Abstract

Abstark : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status sosial ekonomi keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran akuntansi kelas XI di SMA Taman Mulia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk studi hubungan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 34 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dengan alat pengumpul data berupa angket dan teknik studi dokumenter. Adapun pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana dengan bantuan komputer SPSS versi 22. Hasil Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh status sosial ekonomi keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran akuntansi kelas XI di SMA Taman Mulia sebesar 13,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.   Kata Kunci : Status Sosial Ekonomi Keluarga, Motivasi Abstract : This research aims to know influence socioeconomic status of the family against students’ motivation in learning accounting class XI in of Taman Mulia high school. The research method used is descriptive method to from association studies. The sampel of the research is 34 students. Data collection techniques used by researchers is the technique of indirect communication with a data collector in the form of a questionnaire and documentary study techniques. As for the processing and use of data analir percentage descriptive analysis and linear regression analysis with the help of a computer sedergana SPSS version 22. Results of the data analysis shows that there are significant socio-economic status of the family against students’ motivasion in learning accounting class XI in of Taman Mulia high school about 13,2% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Abstract

AbstractCommon problems are limited to three subproblems related to (1) the type of speech act directive which consists of asking, asking, ordering, prohibiting, allowing, advising, (2) how the context is, (3) implementation in school. The purpose of the study is to describe the type of speech acts, describe the context, and implementation plan in school. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research form. Sources of data and data in this research is the film For Angeline by Jito Banyu, and the data in the form of speech directive. The technique used in this research is a documentary study technique, while the data collection tool is the researcher himself as a key instrument. Keywords: speech act,  directive,  film, for angeline.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this classroom action research was to improve the writing skills of the year-8 students of SMP Negeri 2 Sukadana in using capital letters and punctuation mark that end a sentence in academic year 2017/2018. The research was based on the findings that the students had badly habitual in using capital letter and punctuation marks that end sentences, as a part of writing mechanism, on their writing. To overcome these problems, the researcher employed Board Game as the teaching technique. The data of this research was collected through observation, questionnaire, and writing test. The results showed that the application of Board Game in teaching capitalization and punctuation marks that ends sentences could successfully improve the students’ ability in writing mechanism. The findings also revealed that Board Game is effective in motivating students to work cooperatively in reminding about the use of capital letter, period mark, exclamation mark, and question mark in writing. Keywords: Board Game, Capitalization, Punctuation Marks that End Sentences.

Abstract

AbstractGrammar is inseparable from the process of learning language. Grammar is composed of words, sentence components and sentence patterns. Without these ingredients, you can't express what you want to say. Grammar is also one of the difficulties of students in the process of learning Chinese. Adverbs are an important part of the grammar. The most commonly used adverbs are “dou” and “quan”. “Dou” and “quan”are adverbs of scope. They have the same points and differences in semantics. If they are not mastered, students often have errors in their use.The author conducted a survey on the use of the adverbs “dou” and “quan” of Mandarin Education Study Program FKIP UNTAN 2014 students and analyzed the bias of the students. It is concluded that the bias rates for students using “dou” and “quan” are 56% and 53.3%, respectively. According to the bias types “dou” and “quan”, the “missing”is 8% and 13%, “false addition” is 12.2% and 9.5%, and “missing” is 14% and 7%. The wrong order is 9.8% and 16.7%. In addition, it is concluded that the common types of biases are misordered errors and false positives. The reason for the bias is the negative transfer of the mother tongue and the generalization of the target language rules. Keywords: Adverb, Dou and Quan, Analysis

Abstract

Abstract: This thesis is a study on improving students? reading comprehension in narrative text by using Story Map Technique to the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak in academic year 2014/2015. The writer took a classroom action research and the teaching learning process took place in two cycles.  The subjects of this research were the students of grade X IPA 3 which consist of 39 students. From the observation checklist and field notes, it was  found that all the students participated to the activity and did their task well. The students gave positive response to all the explanation and could use the story map technique effectively. For these results, it was concluded that story map technique improved students? reading comprehension skill in narrative text in their Story Map Technique enabled the students to store information in their personal schema more efficiently and facilitated to recall the story elements more completely and accurately.   Key words : Story Map technique, reading, narrative text Abstrak : Penelitian ini adaah sebuah studi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca teks naratif dengan menggunakan teknik story map pada siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak pada tahun akademik 2014/2015. Penulis melaksanakan peneitian tindakan kelas dan proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek peneitian adalah siswa pada kelas X IPA 3 yang terdiri dari 39 siswa. Berdasarkan data yang diambil dari embar observasi dan catatan kaki, ditemukan bahwa semua siswa berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan di kelas dan melaksanakan tugas mereka secara baik. Siswa juga memberikan respon yang positif terhadap penjelasan guru dan dapat menggunakan teknik story map secara efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpukan bahwa teknik story map dapat meningkatkankemampuan membaca naratif teks siswa karena teknik ini membuat siswa mampu untuk memasukan informasi dalam skema mereka sendiri secara lebih efisien dan memfasilitasi siswa untuk mengulas kembali elemen-elemen dalam cerita secara lebih lengkap dan akurat.   Kata kunci : teknik Story Map, membaca, teks naratif

Abstract

AbstractIdioms are an inseparable part of human life, and they are closely related to human language and culture. What humans see or experience through all aspects of life constitutes related idioms to express specific meanings, and the number of idioms is extremely rich. Chinese animal idioms are one of the parts of Chinese idioms. They are the imagery of animals to form the overall meaning of an idiom. This article takes Chinese idioms with animal morphemes (dog, snake, horse, dragon) as research objects. The reasons are mainly based on these two points: 1. Human beings have a close relationship with animals in their lives. 2. The use of animal idioms is frequent. This article uses the Chinese Idiom Learning Dictionary and the Xinhua Idiom Dictionary to collect the required "animal idioms" and analyze the meaning of related idioms to find out the meaning of the animal morphemes. Through the analysis method, the author summarizes the meanings of the morphemes of "dog, snake, horse and dragon.Keywords: Mandarin, Mandarin Animal Idiom, Meaning Analyse

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran proyek dalam mengembangkan kreativitas anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi langsung, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpul data berupa panduan wawancara, panduan observasi dan catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian guru kelompok B dan anak kelompok B sebanyak 9 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) dalam persiapan pembelajaran proyek guru menyiapkan anak untuk memulai pembelajaran dan bahan ajar yang digunakan. (2) guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran metode proyek dalam mengembangkan kreativitas anak sesuai dengan RKH. (3) guru mengevaluasi pembelajaran metode proyek dengan mengobservasi anak dan melihat hasil kerjanya. Kata Kunci: Metode Proyek, Kreativitas, Anak Usia 5-6 tahun Abstract: This study aimed to describe the project learning in developing the creativity of children. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. The technique used is the technique of direct communication, observation and documentation of the data collection tool in the form of an interview guide, free observation and field notes and documentation. B group of research subjects teachers and children in group B were 9 people. The results showed: (1) in the preparation of project learning teachers prepare children to start learning and teaching materials used. (2) teachers have implemented learning method in developing the project in accordance with the child’s creativity RKH. (3) teachers evaluate learning project by observing the child to see his work. Abstract: Vocabulary is part of a number of words used in the language, also as a focus on language learning. By learning the vocabulary, especially the noun can help students using the Chinese to express their own ideas, and making simple sentences. Herefore, the noun in the teaching of Chinese language is extremely important. When author had teaching practice in the fourth grade at Christian Immanuel Elementary School 2, the authors found students often have difficulty in learning Chinese vocabulary .Based on statistical analysis of pretest and posttest teaching experiments, author concluded that teaching using image media can effectively improve students' ability to master Chinese nouns.The result of this research consist of  pretest multiple choice part its mean value is 82,42, posttest 95,45; matching word the average value pretest is 50.90, posttest 66.06. In choose a word based on the picture average value is 64.24, posttest 82.42. So research shows that the use of pictures can improve the ability of students to master nouns.   Key words   : Vocabulary, Nouns, Media Image

Abstract

Abstract: A great deal of (independent) learning in higher education involves reading; students? reading motivation is therefore especially important in learning. The current study thus aimed to find out what kind of lecturer?s roles and instructions does the lecturer use in motivating students to read in a sample of 5 students in Academic Reading/Vocabulary Class B and a lecturer. Lecturer?s roles and instructions in regard to the promotion of reading were assessed by classroom observations, to determine the actual classroom practices. Following these observations, students were interviewed using a conversational or semi structured interview. The lecturer was also interviewed in the same manner. The results revealed that the lecturer?s roles and instructions that promote students? reading motivation are in the forms of embedded values in reading, creating a safe learning environment, supporting real-world interactions, providing interesting texts, giving strategy instruction, giving opportunity to communicate conceptual understanding, and supporting students? collaboration. Keywords: Reading Motivation, Lecturer?s Role, Lecturer?s Instruction Abstrak: Membaca merupakan hal utama pada pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi, sehingga motivasi membaca menjadi hal penting yang harus dimiliki mahasiswa. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan apa saja peran dan instruksi yang digunakan oleh seorang dosen untuk memotivasi mahasiswa untuk membaca. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah 5 orang mahasiswa dan seorang dosen pada perkuliahan Academic Reading/Vocabulary di kelas B. Peran dan instruksi dosen tersebut diukur dengan melakukan observasi yang bertujuan untuk melihat langsung proses perkuliahan. Bersamaan dengan itu, mahasiswa dan dosen diwawancara dengan menggunakan conversational atau semi structured interview. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa peran dan instruksi yang digunakan dosen untuk memotivasi mahasiswa membaca adalah dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai akan pentingnya membaca, menciptakan suasana kelas yang aman, mendukung interaksi nyata dengan objek yang dibaca, menyediakan teks yang menarik, mengajarkan strategi-strategi dalam membaca, memberi kesempatan untuk mengkomunikasikan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai teks yang dibaca, serta mendukung mahasiswa untuk berkolaborasi saat membaca.   Kata kunci: Motivasi Membaca, Peran Dosen, Instruksi Dosen

Abstract

  Abstract The purpose of the research is to analyse the effect of the use of realia media toward the students’ study result on the simple fraction in SDN 34 South of Pontianak on class 3. The method that has been used was experiment method with forms of quasi experimental research design in the stake non equivalent control group design. Research population of the entire grade 3A, 3B, 3C consists of 102 students in SDN 34 South of Pontianak. The research sample was a class sample that is class 3A (control) and class 3C (experiment class). Based on the result of data analysis, the median of post test in experiment class was 84,79 meanwhile the control class wa 75,24. The hypothesis test result using t-test (Polled Variance) with dk 62 on 5 % significant level as known as table t = 1,669 obtained count (table t = 1,669). Then Ha accepted and Ho rejected. It could be conclude that there is an influence of the us of realia media toward students’ study result on the simple fraction in SDN 34 South of Pontianak on class 3. The result of the calculation on the effect size in experiment class was 0,90 (high criteria). It means that the use of realia media gave high influence (effect) toward students’ study result on simple fractions in SDN 34 South of Pontianak on class 3.
