study is a descriptive meth0d with a quaIitative appr0ach. Data coIIecti0n techniques used in this study thr0ugh, 0bservation, interviews and d0cumentati0n. The determination 0f inf0rmants was carried out t0 TPU officers and the people who were met at the research location. The resuIts 0f this study indicate that the effectiveness 0f the policy related to the Bandung City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2017 concerning Cemetery Service Fees in the City of Bandung is quite effective, these results were obtained through interviews with resource persons from TPU Pandu, TPU RancaciIi, TPU Maleer, TPU Cikutra and TPU Astana Anyar. . By coordinating between TPU officers, the Cipta Karya, Construction Development and Spatial Planning and people who use TPU, it is h0ped that there wiII be an increase in effectiveness.
