Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil informasi tentang peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks narasi menggunakan metode pemodelan dan kooperatif tipe STAD pada siswa kelas VII F SMP Negeri 2 Sanggau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan bentuk penelitiannya adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru, siswa kelas VII F sebanyak 32 siswa, dan dokumen. Data dalam penelitian  ini adalah RPP, hasil observasi, dan hasil menulis teks narasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini ialah peningkatan proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis teks narasi. Hasil dari proses pembelajaran ialah guru lebih mudah mengarahkan siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran dan siswa sangat antusias mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari tes menulis teks narasi  ialah pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata 78 dan siklus II terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebesar 84. Jadi, keterampilan menulis teks narasi siswa kelas VII F meningkat.   Kata Kunci : Teks Narasi, Metode Pemodelan, Pembelajaran Kooperatif      Tipe STAD Abstract: This study aims to gain information about the increase of narrative text writing skills using modeling methods and STAD cooperative in class VII F SMP Negeri 2 Sanggau. The method used in this research is descriptive and form research is classroom action research (PTK). The data source of this research is the teacher, students of class VII F as many as 32 students, and documents. The data in this study is the RPP, their observations, and the results of writing narrative texts. The results obtained from this study is that an increase in the learning process and learning outcomes of narrative text writing skills. The results of the learning process is easier teachers lead students to follow learning and students enthusiastically participated in the learning process. The results of the test writing narrative text is the first cycle an increase in the average value of 78 and the second cycle an increase in the average value of 84. Thus, the narrative text writing skills of students of class VII F increases.   Keywords: Narrative Text, Modeling Method, Cooperative Learning STAD

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this current study is to observe an effort to instill a sense of responsibility for assignments to students to be an ethical and responsible person. The conducted study is a qualitative research on the class X students of SMKN 7 Pontianak. The research data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentary study techniques. The instruments of data collection used were interview guides, observation guides, notes, and document archives. The findings showed that the efforts to teach a sense of responsibility to the students could be integrated into the learning process through spontaneous activities, that is, through modeling. Through modeling, students’ attitudes and behaviors are mostly determined by the teachers and other educational staffs’ attitudes and behaviors. To overcome the obstacles, i.e., disobedience of the task completion, the school gives the students to do the additional assignment given as a consequence. The school and teachers also conduct supervision and approach personally to students directly to find out the core problems faced by students.Keywords: Character Implementation, Sense of Responsibility, School Assignments, SMKN 7 Pontianak.

Email : agusy911@gmail.com Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dan minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI SMK Panca Bakti Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Untuk hasil belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan sebesar 70,95 termasuk dalam kategori baik dan minat berwirausaha 55,17% responden memilih kategori baik dengan persamaan Y = 55,691 + 0,653 X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Kemudian populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas XI SMK Panca Bakti Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya berjumlah 138 dengan sampel 58 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik langsung, teknik tidak langsung dan teknik studi dokumenter. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis datanya peneliti menggunakan program statistik SPSS versi 18.0 dengan hasil analisis data menyatakan  bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara hasil belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 61,4% dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,784 (R) dengan R square 0,614 dan tingkat interpretasi hubungan kuat. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Minat Berwirausaha. Abstract: This research aimed to find out the student’s achievement toward “entrepreneur subject and student’s interest in entrepreneur of the second year students of  SMK Panca Bakti Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency”. The result of the study showed that learning achievement for the entrepreneur subject was 70,95. That is considered as a good achievement and for interest in entrepreneur was 55,17 % respondent chose the cathegory with the equition Y= 55,691 +0,653 X. The method used in this research was descriptive method with the relationship studies as the form of research. The population of this research were 138 students the second year students of  SMK Panca Bakti Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency with the number of 58 students as the sample. The techniques of  data collection used in this research were direct  technique, indirect  technique,and technique of documentary studies. The researcher  analyzed the data using SPSS version 18.0. The result  of the data analysis suggested that there was the influence of the result entrepreneur subject toward interest in entrepreneur was 61,4% with a coefficient of determination as 0,784 (R) with R sequare as 0,614 and a medium level of interpretation of the relationship. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab dan upaya bantuan kepada siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar bahasa Indonesia pada kelas VIII SMP LKIA Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dengan alat pengumpul data berupa angket. Data yang digunakan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan menggunakan rumus persentase. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP LKIA Pontianak yang berjumlah 42 orang, karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 maka semua populasi diambil dan penelitian ini dinamakan penelitian populasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa faktor-faktor internal yang menyebabkan siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar bahasa Indonesia tergolong kurang, faktor-faktor eksternal yang menyebabkan siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar bahasa Indonesia tergolong baik, dan upaya bantuan yang diberikan kepada siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar bahasa Indonesia tergolong cukup.   Kata kunci : Kesulitan Belajar Bahasa Indonesia. Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors that cause and efforts of assistance to students who have difficulty learning Indonesian language in class VIII SMP LKIA Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method, with the form of survey research. The data collection technique used is the technique of indirect communication with a data collector in the form of a questionnaire. The data used were analyzed with descriptive analysis and using a percentage formula. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMP Pontianak LKIA numbering 42 people, because the population is less than 100 then all the population is taken and this research is called the study population. From the results of research conducted can be concluded that the internal factors that cause students have difficulty learning Indonesian classified as less, external factors that lead to students having trouble learning Indonesian is quite good, and the relief effort is given to students who have learning difficulties Indonesian quite enough.   Keywords: Indonesian Learning Difficulties.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the participation Youth Organization Sote Page members in Community Development in anik Dingir Village, Menyuke District. The research method used is descriptive with a form of qualitative research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that, 1) The form of thinking in community development in Anik Dingir Village was already active as at the time of the Youth Organization work program Sote Page members discussed about providing education to people who are illiterate especially reading and writing and providing additional tutoring for children Elementary school. 2) The form of material in community development in Anik Dingir Village has been active such as giving donations of goods in the form of rice and boards. 3) The form of energy in community development in Anik Dingir Village is already active such as the activity of mutual cooperation in cleaning up water dams and repairing broken pipes. Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to obtain whether there was a significant relationship between learning motivation and mathematical creative thinking on VII grade students at SMPN 9 Pontianak. The research method used was descriptive and the form of this research was correlational research which used questionnaire instrument as main data and interview as supporting data. The sample of this research were the students of VII G at SMPN 9 Pontianak. The data of this research were collected by using Likert scale for the variable of learning motivation and mathematical creative thinking. The data analysis technique used was moment product correlation technique for significant level of α = 5%. Result of description and data analysis showed that: 1) Student's learning motivation in learning mathematics classified in medium, the mean value is 69,52; 2) Student’s Mathematical creative thinking classified in medium, the mean value is 65.32; 3) There was a significant relationship between learning motivation and mathematical creative thinking of VII grade students  at SMPN 9 Pontianak. It showed from rxy value 0.665 which was greater than rtabel value 0.312, and also tcount 5.489 was greater than ttabel 2.024. In conclusion, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted in this research. Keywords: Relationship, Learning Motivation, Mathematical Creative Thinking Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan berpikir kreatif matematis pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 9 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah bersifat deskriptif korelasional dengan menggunakan instrumen angket sebagai data utama dan wawancara sebagai data pendukung. Sampel penelitian ini adalah  siswa kelas VIIG SMP Negeri 9 Pontianak. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Skala Likert untuk variabel motivasi belajar dan berpikir kreatif matematis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi product moment pada taraf signifikansi α = 5%. Hasil deskripsi dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa :1) motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika tergolong sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 69,52, 2) berpikir kreatif matematis pada siswa tergolong sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 65,32, 3) Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan berpikir kreatif matematis pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 9 Pontianak dengan tingkat hubungan kuat dengan nilai rxy sebesar 0,665 lebih besar dari nilai rtabel sebesar 0,312, nilai thitung sebesar 5,489 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,024. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Kata Kunci : Hubungan, Motivasi Belajar, Berpikir Kreatif Matematis.

Abstract

Abstract The research of Sambas Malay proverb based on the existence of proverb among Sambas Malay people that almost extinct. Proverb was used to control attitude before the existence of law of criminal and civil case. The proverb it self functions as advice, satire, compliment, diplomatic language. This proverb research focuses to take inventory, classifying types and functions of Sambas Malay proverb, also providing lesson plan of proverb at school in Curriculum 2013. The result research of Sambas Malay proverb take invetory 300 proverbs. The proverb are classified based on the types, they are bidalan in total 94, pepatah in total 24, perbilangan in total 7, perumpamaan in total  147, lidah pendeta in total 0, kiasan in total 12, tamsil in total 9, and ibarat in total 7. While Sambas Malay proverb which classified based on the function, they are as advice in total 77, as satire in total 155, as compliment in total 20, and diplomatic language in total 5, also as literary work or conversation in total 43. The result of Sambas Malay proverb also provides lesson plan which is able to be applied in Curriculum 2013.   Keywords: Proverb, Inventory, Type, Function, Lesson Plan

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of the use of online encyclopedia on factmonster.com to develop students’ reading comprehension on descriptive text. This research was conducted as pre experimental design. The researcher took XI IPA class of SMAN 2 Sungai Ambawang in academic year 2012/2013 as the sample. The data were derived from multiple choice tests that were taken from a student’s book. The result showed that the mean score of pretest was 49.00 while the posttest was 65.31. The different score between pretest and posttest was 16.31. The students’ development in using online encyclopedia especially on factmonster.com during the research showed a good change. It was found from the result of t-test that t-value is higher than t-table (5.22 > 2.048). In conclusion, the use of online encyclopedia on factmonster.com is effective to develop the students’ reading comprehension achievement on the descriptive text. Keywords : Descriptive Text, Reading Comprehension, Online Encyclopedia Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki keefektifan penggunaan media enslikopedia online pada situs factmonster.com dalam mengembangkan kemampuan komprehensi membaca siswa pada teks deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah Pre-Experimental. Peneliti mengambil kelas XI IPA dari SMAN 2 Sungai Ambawang tahun ajaran 2012/2013 sebagai sampel. Soal pilihan ganda diambil dari buku pegangan siswa. Berdasarkan penelitian, hasil nilai rata-rata pre test siswa adalah 49, sementara nilai rata-rata post test menunjukan 65.31. Dengan demikian dapat dilihat bahwa jarak interval nilai pre test dan post test adalah 16.31. Pengembangan komprehensi membaca siswa dalam penggunaan media enslikopedia online pada situs factmonster.com selama penelitian menunjukan perubahan yg baik. Hal itu dapat dilihat darin hasil penghitungan t-test yg menunjukan bahwa hasil t-test lebih tinggi dari t-table (5.22 > 2.048). Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media enslikopedia online pada situs factmonster.com efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan komprehensi membaca siswa pada teks deskriptif. Kata Kunci : Teks Deskriptif, Komprehensi Membaca, Enslikopedia Online

Abstract

AbstractThis study is analysis of guidance and counselling about self potential in classroom students XI SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak. The problem of this research is how is  the service guidance and counselling about self potential in classroom students XI SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak.This study aims to analyze is  the service guidance and counselling about self potential in classroom students XI SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak. Metode used is descriptive method and the form of research is a survey research. The population in this study as many as 262 and as many samples 68  students class XI SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak. This research uses quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques in the form of questionnaires, direct communication in the form of interviews, and documentation study techniques in the form of documentation. While the technique of data analysis using the formula percentage.Based on the results of this study understanding of self potential potential in classroom students XI SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak. reached a score of  83,27% with the category of "Good". This indicates that the student has a good understanding of the potential of existing potential in him which incudes physicl potential, intellectual potential, emotionl potential and spiritual potential. Abstract

AbstractThis study discusses the Application of Smiling Librarians as a Social Skill in the Library of Politeknik Negeri Pontianak. The purpose of this study is to find out how the efforts of librarian politeknik Negeri Pontianak apply a smile to the visitors who visit the library to improve social skills. In this study, the authors retrieve data using qualitative and descriptive methods. Data collection is done by observation to field, interview and documentation to know clearly what happened in library. The results obtained in this study is the effort to apply smile librarian to users still not done optimally, looks stiff and unfriendly because rarely smile when serving users. Implementation of librarian smile should be done in all libraries to improve the quality and attractiveness of the librarian to the library. Librarian efforts in applying the librarian smile should be done optimally so that the perception of the librarian to a library to be better.Keyword : Smile, librarian, Library, Users, Skills
