AbstractThis research was motivated by the importance of preserving traditional arts, especially in this study, namely Belangkah dance. The method used was a descriptive method with a form of qualitative research and using a musicology approach. Data collection technique used observation and interview techniques while the data collection tools used were interview guidelines, observational guidelines and research guidelines as well as assistive devices in the form of camcorders, mobile phones and notebooks. All data obtained in this research were analyzed using musicology review with content analysis techniques. Testing the validity of the data of this study used source triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicated that the musical scales used in the Gasep song were A minor harmonious scales on the natural basic note (A Minor), with an Adante tempo between 80-108 BPM and the bar used was 4/4 and had a three-part song form. In the melody motif there was a literal repetition, repetition at other levels (sequences up and down), magnification of the interval, decrease the interval and enlargement the value of the tone. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa menjadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan ekonomi BKK pendidikan akuntansi angkatan 2013. Metode yang di gunakan adalah ex-post-facto. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor internal dan eksternal dapat mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa menjadi guru, dan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi menjadi guru adalah Faktor Internal, yaitu: Faktor Sikap dan Kepribadian dengan persentase varians 49,8%. Kata Kunci: Faktor yang mempengaruhi, Minat Menjadi Guru Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence student interest as a teacher in student education department of accounting education BKK economic force in 2013. The method used is the ex-post-facto. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is factor analysis. Based on the results of this study concluded that the internal and external factors can affect the interests of students as a teacher, and the most dominant factor in influencing student interest in economic education to become a teacher is the internal factor, namely: Attitude and personality factors with the percentage variance of 49.8%. AbstractThe research aims to improve the performance of economic teachers in an effort to increase students' interest in learning through the visual audio media in the form of videos on employment materials.The method used is a classroom action research method with a descriptive, and collaborative, qualitative approach. The location of the research takes place in MAS Darul Ulum located on Kuala Dua road, Sungai Raya sub-district, Kubu Raya regency especially in XI IPS B class of 15 female students. The data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques. The technique for data analysis used is to calculate averages and percentages. This study is done by the second cycle with results: the ability of teachers to perform learning using visual audio media is 17% increase, which is from 73% in cycle I and increased to 90% in cycle II, and the use of visual audio media could increase students' interest in learning by 20%, which is from 60% in cycle I increasing to 80% in cycle II. From the data obtained it can be concluded that using visual audio media could increase the interest of learning students in employment materials in the XI IPS B MAS Darul Ulum  Kubu Raya regency.Keywords: Student Learning Interest, Visual Audio Media, and Employment Materials.

Abstract The title of this thesis is social restraint by the teacher in overcoming school attribute infraction in MA Khulafaur Rasyidin. The research problem is how social restraint by the teacher overcome school attribute infraction?. Based on the research problem above, it creates some sub problems: how social restraint teacher overcome school attribute infraction through preventif action, repressive and curative?. The research used qualitative approach and descriptive method. Tools of data collecting are observation, interview, and documentation study. The result of the research showed as: (1) social restraint through preventive action done by the teacher, before started learning process teacher need to give advice remind student to obey the school role, the teacher gives the advice neither during learning process, nor in madrasah environment. (2) social restraint through repressive actione done by the teacher, when the teacher found any infraction about school rule done by the students, the teacher needed to warn them directly, and gived punishment. (3) social restraint throught curative action, it was done by calling student who break the rule and give guidance, advices, motivate them in order to tell them realising their mistakes and would not do it anymore. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah terhadapSelf-efficacy siswa kelas XI SMK Mandiri Pontianak. Untuk mata pelajaran kewirausahaan sebesar 80,8% responden memilih katagori cukup baik dan self-efficacy siswa 67,9% termasuk dalam katagori sangat baik dengan persamaanY = 26,075+0,530X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Kemudian populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Mandiri yang berjumlah 353 dengan sampel 78 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik langsung, teknik tidak langsung dan teknik studi dokumenter. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis datanya peneliti menggunakan program statistik SPSS versi 16.0 dengan hasil analisis data menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah terhadapself-efficacy siswa kelas XI SMK Mandiri Pontianaksebesar 32,6% dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,571 (R)dengan R square 0,326 dan tingkat interpretasi hubungan sedang. Kata Kunci : Kewirausahaan dan Self-Efficacy Abstract: The purpose of the research to determine the effect of entrepreneurship subjects in the school for Self-Efficacy XI grade student of SMK Mandiri Pontianak. For intrepreneurship subject by 80,8% of respondents choose’a category good and Self-Efficacy 67,9% student included in the category of very good by the equation Y= 26,075+0,530X. The method used in this research is descriptive method with the form pof research is XI grade students of SMK Mandiri Pontianak with totaling 353 and 78 students as a sample. The technique of data colecting of this research by using direct technique, indirect technique and engineering dokumenter study. Meanwhile, to analyze the data of research using statistic SPSS program 16.0 vertion with the result of analysis of data suggest that there is the influence of entrepreneurship subject in school for self-efficacy XI grade student of SMK Mandiri Pontianak at 32,6% with coefficient of determination of 0,571 (R) with R square 0,326 and levels of interpretation of relationship. AbstractThis research is intended to know the process of developing moodle based e-learning on simulasi digital., making moodle based e-learning developed in simulasi digital. and describe kelayakkan through learners' response to moodle-based e-learning developed in the program Study simulasi digital. This research is a research reasearch and Development (R & D) by using Borg and Gall development model. Product assessment is done by one material expert, one media expert, one design expert, and 42 students of Chemical Engineering SMK SMTI Pontianak. The development procedure contains 10 stages, ie stage, Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Product Validation, Main product revision, Try Out testing, Main product revision, Field Try Out testing, Final product revision, Dessemination and impiemantatíon. This research uses qualitative approach. Based on the average one-try try out testing test, the average yield is 3.37 with the criteria "very feasible". On average small group test try out testing showed an average yield of 3.18 with "feasible" criteria. On average Field Try Out testing tests show an average yield of 3.36 with the criteria "very feasible". Key words: e-learning, moodle, learning, digital simulation.

Abstract The general problem raised in this study is whether the leadership of the principal has a significant effect on job satisfaction, does the principal's motivation significantly influence the teacher's job satisfaction, and or does the principal's leadership and motivation affect teachers' job satisfaction equally?The regression test results from independent variables to the dependent variable  obtained data of 39.7% and 33.2% respectively and together independent variables to the dependent variable 68%. Thus it is stated that there is a significant influence    between the independent variables on the dependent variable. Other data that support is that the results of F arithmetic on Anova b 21, 737 is greater than F table is 3.04 and accepted.Based on the above data can be summed up as follows:The category of job satisfaction satisfy with the frequency distribution of respondents Of 203 samples or 40.39%. Headmaster leadership categories with frequency distribution 81 Respondents from 203 samples or 39.90%. High school principal motivation with frequency distribution of 81 respondents rom203 samples or 39.90%.The leadership of the principal influences significantly Teacher's job satisfaction in SD Negeri Kecamatan Tebassebesar 39,7%. The motivation of the principal has an effect on the satisfaction of teachers of SD Negeri Tebas sub-district is significantly 33,2%. Headmaster's leadership and principal motivation together-The same effect on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers Tebas District Significantly by 68%.       Key Words: Principal Leadership, Principal Motivation, and Master's Job Satisfaction.

AbstractThis research is aimed to design EDUcards; the visual recipes of West Kalimantan Traditional Cuisine, as learning medium of procedure texts teaching in the classroom of year-9 autistic students. This developmental study was conducted to bridge the gap between desired and actual performance of procedure texts teaching and learning caused by the limited availability of supporting media in the West Kalimantan Autism School. There were three phases of ADDIE procedure implemented during the process of creating EDUcards namely Analyzing, Designing and Developing phase. To decide the perceived quality of EDUcards, an assessment rubric consisted of twelve traits was being provided. It was used by the expert to validate the acceptability of EDUcards as visual aids in the procedure texts teaching learning. The result of assessment rubric indicated that EDUcards have met both teacher and students expectation, and are reliable to support the teaching learning process of procedure texts for ninth grade autistic students. AbstractThis research was conducted to find out the effect of using concept map of graphic organizer on teaching writing descriptive text. The population of this research was all of Year ? 8 students of SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Raya KabupatenKubu Raya in Academic Year 2018/2019, and the writer took the sample by using lottery from Year ? 8 Class D which consist of 28 students. The writer conducted this research through pre-experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test design. The writer collected the data using a measurement technique to measure students writing descriptive text, and the writer used an essay form which consists of instructional objectives. The findings showed that the students? mean score of pre ? test was 49.07 and after the treatment, students? mean score of post ? test was 67.86. Therefore, the finding also showed the result of the t-test was 17.56 that higher than t-table 2.052 with ?=0.05. It showed that null hypothesis (HO) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that the use of concept map does affect the teaching of writing descriptive text is accepted. In conclusion, concept map of graphic organizer was significantly affects students? writing in descriptive text.Key Words: Writing, Descriptive Texts, Concept Map

AbstractThis research discussed the students’ reading comprehension on recount text. The problem was on comprehending the specific information of recount text. The 39 students of class VIIIB participated in this research. The researcher observed the students’ improvement in reading comprehension by collecting data through observation checklist, field notes and reading test. The students’ attitude towards the learning process was gathered by observation checklist and field note. The data of reading recount text was obtained by reading test which was administered through scoring rubric. Based on the data, the students showed improvement in the process of reading recount text. In cycle I, they could explore the generic structure and language features of the story through jigsaw puzzle game, but less in organizing the time. They took very long time to finish the puzzle and the test. The researcher conducted the cycle II which resulted that, the students could answer the questions and do jigsaw puzzle to comprehend the reading text. The students also got motivation during learning through the game. From all of the result, it can be inferred that jigsaw puzzle can improve students’ reading comprehension on recount text. Key words: Reading Comprehension, Recount Text, Jigsaw Puzzle Game
