Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan pekerjaan, pendidikan, penghasilan, persepsi orang tua dan jumlah anak dalam keluarga terhadap keberlangsungan pendidikan formal anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode ex post fakto dengan studi kausal komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga F-Multifariat untuk wilk lambda variabel persepsi ( ) dan variabel jumlah anak ( ) memiliki signifikansi <0,05. Menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh variabel bebas ( ) dan ( )  terhadap variabel terikat ( ) dan . Sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.  Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan persepsi orang tua dan jumlah anak terhadap keberlangsungan pendidikan formal anak sebesar 10% dan 76%. Sedangakn hasil penelitian pada variabel  pekerjaan ( ), pendidikan ( ) dan penghasilan ( ) menunjukkan bahwa harga F-Multifariat untuk wilk lambda memiliki signifikansi >0,05 sehingga Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima. Hal ini berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel pekerjaan ( ), pendidikan ( ) dan penghasilan ( ) terhadap keberlangsungan pendidikan formal anak. Kata Kunci: Pekerjaan, Pendidikan, Penghasilan, Persepsi, Jumlah Anak, Keberlangsungan Pendidikan Formal. Abstract: The purpose of this study was determine to the influence of employment’s significant for education, income, perception of parents and the number of children in the family to the continuity of the formal education for children. The method used in this research is ex post facto with causal comparative studies. The results showed that the value of F-Multifariat for  Wilk lambda at perception variable ( ) and the number of children variable ( ) has significance <0.05. That indicates there is any influence of the independent variables ( ) and ( ) to the dependent variable ( ) and ( . Then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. This means there is any a significant effect from the perception of parents and the number of children on  the sustainability formal education for children by 10% and 76%.  Whereas the results of research on variables of job ( ), variable of education ( ) and variable of income ( ) that indicates the value of the F-Multifariat to Wilk's lambda have significance> 0,05 so then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Abstract

Abstract:The aims of this research were to find out the differences of activity and learning achievement of students who were given learning using combination between picture and picture and time token with students who were given learning using conventional methods, and the influence of using combination between picture and picture and time token toward activity and  learning achievement of eleven grade students SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. This research was a quasi experiment (Quasi Exsperimental Design) research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design research, eleven grade  students was divided into experiment class and control class. Calculations used U-Mann Whitney test showed that there are differences in student activity and learning achievement of control class and experimental class with the consecutive value were -2.69 <-1.96 and -3.25 <-1.96. Combination between picture and picture and time token  learning gave high  influence equal to 36.86%  with  ES equal to 1.12 Keywords: Time Token, Picture and Picture, Activity, Learning Achievement

Abstract

AbstractThis research was motivated to find the emotions of characters in the novel Aku, Benci, dan Cinta by Wulanfadi. The problem in this research was how the emotions of the characters in the novel Aku, Benci, dan Cinta by Wulanfadi, and the learning level of Indonesian language of high school students. This study aims to analyze these problems. Theories used in this study include: emotions, types of emotions, novels, behavioristic psychology, literary learning in schools, and learning plans. The method used in this research was descriptive method with a qualitative form of research that used a behavioristic psychology approach. Data sources used are novel Aku, Benci, dan Cinta by Wulanfadi and data in the form of positive emotions and negative emotions in the form of quotes, words or sentences. In this research the data collection technique used in the form of documentary studies and tools used in the form of researchers themselves. The data validity testing technique used was adequacy of references and triangulation. The data analysis technique used was content analysis. The results of this study about the emotions of characters in the novel in the form of (1) positive emotions ; (2) negative emotions ; (3) the emotion implementation of the characters in the novel used as Indonesian language learning material for high school to the XII class students from the aspect of curriculum, literary learning objectives, selection of teaching materials, and readability. The results of this study are expected to be used by teachers as teaching material in schools and this research can provide input for further researchers to use novel Aku, Benci, dan Cinta by Wulanfadi. Keywords: Emotion, Character and Novel

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the form, type, meaning, and function idiom contained in the conversation and Dayak Behe Balangint's folklore. The method used in this research is descriptive method, and the form of qualitative research. The data in this study are folklore and conversations containing idioms in the Dayak Behe Balangint language. The source of this research data is folklore and conversation spoken by Dayak Behe Balangint speaker. The technique of Data collection in this study using the technique of free conversation, interviews, and recording techniques. Based on the results of data analysis can be found 39 Dayak Behe Balangint language idioms derived from folklore and conversations in the form of combined word. The type of idiom is divided into two, namely 30 full idioms, and 9 partial idioms. The meaning of idiom is a meaning that deviates from the element of the lexical meaning of the constituent in the context of the sentence. The function of idiom is closely related to the use of idioms that is to provide advice, satire, praise, and affirm a statement.Keywords: form, type, meaning, and idiom functions

Abstract

AbstractBased on the observation is known that the learning of  Elementary School class V SD Negeri 35 Pontianak south still centered on the teacher. This can be seen from the method used by the teacher, the lecture, and the assignment. The acquisition of student learning in Civic Education learning is low, seen from the low willingness of students to do the tasks assigned by teachers, not dare to express opinions, nor ask about the subject matter that has not been understood.This has an impact on the acquisition of student learning to obtain learning outcomes. This study uses quasi experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The study sample consisted of class V C as control group and V A class as experiment group selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collection tool that is in the form of multiple choice test for pretest and posstest 35 question is used to collect data. The influence of the talking stick model on the learning achievement of Primary Education of Pontianak State Primary School using effect size (ES). From the calculation effect size obtained results of 0.66. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to obtain information and clarity of education quality management conducted by madrasah in MTs Ibn Taimiyah Singkawang.This study used descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study are the head of madrasah, teachers, education personnel, treasurer and chairman of the committee. Data collection was done in-depth interview technique, observation and documentation technique. Data analysis in this research is done by data collection, data areduksi, data presentation and conclusion. Check the validity of findings through extension of observation, increased perseverance in research, triangulation, discussion with peers and member checks.The results of the study concluded that (1) the planning of quality education program conducted by the head of madrasah has been running well, in accordance with the existing rules and regulations. (2) implementation of quality education work plan conducted by head of madrasah has been done well although not yet optimal. (3) supervision / evaluation of education quality by the head of madrasah is in accordance with the rules that have been established and through procedures in accordance with applicable provisions although not optimal in the implementation. (4) As for obstacles and challenges faced by the lack of complete facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning in madrasah, human resources that are less professional and not fully qualified undergraduate and educational background that is not in accordance with the subjects that are diampu, lack of availability of complete library and the lack of empowered committees in madrasah because they have not been formed optimally. Keywords: Management, Quality of Education, Head of Madrasah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan guru meremedial siswa dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran sosiologi di kelas XI IPS SMA Mujahidin Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung, teknik komunikasi langsung dan teknik dokumenter, sedangkan alat pengumpulan datanya menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan pedoman observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran remedial yang dilaksanakan oleh guru belum dilakukan dengan terampil seperti dalam mendiagnosa kesulitan belajar siswa tidak sesuai dengan teori. Hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh siswa mengalami peningkatan nilai yang dibantu oleh guru dengan upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa seperti menciptakan proses belajar mengajar yang menyenangkan dan menggunakan metode belajar yang bervariasi agar siswa tidak merasa bosan serta didalam proses belajar mengajar guru menilai siswa dengan membandingkan dan mengambil nilai tertinggi dengan tidak melebihi nilai KKM.   Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Guru, Remedial, Hasil Belajar Abstract: The objective of this research was to know teacher skill to remedy students In improving their learning outcomes in Sociology subject at Class XI IPS SMA Mujahidin Pontianak. The method used is qualitative descriptive. With the data collection techniques used are direct observation, direct communication techniques and documentary techniques, while the data cillection tool used as interview guides and observation guidelines. The results showed that the implementation of remedial learning activities undertaken by teacher has not been done with such skilled in diagnosing students learning difficulties are not in accordance with the theory. Learning outcomes achieved by students has increased the value of which is assisted by a teacher with an effort to increase student motivation as creating the learning process fun and using a variety of learning si that students do not get bored and in the process of learning teachers assess students to compare and retrieve values with the highest value does not exceed KKM.   Keywords: Teacher Skill, Remedial, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the discipline of economic subject teachers on student learning outcomes in class X SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak academic year 2016/2017 ". The method used in this study is an associative method with a form of expositional research. The population in this study were 59 students with class X as many as 51 students. For data collection using direct communication techniques (interview guidelines), indirect communication techniques (teacher economic discipline questionnaire), and documentary study techniques (student test score data). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence on the discipline of teachers of economic subjects on student learning outcomes in class X SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak academic year 2016/2017. This can be seen from the value of t count of 6.654 which shows that there is an influence of teacher discipline on student learning outcomes. When compared with the value of t table with a 0.05 level of significance of 2.010 so that Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is the discipline of teachers of economic subjects have a significant influence on student learning outcomes in class X SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak academic year 2016/2017. Keywords: Teacher discipline, learning outcomes.

Abstract

AbstractStudents of Chemistry Education FKIP Tanjungpura University have got the learning about making lesson plan based on curriculum 2013. But until now, no report about students? ability to make lesson plan in this study program, so that the analysis was needed to be done. The research purposes were to describe the ability of Chemistry Education?s Students to make a lesson plan based on curriculum 2013 and to describe the difficulties faced. The methode of the research was descriptive with study case involved 64 students of Chemistry Education from semester VI year 2015 Class A, PGMIPA-U and PPAPK as a participant.  Cognitive ability test, scoring rubric of lesson plan, and questionnaire, were used to collect data. In addition, interview based on the former instrumen was conducted. The results showed that the ability of Chemistry Education?s Students to make a lesson plan based on Curriculum 2013 in cognitive aspect was still low with the avarege score 50,27 and in psychomotoric aspect was high with the avarege score 80,61. The difficulties faced by students were to make a competence achievement indicator, choose a model, methode and media, design a core activity, and to make an achievement instrument.  Keywords:  Ability of making Lesson Plan, Student of Chemistry Education, Curriculum 2013

Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to know how Charade Game improved students’ vocabulary related to names of hobbies. This research was conducted in form of a Classroom Action Research in three cycles. The problems that students faced were (1) the low mastery of vocabulary and (2) the students felt bored and were hesitant. The participants of this research were 36 students in class A of the Seventh Grade Students of SMPN 14 Pontianak in Academic Year 2018/2019. The researcher used observation checklists, field notes, and individual assignment as tools to collect the data. The result showed that Charade Game improved students’ vocabulary. Students’ behavior also changed and students did not hesitate anymore while expressing the words and showed less burden while performing the vocabulary in front of the class. The mean score of students’ vocabulary also improved in every cycle. In the first cycle, the students’ mean score was 73,33. It improved to 75,27 in the second cycle, and 85,56 in the third cycle. In conclusion, Charade Game improved students’ vocabulary about name of hobbies. Keywords:  Charade Game, Hobbies, Vocabulary
