Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi serta penjelasan yang obyektif tentang pengembangan modul dengan pendekatan multirepresentasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep fisika pebelajar SMP K  Immanuel 2 Sungai Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan  menggunakan model Borg & Gall. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa pedoman wawancara; angket uji ahli materi, isi soal, media pembelajaran, dan satu lawan satu; serta tes.Hasil penelitian berupa modul dengan pendekatan multirepresentasi mengenai konsep alat optik yang memiliki bagian sebagai berikut: a) bagian pembuka (cover, tinjauan mata pelajaran, daftar isi, peta konsep, dan indikator pembelajaran), b) bagian inti (pendahuluan, kegiatan pembelajaran (tujuan, uraian materi yang disajikan menggunakan representasi verbal, representasi fisis, dan representasi matematika, rangkuman, latihan, tes formatif, kunci jawaban latihan, serta  umpan balik dan tindak lanjut), dan rangkuman), serta c) bagian penutup, (tes akhir, glosarium dan daftar referensi). Modul ini memiliki tingkat efektifitas perolehan belajar aspek kognitif sebesar 79% serta sangat menarik, memudahkan, dan sangat bermanfaat bagi pebelajar mempelajari materi alat optik. Kata kunci: Modul, multirepresentasi, alat optik, model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Abstract: The purpose of this study to obtain objective information and explanations about the development of the module with multirepresentasi approach in improving the understanding of physics concepts learners of Junior High School of Christiani Immanuel 2 Sungai Raya. The method used in this research is the research and development using a model Borg & Gall. The tool of data collection that is used in the form of guidance interviews; test questionnaire, the content, instructional media expert test, and one by one; as well as tests. Results of the research is a module approach multirepresentasi the concept of optical instrument that has the following sections: a) the opening section consist of (cover, a review of subjects, content, concept maps, and indicators of learning), b) the main part consist of (introduction, learning activities (goal, description of the material presented using representations verbal, of physics and mathematic, summaries, exercises, formative tests, key’s answer, as well as feedback and follow-up), and conclusion), and c) at the last (the final test, glossary and references). This module has a level of effectiveness of the cognitive aspects of learning acquisition of 79% as well as it very attractive, it easy, and it is very beneficial for the students to learn the material optical instrument. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe whether there is a correlation between learning motivation and learning interest with learning outcomes in the thematic learning of class V SDN Clusters X Sungai Kakap Kubu Raya. The research method used is descriptive research correlation study form. The population in this study were 121 students of Sungai Kakap Elementary School in 121 students. The sample in the study were 41 students who were determined by purposive sampling technique, namely the VA class of SDN 18 Sungai Kakap totaling 22 students and the VB class of SDN 27 Sungai Kakap totaling 19 students. The results showed learning motivation of 75.21%, learning interest of 75.33%, and learning outcomes obtained an average of 76.41. Statistical calculations using the product moment correlation formula namely learning motivation with learning outcomes obtained rcount of 0.477 and learning interest with learning outcomes obtained rcount of 0.441. For motivation and interest in learning with learning outcomes using the multiple correlation formula obtained by 0.489 included in the category of moderate relationships with Fcount of 5.97 and Ftable ? = 5% of 3.25 which means Fhitung (5.97)> Ftable (3.25) , then Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between learning motivation, learning interest and learning outcomes in the thematic learning of fifth grade students of SDN Clusters X Sungai Kakap Kubu Raya. Keywords: Correlation, Learning Motivation, Learning Interest, Learning Outcomes, and Thematic Learning

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam materi aljabar di kelas VII SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya. Bentuk penelitian adalah pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan One-group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian adalah 30 siswa kelas VII A. Sampel ditentukan melalui teknik simple random sampling. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil pretest siswa sebesar 16,11 sedangkan skor rata-rata posttest siswa sebesar 41,39. Hasil analisis skor gain diperoleh rata-rata indeks gain sebesar 0,30, artinya terdapat peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa setelah pembelajaran melalui pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik dengan kategori sedang. Hasil analisis respon siswa menggunakan perhitungan skala Likert menunjukkan bahwa siswa memberi respon positif terhadap pembelajaran matematika melalui pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Matematika Realistik, Komunikasi Matematis, Pembelajaran Matematika Abstract: This research aims to improve the mathematical communication ability of students on algebraic material in seventh grade of SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kubu Raya. This form of research is the pre-experiments with the design of One-group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this research was 30 students of class VII A. The sample is determined by simple random sampling technique. From the analysis of the data obtained, the students average pretest score is 16,11 while the students average posttest score is 41,39. The results of gain scores obtained an average gain index of 0.30, meaning that there is an increase in students' mathematical communication abilities after learning through Realistic Mathematics Education approach to the medium category. Student response analysis results using Likert scale calculations indicate that the students gave positive response towards learning mathematics through realistic mathematics education approach. Abstract

AbstractTextbook selection process takes a crucial part in teaching and learning process. The textbook affects the teaching and learning process, in turn will influence the students’ competencies. Moreover English subject is the only way for the students to learn English, since English is a foreign language which means, students do not use it fluently and intensively. So, textbook determines the result of the teaching and learning process itself. This study presents the textbook selection process and the teacher’s considerations when selecting the textbook. This is a case study research. The participant in this study was an English teacher of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta (MTs) Aswaja Pontanak, one of private Islamic junior high school in Pontianak. The data of this study were collected through observation method and interviews. The research findings revealed that one aspect, besides the teacher, actually took a part and influenced the textbook selection process. This aspect is the involvment of the higher authority of the school. Also, there were some coniderations that the teacher has in selecting the textbook. These consderations are the content of the textbook must follow the most recent curriculum, and the textbook design. Keywords: English Textbook, Textbook Selection, Teacher’s Consideration

Abstract

  Abstrak: Penelitian ini  difokuskan pada bidang semantik khususnya mengenai medan makna verba membersihkan dalam BMDS. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan medan makna verba membersihkan dalam BMDS. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode langsung dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah verba membersihkan dalam BMDS. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa teknik pancing, teknik cakap semuka, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa daftar pertanyaan, daftar gambar, alat perekam, dan alat tulis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu mengklasifikasikan, menganalisis, mendeskripsikan, dan menyimpulkan. Berdasarkan analisis data, terdapat 55 leksem verba membersihkan dalam BMDK. Jenis makna verba membersihkan dalam BMDS diperoleh 55 makna leksikal, 49 makna gramatikal, 54 makna konseptual, 1 makna asosiatif, dan 6 bidang makna kolokatif. Fungsi semantis dari leksem-leksem pada medan makna verba membersihkan dalam BMDS adalah untuk membersihkan tubuh, tanaman, perkakas rumah tangga, dan sebagai pembentengan diri.   Kata Kunci: medan makna, verba, membersihkan, BMDS   Abstract: This research is focused on the areas of semantics in particular about the meaning of the verb field cleans the BMDS. This study aims to describe the meaning of the verb cleans in the BMDS. The method used is the method of qualitativ research wit the form directly. The data in this study are the verb cleans in BMDS. Data collection techniques are used in the form of fishing techniques, engineering, engineering face to face ably record, and take note. Data collecting instrument that was used in the form of a list, the list of pictures, recording device, and stationery. Technique of data analysis used i.e. classify, analyze, describe, and conclude. Based on the analysis of data, there are 55 lexem verb cleans up in BMDS. The type of verb meaning clearing in the BMDS retrieved 55 lexical meaning, 49 grammatical meaning, 54 conceptually meaning, 1 assosiative meanings, and 6 areas of the meaning of collective. Difference of function  semantic lexem in field the meaning of the verb in BMDS is to cleans to body, plants, home wares, and as the fortification themselves.   Keywords: field of meaning, verb, cleans, BMDS

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan Menghasilkan modul yang berbasis Multirepresentasi sehingga dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Representasi Matematis Mahasiswa dalam materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan di PGSD, menguji keterpakaian modul berbasis multirepresentasi dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis dalam penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan. Mendeskripsikan  respon  mahasiswa terhadap modul yang berbasis multirepresentasi yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis dalam penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan. Metode yang digunakan  adalah  penelitian  pengembangan  model  4D  yang  terdiri  dari  tahap  Define,  Design dan Develop tanpa tahap Dissemination mengingat waktu yang terbatas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD STKIP Melawi yang berjumlah  40 mahasiswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa bentuk modul yang berbasis multirepresentasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan matematis mahasiswa STKIP Melawi, keterpakaian Keterpakaian modul berbasis multirepresentasi dalam pembelajaran  matematika, dilihat dari: (a) Validasi Ahli materi Memperoleh skor rata – rata total 3,27 dengan kreteria kualitatif baik, (b) Validasi Ahli Media Diperoleh skor  rata – rata 3, 09 dengan kreteria kualitatif baik, (c) Validasi Ahli Diperoleh skor  rata – rata 3, 4 dengan kreteria kualitatif  baik. Serta rata – rata seluruh aspek butir penilaian adalah 2, 85 yang berada pada kreteria kualitatif baik. Kata kunci  : Multirepresentasi, Respon mahasiswa, Keterpakaian modul Abstract : This study aims to Generate module based Multirepresentasi so that it can be used to improve the representation of Mathematical Students in the material addition and subtraction of fractions in PGSD, Test user based modules Multirepresentasi can be developed to improve the ability of Representation of Mathematical in the addition and subtraction offractions, Describe the responses of students to module based Multirepresentasi developed to improve the ability of Mathematical Representation in the addition and subtraction of fractions. The method used is the research development of the 4D model comprising the steps Define, Design and Develop without Dissemination stage given the limited time. Subjects in this study were students PGSD STKIP Melawi totaling 40 students. The result showed that the form of modules based multirepresentasi can improve mathematical ability of students STKIP Melawi, keterpakaian Keterpakaian multirepresentasi based modules in mathematics, seen from: (a) Validation Expert Obtaining materials mean score - average total of 3.27 with good qualitative criteria. (b) Validation Expert Media obtained a mean score -rata 3, 09 with good qualitative criteria. (c) Validation Expert Retrieved average score -rata 3, 4 with good qualitative criteria. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study was to find out the empirical evidence about the effectiveness and the effect size of the use of action movie trailer towards students’ narrative text writing at the tenth grade students of MAN 1 Pontianak.  The method of this study was quantitative method. This study used quasi experimental design with pre-test and post-test design approach. The population of this study was 299 tenth grade students of MAN 1 Pontianak in academic year 2016/2017. By using simple random sampling, the researcher took two classes as the samples of this study. The samples were XMIPA 1 as the experimental class which was taught by using action movie trailer and XMIPA 2 as the control class which was taught without using action movie trailer. The experimental class consisted of 35 students and the control class consisted of 36 students. Pre-test was given before the implementation of the treatment and post-test was given after the treatment to both groups. The instrument used in this study was writing test in which the students were asked to write a narrative text. The results of this study showed that action movie trailer was effective and the criteria of the effect size was categorized strong. As the result, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. Hence, it was concluded that action movie trailer is strongly effective in teaching writing of narrative text. Keywords: Action Movie Trailer, Writing, Narrative Text

Abstract

Abstract            The native speakers of it, spread out around Tayan Hulu District, Sanggau The problem of  this research is the affix of  Dayaknese of Mali  in Peruan Dialect,in which limited to become  3 subtitles of problem, such as  pattern, function and meaningful. The research used is the descriptive methode. The resources of the data in the research is BDMDP which is spoken by  the community of Dayaknese of Mali in Peruan Dialect, in Kecamatan Tayan Hulu. The Data of this research is the affix of Dayaknese of Mali in Peruan Dialect,in the words spoken by the community of Dayaknese of Mali in Peruan Dialect, in Kecamatan Tayan Hulu. The technich used in the research, is teknik libat cakap (active conversation technic), showing picture technic, interview technic, and documentation study technic. The affix of BDMDP  consist of 5 patterns, such as : N-, ber-, poN-, ter-, do  The pattern of prefix N- has  some patterns of variation, such as m-, n-, Ƞ-, Ƞc-, dan zero. The prefixs ber-, b-, be-, and bel-. The allomorph of prefixs ter- such as : ter- and te-, while prefixs do- in BDMDP does not have any pattern of variation when it is arranged in free morpheme as well. Keywords: Morphology, Dayaknese of Mali, Peruan Dialex

Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to improve students’ understanding on teacher’s command through Total Physical Response method of the eighth grade students at SMP BP Haruniyah Pontianak academic year 2016/2017. The subject of this research was the eighth grade students of SMP BP Haruniyah Pontianak in academic year 2016/2017. In collecting the data the researcher observed the improvement of students’ understanding on teacher’s command through observation, field notes, and students’ individual test. This research was done in two cycles. The result of this research showed that Total Physical Response method can improve the eighth grade students’ understanding on teacher’s command of SMP BP Haruniyah Pontianak in academic year 2016/2017. The students were able to responds the command given by the teacher using gesture, to get involved in brainstorming activity, to listen carefully the teacher’s command, and to actively participate in performing the action. It can be concluded that students’ understanding on teacher’s command through Total Physical Response method was improved. Abstract

 AbstractResearch aims to understand influence internal factors on student learning outcomes on economic subjects class XI IIS in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method percentage with research form used is ex post-facto research. The population in this study were students of class XI IIS which amounted to 120 students, with samples taken in this study amounted to 54 students consisting of students of class XI IIS 1, XI IIS 2, and XI IIS 3. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the independent variable (X) or internal factors and dependent variable (Y) or student learning outcomes with the value of correlation or relationship (R) is equal to 0.729 strong categories. As for the data analysis techniques obtained equation 17.370 + 0.643X. The result of t test shows that tcount> ttable is (7,674> 2,006). So Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Thus it can be said that there is an influence of internal factors on student learning outcomes on economic subjects class XI IIS in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Result of coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 0,531 which mean contribution percentage of influence equal to 53,1% while the rest 46,9% influenced by other factor not studied in this research like external factor covering: family environment, school environment and society environment. Keywords: Internal Factors, Learning Outcomes, Students
