Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan penalaran induktif siswa, pemahaman konsep siswa serta  hubugan antara kemampuan penalaran induktif dengan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi operasi hitung pecahan di kelas VII SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian korelasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 34 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu tes kemampuan penalaran induktif dan tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan kemampuan penalaran induktif dan pemahaman konsep siswa termasuk pada kategori sangat rendah dengan persentase masing-masing 37% dan 38% serta berdasarkan uji korelasi product moment menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positf antara kemampuan penalaran induktif dan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi operasi hitung pecahan.   Kata Kunci : Kemampuan penalaran induktif, pemahaman konsep, operasi       hitung pecahan   Abstract: This research aims is determine student’s inductive reasoning ability, conceptual understanding of student’s as well as the correlation between student’s inductive reasoning ability and conceptual understanding in fraction arithmetic operatons of grade VII of SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive with correlation research form. The subjects in this research are 34 students. The research instrument used are inductive reasoning ability tests and conceptual understanding ability test. The results of data analysis showed that the student’s  inductive reasoning ability and conceptual understanding of included in the very low category with persentages respectively 37% and 38% as well as by product moment correlation test showed that there is a positive relationship between the students inductive reasoning ability and conceptual understanding of the fraction arithmetic operations.   Keywords : Inductive reasoning ability, conceptual understanding, fraction arithmetic operations.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengatasi hambatan pemahaman konseptual matematis siswa dalam materi dalil Pythagoras dengan diberikan pendekatan antisipasi didaktis di kelas IX A SMP Islam Bawari Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2016/1017. Subjek yang berpartisipasi dalam  penelitian  ini ada empat siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain subjek tunggal (single subject design) dengan desain A-B-A’. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda beralasan berjumlah enam soal yang terdiri dari pre-test dan post-test. Sebelum diberikan pendekatan antisipasi didaktis subjek penelitian mengalami hambatan pemahaman konseptual matematis yang diketahui dari hasil pre-test siswa dan melalui wawancara personal yang dilakukan. Setelah diberikan pendekatan antisipasi didaktis, hambatan yang dialami subjek penelitian dapat diminimalkan. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan meningkatnya pemahaman konseptual matematis subjek. Dengan demikian, pendekatan antisipasi didaktis dapat mengatasi hambatan pemahaman konseptual matematis siswa dalam materi dalil Pythagoras.   Kata kunci:  Hambatan Belajar, Pemahaman Konseptual Matematis Siswa, Pendekatan Antisipasi Didaktis   Abstract: The purpose of this research was to describe and overcoming of mathematical conceptual understanding obstacles of students on Pythagorean theorem with didactical anticipation approach in class IX A SMP Islam Bawari Pontianak in the school year 2016/2017. Participating Subjects in this study were four students. The method used was a single-subject design with A-B-A' design. Instruments used in the form of multiple choice tests reasoned amounted to six questions that consist of pre-test and post-test. Before being given the anticipation didactical approach of the research subjects experiencing obstacles known mathematical conceptual understanding of the pre-test students and through personal interviews were conducted. After being given the anticipation didactical approach, obstacles experienced research subjects can be minimized. This was evidenced by the increasing mathematical conceptual understanding of subject. Thus, anticipation didactic approach can overcome of mathematical conceptual understanding obstacles of students in Pythagorean theorem.   Keywords:  Learning Obstacle, Anticipation Didactic Approach, Students' Mathematical Conceptual Understanding

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research generally is to describe the types of errors and find out the factors that cause students' error in solving mathematical story questions in the Integer operation learning material based on Newman's procedures. The subjects of this research were students of class VII A of SMP KRISTEN IMMANUEL II KUBU RAYA  and the research focus was on students' error in solving integer mathematical story questions by using  Newman's procedures. The results of data analysis showing that the type of error that mostly done by students is the process skill error. Students could not complete the solving steps correctly. Therefore, the students wrong in answering the mathematical story problem because the final answer depends on the solving process.Keywords: Math Story Problems, Newman's Procedures, Student Error

Abstract

AbstractThis study reviews the application of learning methods of quantum type of concept maps in order to improve the ability to think creatively and student learning outcomes on economic subjects in vocational Kubu Raya Development. The method used in this study is a research method True Experiment Experiment with the shape and the experimental design used is pretest - posttest control group design. The population in this study is a class XI student of SMK AKT Development amounted to 96 students with a sample of 64 students. The data collection tool in this study a test sheet and observation sheet. Data was analyzed using quantitative data analysis and descriptive statistics. The results showed that the application of quantum learning method in class experiment goes well. Application of quantum learning methods can enhance students' ability to think creatively on economic subjects in vocational Kubu Raya Development. Through t test, t known at 37.185 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 (0.000 <0.005) showed an increase of quantum methods in creative thinking abilities.Keywords: Quantum Learning Method, Creative Thinking Skills, Learning Outcome

Abstract

AbstractThe general problem of this research is to know how the image series media can improve the writing ability of student description The general purpose of this research is to describe how the drawing media can improve the writing ability of the description of the students of class III SDN 09 Pontianak Southeast. The method used is descriptive method with class action research form. The subjects were 34 students. This research procedure consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data analysis technique used is direct observation technique and supervision document. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation sheet and supervision document sheet. The results of this study: (1) The ability of teachers to plan learning in cycle I get 2.73, on cycle II get 3.02 increase in cycle III to 3.65 with less category. (2) The ability of teachers to apply learning in cycle I get 2.49, in cycle II get 3.08, on the third cycle increased to 3,66 with very good category. (3) In cycle I, the average of student learning outcomes has not reached KKM that is 43,41. In cycle II, the average of student learning outcomes is 71.66. Next on the third cycle, the average of student learning outcomes is 72.47. Keywords:Enhancement, Writing Skills, Image Series Media

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis entitled "Analysis of Compensation In Increasing Employees Productivity At Cooperative Loan Nasari". The purpose of this study is to know: 1) Implementation of compensation, 2) Working productivity of cooperative employees, 3) provision of compensation in increasing work productivity.The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The form of research is case study. The author uses data collection techniques in the form of direct communication techniques and documentary studies. Data collection tools used in the form of interview guides and documents. Results of the study States that (1) The enactment of the awarding of compensation that is in the cooperative loan Nasari has been cooperative with the ability to adapt, (2) Employee Productivity high KSP Nasari It is seen from a comparison of the productivity index (IP) average of 0.20, and provides facilities to support the work of the employees, as well as paying attention to the needs of the employee but does not harm employees and employees provide labor productivity as a consequence the maximum over the compensation received. Abstract

AbstractCommon problem in this research is whether by using modeling method can improve speech skill at third grade student of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 34 Pontianak Kota?. The general purpose of this study is to describe the use of modeling methods that can improve the speaking skills of third grade students of State Elementary School 34 Pontianak Kota. This research uses descriptive method with class action research form, and the nature of research is collaborative. Setting the research took place at the State Elementary School 34 Pontianak Kota with the subject of the study of students class III C which amounted to 31 people. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, direct observation techniques, measurement techniques with data collection tool that is the observation sheet. The data collected in the analysis with the average calculation. This research was conducted 3 cycles. In cycle I the average score of students is 73,23. While in cycle II the average value of students to 76.45 increased by 3.22. In cycle III the average score of 81.61 students increased by 5.16. With the implementation of modeling methods in learning Indonesian language can improve speaking skills, so it can be concluded that the use of modeling methods can be used to improve the ability of speaking class III students in SD Negeri 34 Pontianak Kota. Keywords: Improvement, Speech Skills, and Modeling Methods

Abstract

Abstract This thesis entitled "Performance Analysis of Employees of Credit Union (CU) Banuri Harapan Kita in Batang Tarang of Sanggau District". The general problem of this research is "How is the performance of Employees Credit Union (CU) Banuri Harapan Kita in Batang Tarang whit the focus of research is team work, discipline, skill, and quality of work and data source of this research is seven employees, General Manager and document. The research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data collection tools include observation guidelines, interview guides and notes. The result of this study indicates; 1) Excellent employees’ team work are shown by the communication that exists between employees and superiors and always support and assist in completing the work. 2) Employees discipline are good enough with the awareness of employees who know rules that applied regarding break-in and return times and employees do not infringe and attendance list either. 3). Employees already have the skills in completing the tasks contained in the Job Descriptions of each department. 4). the quality of work employees in good working, if in the employees make mistakes, it will be corrected immediately in order to maintain the quality of the institution. Keywors: Employees’ Performance, Credit Union

Abstract

AbstractThe research problem of this study is, how is the terminology in abuh dapor lawakng tangak traditional ceremony. The general problem is limited to four subproblems: description of terminology description, component of meaning, and lexical meaning. The method used in this research is conversation and descriptive method using qualitative form. Techniques used were interview and live conversations. Data collection tools used were a research instrument in the form of sentences (to filter the data asked by the researcher to the informant), data card used to facilitate data and recorder. Based on data analysis that has been done by researcher, can be concluded that from the five categories of the abuh, the researcher succeeded in collecting 33 terminology in the process of performing the abuh dapor lawakng tangak traditional ceremony covering the five categories of abuh, 20 terms of custom rite equipment in traditional ceremony of abuh kahagokng and abuh agokng, 19 terminology of custom rite equipment in traditional ceremony of abuh bagi, abuh popah, dan abuh naribokng, 33 terminology of banquet equipment, 17 terminology of foodstuff, and 12  terminology of food names. Keywords: Abuh dapor, lawakng tangak, lexical meaning.

Abstract

                                               AbstractNarrative text is one of the competencies that must be mastered by students in writing learning, in which there are elements such as themes, characters, backgrounds, lines, and mandates.The results of the pre-observation in class VII students at Pontianak State 2 MTs showed that in class VII D there were still students who did not listen well to the subject matter of the narrative text delivered by Indonesian language teachers, the research problem raised was “ how the skill improvement of listening to narrative texts using the 5W+1H technique in class VII students of MTs negeri 2 Pontianak”?. The method used in this study is the action research method. The form of research in this paper is classroom action research (CAR). .the results of this study were: 1) the process of using the 5W+1H technique in improming the skills of listening to narrative tekts ini class VII D students of MTs NEGERI 2 PONTIANAK in the first cycle wa classified ad good and in the second cycle was very good: 2) the results of the ability to lisen to nararative texts using the 5W+1H technique in students of class VII D MTs Negeri 2 Pontianak show high scores and above the KKM.
