Abstract

This study aims to develop a knowledge sharing model based on informal learning within the PT Pusri Palembang factory environment, integrated into the 70:20:10 learning and development model. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. The study found that knowledge sharing practices at PT Pusri operate organically, driven by operational needs and generational differences between senior and junior employees. The knowledge sharing strategies implemented include CoP (Community of Practice), intergenerational mentoring, and a job rotation system. The study's primary finding is the formulation of "Knowledge Sharing Management" as a conceptual model consisting of three elements: Peer-to-Peer Sharing (senior-junior and intragenerational), Strategic Initiative Framework, and Knowledge-Based Career Development System. This research enriches the literature on HR and knowledge management by providing a practical perspective based on the context of the Indonesian manufacturing industry.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and the widespread use of social media, particularly TikTok, have transformed students’ interaction patterns and learning behaviors. TikTok is not only used as a source of entertainment but can also trigger addictive tendencies that may negatively impact academic activities, including academic procrastination. This study aims to examine the relationship between the tendency toward TikTok social media addiction and academic procrastination among students of the Faculty of Education and Psychology at Manado State University. This research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method. From a population of 2,554 students, a total of 245 respondents were obtained through purposive sampling. The instruments used were the Social Media Addiction Scale–Student Form to measure TikTok social media addiction (α = 0.970) and the Multidimensional Academic Procrastination Scale to measure academic procrastination (α = 0.920). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and simple linear regression through SPSS version 25. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between TikTok addiction and academic procrastination (r = 0.566; p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.321) shows that 32.1% of the variation in academic procrastination is influenced by the level of TikTok addiction, while the remaining 67.9% is affected by other factors. These results suggest that the higher the level of TikTok addiction, the greater the tendency for students to delay academic tasks. This study highlights the importance of managing social media usage, strengthening digital literacy education, and applying healthy learning strategies to prevent the negative impacts of social media addiction. The results are expected to serve as a reference for educational institutions in designing interventions that support students’ well-being and academic performance in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between work–life balance and employee well-being among 93 employees working in a social service institution. This topic is important because employees in social-based organizations often face emotional demands and high workload intensity that can disrupt balance and reduce overall well-being. Based on Hudson's (2005) work–life balance model and Zheng's (2015) employee well-being framework, this study hypothesizes that higher work–life balance is associated with higher well-being. The study employs a quantitative correlational design with purposive sampling. Data were collected through a 42-item Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS, including assumption tests (normality) followed by Pearson or Spearman correlation depending on data distribution. The findings show a significant positive relationship between work–life balance and employee well-being, highlighting the importance of organizational policies that support balanced work demands to enhance the psychological, social, and workplace well-being of social service employees.

Abstract

This study examines the manifestation of social anxiety in Putu Wijaya’s short story Malu through a literary psychological perspective. Social anxiety is understood as a socially constructed emotional condition shaped by fear of judgment, shame, and social expectations. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research analyzes the psychological states, behavioral responses, and narrative techniques presented in the text. The primary data source is the short story Malu, while secondary sources include scholarly works on psychological criticism, social anxiety, and Indonesian literature. The analysis reveals that social anxiety in Malu is manifested through internal psychological tension, including excessive self-awareness, fear of negative evaluation, and feelings of shame (Malu). These psychological conditions influence the protagonist’s behavior, leading to avoidance, silence, and emotional restraint in social interactions. Additionally, Putu Wijaya employs narrative techniques such as internal monologue, repetition, and absurd situations to effectively represent the protagonist’s emotional struggle and highlight the oppressive nature of social norms. The findings suggest that social anxiety in Malu functions as a mechanism of social control, reinforcing conformity and limiting individual agency. Rather than portraying anxiety as a purely personal disorder, the short story emphasizes its cultural and social dimensions within Indonesian society. This study contributes to literary theory and criticism by demonstrating how psychological analysis can deepen the understanding of emotional representation in Indonesian literary works. It also encourages further interdisciplinary research on the relationship between literature, psychology, and culture.

Abstract

The Indonesian judicial system faces significant challenges from prolonged litigation processes, high costs, and administrative complexities, resulting in a backlog of 5.2 million cases in 2023. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a non-litigation solution, focusing on its concepts, legal basis, and implementation. Employing a normative legal research method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, the population comprises Indonesian ADR regulations and doctrines, while the purposive sample includes 45 sources from 2021-2025. Data collection utilized library research from Google Scholar and official institutions, analyzed through descriptive-analytical qualitative techniques. Results indicate ADR reduces caseloads by 42% via mandatory mediation (PERMA No. 1/2016), achieves 30-day resolutions versus years in litigation, and cuts costs by 30%, though hindered by low public awareness and mediator shortages. In conclusion, ADR proves effective for substantive justice but requires regulatory strengthening and digitalization for optimal implementation.

Abstract

Yogyakarta City continues to face urban slum challenges, particularly along riverbanks, which undermine housing adequacy, environmental health, and residents’ sense of safety. A priority area is the Code Riverbank in Terban Subdistrict, Gondokusuman, characterized by high density, limited basic infrastructure, and exposure to disasters. The City Government implemented the MAHANANNI Program as an area-based slum upgrading innovation through land consolidation (including on Sultan ground land), basic infrastructure upgrading, and community institutional strengthening. This study analyzes the implementation of the MAHANANNI Program in improving the quality of life of Code riverbank residents in Terban. A descriptive qualitative approach was used with purposive sampling; data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation and validated through source triangulation. The findings indicate that MAHANANNI reached its primary targets through in-situ interventions—rehabilitation, rejuvenation, and land consolidation—supported by community deliberation forums. Early outcomes showed improvements in environmental quality and health, reflected in full coverage of adequate ventilation and sanitation and declining diarrhea and acute respiratory infection cases. However, stronger cross-agency coordination, integration of economic empowerment components, and a unified beneficiary database are required to ensure the sustainability of area-based upgrading.

Abstract

In the context of the 2024 regional electrions, the practice of money politics is expected to remain a key strategy used by various political actors to influence election results. The political reality in Indonesia shows that regional elections are often marred by various challenges, one of which is the phenomenon of money politics. Money politics poses a serious threat to election integrity because it has the potential to undermine democratic values and reduce the quality of public political participation. Voter behaviour in determining political choices generally tends to be influenced by material factors, such as the gift or money or goods in the lead-up to the election, rather than by rational consideration of the vision, mission, and policy programs offered by the candidates. In the process of organizing regional elections in Indonesia, there are election management bodies, namely the General Elections Commission (GEC), the Election Supervisory Agency, and the Election Organizer Honorary Council (EOHC). The GEC has the duty and authority as an election management body to prepare for all stages of the election process.

Abstract

Sexual violence against women is a form of human rights violation that has a widespread impact on the physical, psychological, social, and legal conditions of victims. In legal protection efforts, the provision of legal aid is an important instrument to ensure that victims' rights to justice and recovery are fulfilled. This study aims to analyse the implementation of legal aid for women victims of sexual violence in Indonesia, as well as to examine the obstacles encountered in practice. The research method used is empirical legal with a regulatory approach, case studies, and interviews with legal aid institutions and victims. The results of the study show that although regulations on legal aid have been stipulated in Law No. 16 of 2011 on Legal Aid and various other implementing regulations, in practice there are still structural and cultural barriers. These obstacles include limited access to information about legal aid services for victims, social stigma, gender inequality in the judicial system, and the limited number of legal aid organisations with the capacity to handle cases of sexual violence specifically. Additionally, many victims experience intimidation and revictimisation during the legal process. This study recommends the need to optimise the role of the state through strengthening regulations, enhancing the capacity of legal aid organisations, and providing gender-responsive support services. There is also a need for synergy between law enforcement agencies, local governments, and civil society organisations to build a comprehensive legal protection system for women victims of sexual violence. Thus, the principles of substantive justice and the fulfilment of victims' rights can be better guaranteed in the legal process in Indonesia.

Abstract

Agricultural development at the village level cannot be separated from power relations between the village government and farmers as key actors. These relations are reflected not only in formal policies but also operate through everyday practices involving decision-making processes, resource distribution, and the implementation of development programs. This article aims to analyze how power relations between the village government and farmers are formed, exercised, and negotiated within the practice of collaborative governance in agricultural development in Nglanggeran Village, Patuk District, Gunungkidul Regency. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with village government officials, leaders and members of farmer groups, as well as other relevant actors, complemented by field observations and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive-interpretative method to capture the dynamics of actor interactions, decision-making mechanisms, and collaborative practices in village-level agricultural development. The findings indicate that power relations between the village government and farmers are dynamic and not entirely hierarchical. The village government exercises structural power through formal authority in planning and budgeting, while farmers possess productive power derived from local knowledge and practical farming experience. These relations shape collaborative patterns characterized by negotiation, normalization, and mutual dependence. This article concludes that sustainable agricultural development requires a more reflective and participatory management of power relations, so that farmer empowerment does not remain merely at the discursive level.
