The data was calculated and the results showed that the mean score of the experimental group students’ pre-test is 59.4, while the post-test is 79.71. The mean of control group students’ pre-test is 59.69, while the post-test is 61.79. The t-test was higher than the t-table (5.15 1.992). The result of the effect size (ES) was 3,34, which was categorized as a modest effect (ES>0.5). It proved that the alternative hypothesis was accepted. AbstractThis study aims to determine differences in student learning outcomes by applying visual media images. Research in the form of pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. The subjects in this study were 36 students of class X TBSM 1 Rasau Jaya. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, direct communication techniques, measurement techniques, and documentary study techniques. Data collection tools observation guidelines, interview guidelines and test results in the form of pre-test and post-test questions. Based on data analysis, the results of the normality test stated that the results of the residual value were normally distributed with a significant value of 0.591> 0.05. While the results of the hypothesis test stated Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted based on the sig value. (2-tailed) in the pre-test and post-test values with a value of 0,000, which is smaller than 0.05. From testing the hypothesis stated that there are differences in student learning outcomes after the application of visual media with an average pre-test value of 53.47 and post-test of 80.13. So with the application of visual media this image there is an increase in student learning outcomes in class X TBSM SMKN 1 Rasau Jaya Kubu Raya Regency. Keywords: Historical Subjects, Learning Outcomes, Visual Media

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the correlation between independence and study habits with learning outcomes in the thematic learning of class V Elementary School Cluster X Sungai Kakap Kubu Raya. The research method used is descriptive in the form of correlational study research. The population in this study was the students of Elementary School Cluster X Sungai Kakap numbering 92 students. The samples in the study were 48 students who were determined by sample random sampling technique, namely the VB class 18 Elementary School Sungai Kakap totaling 22 students and the VA class 27 Elementary School Sungai Kakap totaling 26 students. The results of the study showed an average independence learning of 78.88, study habits of 80.79, and learning outcomes of 78.31. Statistical calculations using the product moment correlation formula namely learning independence with learning outcomes obtained rhitung of 0.514 and study habits with learning outcomes obtained rhitung of 0.376. For independence and study habits with learning outcomes using the multiple correlation formula obtained by 0.514 included in the category of moderate relations with Fhitung at 8.08 and Ftabel α = 5% at 3.205 which means Fhitung (8.08)> Ftabel (3,205), then Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between independence and study habits with learning outcomes in the thematic learning of class V Elementary School Cluster X Sungai Kakap Kubu Raya. Keywords: Correlation, Learning Independence, Study Habits, Learning Outcomes, and Thematic Learning
