Abstract

Abstrak:  Judul penelitian ini adalah “Pengaruh Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah Dan Pengendalian Mutu Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru SMK Singkawang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengungkap besarnya pengaruh  kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan pengendalian mutu terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK di Kota Singkawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitif,  dengan metode studi kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMK di Singkawang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 181 orang guru. Pengumpulan data mengunakan angket, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi ganda dan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kepuasan kerja guru, pengendalian mutu dengan kepuasan kerja guru, kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan pengendalian mutu secara simultan dengan kepuasan kerja guru serta kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru melalui pengendalian mutu.   Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Manajerial, Pengendalian Mutu,  Kepuasan Kerja.   Abstract: The title of this research is " The Influence of Principals  Managerial Competence and Quality Control on Teacher’s  Job Satisfaction of  Vocational High School in Singkawang ". This study aims to reveal the influence of the principal managerial competence and quality control to job satisfaction of teachers of vocational schools in Singkawang. This study uses a quantitative approach, the causal study method. The study population was all teachers of vocational schools in Singkawang. Sampling was conducted using random sampling with a total sample of 181 teachers. Collecting data using questionnaires, data analysis using descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that a significant difference between the managerial competence principals with job satisfaction of teachers, quality control and teachers job satisfaction, principals managerial competence and quality control simultaneously with the job satisfaction of teachers,  and principals managerial competencies on teachers job satisfaction through quality control. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian korelasional ini menganalisis konsep-konsep matematika yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan soal fisika, serta mengukur hubungan antara keduanya pada materi gerak parabola di MAN 2 Filial Pontianak. Sampel penelitian adalah Sampel Jenuh yaitu, 22 orang siswa kelas XI IPA. Instrumen penelitian berupa dua tes esai yaitu tes kemampuan matematika dan tes kemampuan menyelesaikan soal fisika. Masing-masing terdiri dari 8 butir soal. Koefisien reliabilitas kedua tes berturut-turut adalah = 0,68 dan = 0,66. Ditemukan tiga konsep matematika yang diperlukan dalam menyelesaikan soal fisika pada materi gerak parabola yaitu: konsep aritmatika, konsep aljabar dan konsep trigonometri. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kemampuan matematika dan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal fisika dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar  0,55. Implikasinya, dalam pembelajaran fisika perlu dipertimbangkan  kemampuan matematika para siswa.   Kata kunci:    Korelasional, Kemampuan Matematika, Kemampuan Menyelesaikan Soal Fisika, Gerak Parabola Abstract: This correlational study was conducted to analyse mathematics concepts in solving physics problem and relationship between them about parabolic motion at MAN 2 Filial Pontianak. A total 22 students were selected from class XI IPA by using statured sampling. The data collection used two essay tests; a mathematics ability test (of 8-item) and a physics problem solving ability test (of 8-item). The reliability coefficients of the tests consecutively were = 0,68 dan = 0,66. Findings revealed there are three necessary mathematics concepts in solving physics problems: arithmetic concepts, algebra concepts and trigonometry concepts. Correlational analysis indicated that there is a positive relationship between mathematics ability and students?abilities to solve physics problem (r = 0.55). The implication is the students?mathematical abilities to be considered in teaching-learning physics. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to describe  the influence of the use of a model Make a Match of the results of the learning civic eduacation  a student of class V SDN 09 West Pontianak. Research method used is experimental method with Quasi Eksperimental Design with Design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Population in this research is all students grade V B and V C academic year 2016 / 2017 which consisted of 68 people. Subjects of the sample were V B students consisting of 34 students (experiments) and 34 students (control) V C class. The research instrument is a matter of multiple choice test with 35 questions. Based on data analysis, the average of post test control class result is 60,06 and average result of post test of experiment class 70,24. Based on the T test obtained tarithmetic 3,6930 and ttable α = 5% equal to 1,998, which means tarithmetic (3,6930)> ttabel (1,998),  then alternative hypothesis be accepted.  Of reckoning as effect size (ES), obtained effect size  of 0,96 ( high criteria ) . This means that the use of Make a Match model gives a high influences on students civic education learning outcomes in class V SDN 09 West Pontianak.  Keyword : Influence, Make a Match Learning of Model, Learning Result, Civic Education

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research to determine the increase passing under volleyball with plastic balls modification learners fifth grade at SDN 33 Simpang Sanurian Landak. The method used in this research is descriptive method with this type of research is classroom action research. Subjects who made this study were teachers collaborate with learners class V SDN 33 Simpang Sanurian Landak as many as 20 students. The results of the first cycle of learning research students who completed amounted to 12 or 60%, while the students who have not passed or have not completed amounted to 8 or 40%, then proceed to the second cycle so that learners have an opportunity for improvement. In the second cycle students who graduated a total of 20 people or 100% and unresolved numbered 0 or does not exist.Keywords: Passing Down, Plastic Ball Modifications

Abstract

AbstractAs a pre-experiment, this study concentrates on measuring the effectiveness of “Avatar: The Legend of Korra” animated movie-based project to improve listening comprehension. The sample of this research is a group of eighth grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 in School Year 2015/2016. Pretest and posttest are the instruments of the data collection. This research has fulfilled its purpose, that is to study the effectiveness of “Avatar: The Legend of Korra” animated movie-based project to improve listening comprehension of eighth grade students. It is proven that the effectiveness is strong by 1.41 of effect size, which means the fourth hypothesis is accepted. Treatment was given once for two-week long, including monitoring, project progress, and assessment (posttest). A 25% increase in score is found between pre-test (49.27) and post-test (65.37). This proved the “Avatar: The Legend of Korra” animated movie based project improved the students’ listening comprehension.  Keywords: Animated Movie, Based Project, Listening

Abstract

AbstractThe research aimed at finding out the effect of peers on motivation to learn for students in grade XII of Social Programme in SMA Islam Haruniyah Pontianak. It is hoped that the result can be a good information for school especially teachers to improve their students? motivation in learning, motivate their students by a good approach, and motivate among students in learning. The research employed quantitative descriptive methodology by having 64 students of grade XII in social programme as participants of the research using simple random sampling. The data for peers and learning motivation were taken by a questionnaire. Simple linear regression methodology was applied to test the statistical data. The research findings showed that most peer students of grade XII were good and 80,7% of students had low motivation to study. The peers have given significant influence on learning motivation of students and have given positif relation by 78,9%. It can be concluded that the good peers have given positive effect on learning motivation of students of grade XII of Social Programme of SMA Islam Haruniyah Pontianak, on the contrary the bad peers also have decreased motivation of other students to learn. Keywords: Peers, Learning Motivation

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the causes of learning difficulties students on learning myob accounting on students in XII class of SMKN 1 Pontianak. The method used in this research is qualitative research approach method. Sources of data in this study are all students in XII Class Accounting 2 of SMKN 1 Pontianak who was not pass the score. There were 13 students. Data collection techniques are direct observation techniques, direct communication and documentary study techniques. While the data collection tool are the interview guide, the observation sheet (check list). Data processing techniques using domain analysis techniques. The results of the findings based on observation and interview data were analyzed and it was concluded that the cause of students' learning difficulties in learning MYOB accounting is from internal factors with the following aspects: (1) Learning Attention, (2) Readiness Learning. Based on appendix 7 overall the average internal factor score of 3.16 is categorized as less well, and which becomes dominant affecting students' learning difficulties lies in poorly categorized. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif tipe Make A-Match terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi virus di kelas X  SMAN 1 Anjongan. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas Xc (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas XB (kelas kontrol), dengan teknik pengambilan sampel intact group. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 14,42, sedangkan rata-rata  hasil belajar siswa kelas control adalah 10,76. Berdasarkan uji U Mann-Whitney diperoleh Zhitung (-4,20) < -Ztabel (-1,96), artinya terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model kooperatif tipe Make A-Match dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Abstract

AbstractThe introduction of science taught in early childhood is to classify by function, to demonstrate explorative activity and to investigate, to plan the activities to be performed, to recognize environmental causes, to show initiative in choosing themes, and to solve simple problems. The role of teachers in learning science introduction gives a great influence on the ability of children in achieving the goals and benefits of learning science. This is why researchers want to examine how the role of teachers in the application of science recognition in children aged 5-6 Year Group B2 in TK Bina Sari Pontianak City and how the results of the introduction of science in children aged 5-6 Year Group B2 in TKBina Sari Pontianak City. The method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative approach. The location of the research was conducted in TK Bina Sari Pontianak Kota.Sumber of data derived from interviews of two teachers in Class B2, observation and documentation in the field. The results of this study indicate that the role of teachers in the introduction of science in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Bina Sari Pontianak City, teachers make a plan of daily learning (RPPH). In making a learning implementation plan, teachers determine the activities to be implemented and prepare the media / learning resources needed. Teachers also do the arrangement of the environment by arranging the classroom and putting the learning media to be used, the introduction of science to children aged 5-6 years in the Pontianak City Bina Sari kindergarten, the teacher gives a foothold before doing science experiments and stepping during science experiment activities take place, teachers provide a foothold after doing science experiments on children and make notes and assessments of the progress of child development. Keywords: introduction of science, early childhood, the role of teachers

Abstract

Abstrak : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab perilaku menyimpang, pengendalian guru, kendala yang dihadapi guru, dan hasil pengendalian guru terhadap perilaku menyimpang siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan informan 18 orang yaitu 4 guru BK, 5 wali kelas, 3 Guru mata pelajaran, Waka Kesiswaan, OSIS, MPK, 3 siswa X MIPA yang dipilih berdasarkan jenis dan tingkat penyimpangan. Faktor penyebab perilaku menyimpang adalah krisis identitas, kontrol diri yang lemah, faktor keluarga, dan lingkungan pergaulan. Pengendalian guru melalui pembinaan, pencontohan, konseling individu, surat panggilan orang tua, dan konferensi kasus. Kendala guru adalah kurangnya kerjasama orang tua siswa, besarnya pengaruh dari lingkungan luar, dan siswa sering mengulang kesalahan. Hasil pengendalian yang dilakukan guru memberikan dampak terhadap perubahan perilaku siswa menjadi lebih baik.   Kata kunci: Faktor Penyebab, Pengendalian, Perilaku Menyimpang Abstrack : The purpose of this research is to know the causative factor of the deviant behavior, the teachers controls, the obstacles faced by teachers, and teachers controls results against deviant behavior of science grade 10 SMAN 4 Pontianak. Research methods used is descriptive. The technique of data collection used are observation, interview, and study documentation, while the data collection tool is the sheets of guide observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis in this study is presented in a descriptive qualitative with 18 participants that consist of 4 counseling teachers, 5 science class supervisors, teachers of 3 subjects, The Vice of Headmistress of Students, Chairman of Students Interschool Organization, Chairman of the class assembly, and 3 science students grade 10 who are selected based on the type and the stage of the deviation. causative factor of the deviant behavior are crisis identity, weakness of self control, include family, and social environment. The controlling by teachers are coaching, sampling, individual counseling, sending the parents letter to come over, and the case conference. obstacles teachers in controlling deviant behavior are the lack of cooperation of the parents, the magnitude of influence from the social environment, and students often repeat their deviant. The controlling that conducted by the teacher gives effect affects their behavior to the betterment. Keywords: Causative factors, Controls, Deviant Behavior
