AbstractThe research was conducted in order to know how mini-drama improve students? speaking skill to the year-8 students at Class A of MTsN 2 Pontianak in the academic year 2018/2019. This research was conducted through Classroom Action Research (CAR) in three cycles. The subject of this research was the English teacher and 39 students of Class A in MTsN 2 Pontianak. In collecting the data, the writer used field notes, observation checklist, and speaking test as the tools of data collection. The result showed that using mini-drama improve students' speaking skill. Moreover, students and teacher's behavior improved by using mini-drama as the technique to teach speaking skill especially in asking and giving information about a person's ability. Therefore, the writer positively recommends the teacher to use a mini-drama as one of the various techniques in the teaching and learning process, especially in teaching speaking for asking and giving information about a person's capability. Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah “internalisasi nilai kedisiplinan dalam pembentukan kepribadian siswa melalui ekstrakurikuler paskibra SMP Negeri 4 Pontianakâ€. Pendekatan yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa panduan wawancara, panduan observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan internalisasi nilai kedisiplinan melalui ekstrakurikuler paskibra dilakukan secara bertahap melalui proses moral knowing dan moral feeling oleh pelatih dan moral action oleh siswa. Moral knowing dilakukan pelatih dengan memberikan pengetahuan tentang nilai disiplin, moral feeling dilakukan pelatih dengan memberikan contoh nilai disiplin kepada siswa. Moral action siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler paskibra tampak dari perilaku nilai disiplin siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler paskibra. Kata kunci : Internalisasi, Nilai Kedisiplinan, Kepribadian, Ekstrakurikuler Abstract: This research is "internalization of discipline in the formation of the personality of students through extracurricular paskibra SMP Negeri 4 Pontianak". The approach used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique used is the technique of interview, observation and documentation. With data collection tools in the form of interview, observation and documentation guidelines. The results showed the internalization of discipline through extracurricular paskibra done gradually through a process of moral knowing and moral feeling by trainers and moral action of the student. Moral knowing conducted by trainer to provide knowledge about the value of discipline, moral feeling is done by trainers to give an example of the value of discipline to students. Moral action of students who take extra paskibra looks of behavior of students the value of discipline in following extracurricular paskibra. AbstractThe learning model leads to a particular learning approach including goals, syntax, environment and management system. The learning model is closely related to students learning style and teacher teaching style. Teacher work in teaching students is a very important part of achieving the success of the planned learning goals. Therefore, the choice of various methods, strategies, techniques and learning models is the main thing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of learning problem-based learning (PBL) model in improving self-esteem and learning outcomes of IIS class students on economics subjects at Pontianak High School 4. The research method that will be used in this study is experimental design with the form of experimental design yours sincerely. The data sources in this study are the IIS X classes and the data are the answer students pretest and posttest and self-confidence questionnaires in experimental classes and control classes. The results show that the average implementation of learning models in the excellent category of 96% at meetings 1 and 100% at meetings 2-4, problem-based learning learning models (PBLs) effectively boost student self-esteem evidenced by the result of hypothesis test obtained asymp value. sig. (2-tailed) is 0,000 <0,05 and the problem-based learning-based learning model (PBL) is effective in improving the learning outcomes evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test which has a significant value of 0,000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan sistematika, diksi, kalimat efektif dan ejaan dalam surat lamaran pekerjaan. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan serta dapat memberikan gambaran tentang pembelajaran menulis surat lamaran pekerjaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan bentuk kualitatif yaitu menganalisis surat dan memaparkan kesalahan-kesalahan ke dalam bentuk kata-kata. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 2 Pontianak. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah surat lamaran pekerjaan yang dibuat oleh siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 2 Pontianak. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengukuran yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan menulis surat lamaran pekerjaan pada siswa.Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah masih terdapat kesalahan penggunaan sistematika yaitu pada alamat surat, isi surat, dan salam penutup. Berdasarkan analisis, masih terdapat banyak kesalahan dalam membuat kalimat efektif. Kesalahan penggunaan ejaan dalam surat lamaran pekerjaan yaitu penggunaan huruf kapital, tanda baca titik, dan tanda baca koma. Kata kunci: kemampuan menulis, surat lamaran pekerjaan.  Abstract: The purpose of this research is: to describe the use of systematic, diction, effective sentence and spelling in the job aplication letter. The benefit of this research is to give knowledge and insight and give a picture of idea in writing job aplication letter. The method use in this research is describtive method with qualitative form which analyze the letter and explain the errors in the form of words. The data source of this research is the twelfth grade students of SMKN 2 Pontianak. Thre data used is job aplication letter which is done by the twelfth grade students of SMKN 2 Pontianak. The technique used in this research is measurement technique by means of knowing the ability of the students in writing job aplication letter. The result of this research revealed that there were still systematic errors in the letter address, content of the letter and the clossing greeting. Based oon the analysis, there was still a lot of errors in making the effective sentence.errors when using the spelling would include the use of capital letter, fullship and comma. 1Key word: Writing ability, job aplication letter

Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan media gambar pada pembelajaran Tematik di kelas I Sekolah Dasar Negeri 28 Pontianak Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, sedangkan bentuk penelitiannya adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi langsung. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini rata-rata aktivitas fisik peserta didik pada siklus 1 yaitu 26 orang 72% sedangkan pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 29 orang (82%) meningkat 10%. Rata rata aktivitas mental pada siklus 1 yaitu 15 orang (43%) dan pada siklus 2 meningkat 25 orang (70%) terjadi peningkatan sebesar 27%. Rata-rata aktivitas emosional pada siklus 1 sebesar 27 orang (76 %) meningkat menjadi 30 orang (84 %) terjadi peningkatan sebesar 8%. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Tematik melalui media gambar di kelas I SD Negeri 28 Pontianak Utara. Kata Kunci : Media Gambar, Pembelajaran Tematik Abstract: This study was to describe the increase in the activity of learners using media images on Thematic learning in first grade of elementary school State 28 North Pontianak . The method used in this research is descriptive method, while the form of research is classroom action research. Data collection techniques of direct observation. The average physical activity of students in cycle 1 is 26 72% while in the second cycle increased to 29 (82%) increased by 10%. Average mental activity in cycle 1 is 15 people (43%) and in the second cycle increased by 25 persons (70%) an increase of 27%. Average of emotional activity in cycle 1 of 27 (76%) increased to 30 (84%) an increase of 8%. From this study it can be concluded there was an increase in the students' learning activities Thematic learning through the medium of drawing in the first grade Elementary School 28 North Pontianak. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam mendireksi melalui metode demonstrasi. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A berjumlah 34 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi dan lembar uji keterampilan. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I sikap badan masih belum luwes serta tidak memandang keanggotanya. Saat memulai gerakan tangan belum sempurna. Siswa sering terlihat tidak memperhatikan ketukan lagu. Saat menutup tidak membetuk pola lingkaran. Kemudian menunjukkan ekspresi yang tegang dan tidak luwes. Pada siklus II sikap badan siswa sudah bagus dan luwes. Siswa dapat memulai mendireksi dengan aba-aba yang benar. Kestabilan tempo sesuai dengan ketukan lagu. Pada teknik menutup siswa sudah menunjukkan teknik yang sempurna. Dan ekspresi siswa masih sangat kurang dan hanya mengalami sedikit peningkatan dari pertemuan sebelumnya, Dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam mendireksi. Kata Kunci : Keterampilan, Mendireksi, Metode Demonstrasi Abstract: This study aims to improve the skills of students in conducting through the method of demonstration. The research is a form of class action. The subjects were students of class VII counted 34 people. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research tool is the observation sheets and sheets test of skill. The results of the study in the first cycle is not yet a flexible posture and did not look at keanggotanya. When a rudimentary hand gestures starts. Students often no attention to visible beat of the song lends. When closing not establish a circular pattern. Then the expression is tense and inflexible. In the second cycle students have good posture and flexibility. they can start with the correct reference conducting. Stability according to the rhythm of the song tempo. A engineering students have demonstrated near perfect technique. And the expression of students is still very poor and only slightly increased from previous meetings, it can be concluded that through the demonstration method can improve students' skills in conducting. Abstract The problem in this research is the customer perception through credit 5C value by Bank Rakyat Indonesia KCP Unit Gusti Situt Mahmud. The perception of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) customer is process which customer interpret the impression and experience gained in order to give meaning and interpret it. Data accumulation technique in this research that: direct communication technique with interview guidance ,  direct observation technique with observation guidance,  documentary study technique in the form of documents. The technique of determining data credibility using technique triangulation. Data analysis technique consist of 3 that: data reduction, data display, and decision making. From the results of research on customer perception through credit 5C value by BRI KCP Unit Gusti Situt Mahmud was quite good result. However, the quality of credit service KUR less optimal and not efficient. This leads to  inefficiencies time and cost in the KUR submission process. This due to several factors including: a) Customers submit for KUR funds to bank are very crowded; b) the formation of employee is not comparable with many debtor submited for credit; c) Internet server in BRI office also sometimes disturbed ; d) Existence of credit file submission of KUR because employees mainly debtor identified. Keywords: : Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) and credit 5C value Â

AbstractThe problem of this research is "How Effectiveness Feedback Feeding Test Results Students Class XI IPS On Economics Subjects In Islamic High School Bawari Pontianak Year Teaching 2016/2017". To see the effectiveness of giving feedback will be done comparison between variables X1 with X2 using different test (Test T) and effect size. In this research will use 2 treatment that is the first treatment is giving feedback written, and second treatment is giving written and oral feedback. From result of SPSS test got result that at first treatment mean result of student learning 55,07 (0% completeness) before treatment become 85 (89% completeness) after given treatment. Then on the second treatment average learning outcomes from 71.83 (37% complete) before treatment to 88.26 (100% completeness) after treatment is given. Based on t test, the value of sig 0,000 <0,05 indicates that Ho is rejected or there is difference of learning result before treatment with after treatment. The value of effect size obtained is the first treatment 3.11 and the second treatment 1.91 so it can be concluded the effective feedback in improving student learning outcomes class XI IPS on economic subjects in Islamic High School Bawari Pontianak.Keywords: Feedback Feedback, Economic Learning Results

AbstractDurian Jerah season in Sukadana Malayan Society is a form of hereditary cultural activity. Sukadana Malayan Terminologies are also related to their life vision in seeing things that happened in life. Therefore, the terminologies of Durian Jerah Season in Sukadana Malayan Society are considered of having lifetime moral values (classic). The terminologies in Sukadana Malayan Society usually considered as a certain thing or event. In this research, Terminologies of Durian Jerah Season in Sukadana Malayan Society are determined by the form and category, lexical meaning and cultural meaning. The methods used in this research are data collecting method and data analyzing method. The approaches used in this research are structural, semantic, and etnolinguistic approach. The source of data in this research is the terminologies of Durian Jerah Season spoken by the native speaker. The techniques in this research are inducement, direct interview, and note and record techniques. The tools in collecting data is the researcher as key instrument with notes and sound recorder. Based on the research result Terminologies of Durian Jerah Season consist of three terms: monomorphism for 33 terms, polymorphism for 2 terms, and frases for 82 terms. Overall, the plants terms consist of 11 lexical meanings and 123 cultural meanings, 2 myths, 5 prohibitons, and 6 spoken literary. Abstract        The aimed of this research was to knowed how the effectiveness of cooperative learning model type think-talk-write (TTW) on linear function materials in class XI SMK Mandiri Pontianak. The method used is a pre- experimental research conducted using post test only design, while the subject are 20 the students of class XI SMK Mandiri Pontianak.  The result of the data analysis showed that is the ability of teachers to manage learning was in good category an average score of 3.4, student activity during the learning process as a whole is very active with the average percentage of 81.12%, student learning result was complete with an  average value of  90.15% and student response during the learning was in very good  category with the average percentage of 81.17%. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that application of cooperatif learning model type think-talk-write (TTW) was effective in teaching a linear function material in class XI SMK Mandiri Pontianak.        Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model, Cooperative Learning Type TTW
