Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this article was to describe correlation between learning independence and student learning outcomes in thematic learning of grade V SDN 39 Pontianak City. Method used is a descriptive method with a form of correlation study research. Population in this study is all students of grade V SDN 39 Pontianak City. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a sample number of 33 people of grade VB SDN 39 Pontianak City. Data collection techniques are indirect communication techniques and documentary study techniques. Communication techniques are not directly used to collect data on the independence of learning results with tools in the form of questionnaires while documentary study techniques are used to collect data on students' learning outcomes. Analysis of data conducted with statistical analysis showed that student learning independence averaged 78.9, student learning outcomes averaged 91.55, and correlation between student self-reliance and student learning outcomes of rhitung=0.118 with rtabel=0.344 sign age 5%. Based on the data, it is concluded that there is no correlation between learning independence and student learning results in thematic learning class V sdn 39 pontianak kota. Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential, the factors that influence the development, and the efforts made in the effort to develop the Sebedang Lake tourist attraction. This research is expected to be a reference for the government in determining the direction of development and management of the Sebedang Lake tourism object. The type of this research is descriptive research with quantitative methods which is carried out on the Sebedang Lake tourist attraction, Sebawi District, Sambas Regency. The collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analytical technique used is scoring with an interval scale and descriptive analysis. Tourism potential is assessed based on three classifications, namely supportive, moderate, and not supportive. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that the potential for natural tourist attractions is 77.08% (supporting), artificial tourist attractions 100 (moderate), accessibility 63.33 (not yet supported), accommodation 77.77 (supporting), infrastructure 310 (moderate), and sapta pesona 215 (support). Based on these results, it shows that the Sebedang lake tourism object has problems in developing a tourist attraction because it has not supported several geographical factors. To overcome these problems, the manager makes various efforts to develop Sebedang lake attractions, such as building lodging, and eco-friendly artificial tourist attractions, as well as conducting dialogue and lobbying to ask for funding assistance from related parties such as the tourism office, etc.

Abstract

Attribution theory is study of individual can assume behind the behavior of others. A result, attribution theory can be deeply ingrained the study of education, which focuses on the result of student behavior in the form of success or failure. However, looking the current conditions, especially the problems found at SDN Kelapadua, there are deviations attribution theory that make grade 5 students make mistakes in attributing the behavior of other students. Based on the survey data, the researcher chose student G as subject of study because it was suspected that he had received the most attribution errors in the class. The researcher used a qualitative technique and case study method to analyze the attribution error case that occurred student G in this study. The research takes place in SDN Kelapadua Serang City, subject of the study is student G, a grade 5 student. Interviews, observations, and document studies were employed to acquire data for this study. According to the findings of this study, student G has minority behaviors that are deemed to interfere with learning process in the classroom, student G communication skills and courage are deemed inadequate, and student G emotional management ability still deemed inadequate when interacting with other students. Other persons and their particular selves cause the type of attribution error that occurs in student G. The type of attribution error that occurs in student G is caused by other individuals and their particular selves. Other people's attribution faults include: Fundamental Attribution Error, Actor Observer Effect, Hedonic Relevance, and Egocentric Bias. Meanwhile, self-serving bias and self-blame attribution are examples of attribution errors made by student G. Furthermore, student G exhibits behavior with high uniqueness, consistency, and low consensus, implying that the attribution error in student G is driven by an internal-external component.

Abstract

AbstractThis observation aimed to describe the marketing strategy of the catering service business that was applied and to describe the effectiveness of the marketing strategy applied by Catering Infood21 Pontianak on the sale of food products and the income earned. The research method was descriptive qualitative. Aspects of the 4P marketing mix namely product (product), price (price), people (people) and promotion (promotion) were aspects that will be analyzed in this study. In this study the method used by using a descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers in the research process, researchers obtained the information needed in answering the formulation of research problems to achieve the achievement of research objectives that had been previously designed. Meanwhile, based on information management carried out by researchers using the research method contained in it showed that in general the marketing strategy applied by Infood21 Catering is good with a good level of effectiveness, this was indicated by a significant increase, reaching 50 to 60 percent every month compared to before marketing strategy implementedKeyword : Analysis, Marketing Strategy, Catering Service Business

Abstract

The problem in this study is how to improve the ability of passing under volleyball through the bouncing board media for students of class VII F SMPN 21 Pontianak. The purpose is to find out the improvement in the ability of basic techniques of volleyball lower passing through the bouncing board media. The research method is a qualitative descriptive method with the form of class action research (PTK). The research subjects were 35 students of class VII F SMPN 21 Pontianak. The data analysis technique uses the percentage of achievement of completeness. Conclusion The results of the research on the basic technique of passing down volleyball obtained a value for the pre-cycle of 17.14% complete value, 82.86% incomplete value. For cycle 1 the value is completed 42.86%, the value is not completed 57.15%. For cycle 2, the value is 100% complete, the value is 0.00% incomplete. The results of completeness in the pre-cycle were 17.14% (6 people), cycle 1 was 42.86% (15 people) and cycle 2 was 100% (35 people). Suggestions that can be used as a reference as a result of the conclusions of existing research are that students are expected to always be active and concentrated in participating in the learning process, especially the basic technical material of lower pasing so that the learning content delivered can be received properly.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to develop a two-tier diagnostic test using the google form application on pressure materials in junior high schools. Research on the development of a two-tier diagnostic test using the google form application on this pressure material uses research and development (RD) methods. This research was carried out in two stages of trial, namely product trials which were carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya and trial usage at SMP Negeri 1 and 9 Sungai Raya. The instrument used is a two-tier diagnostic test which is distributed using the google form application. This study presents 21 items on the diagnostic test divided into two categories moderate and easy. There are 11 questions while the easy questions have 10 questions. The content validity level of this study was 0.74. Then the reliability shows 0.804 in product trials and 0.711 in usage trials. With a readability level of 4.42, it is categorized as usable in junior high school. Based on the results of panel validation regarding the use of google forms with the Aiken 1 index and some student response data, the google form application is in the high category (77.33%). Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of goods delivery services at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) is a consumer activity in assessing goods delivery services. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative form. The data sources of this research are consumers from JNE Jeruju Jaya Agent Branch and the data are the results of observations and interviews with the head of the agent, the results of interviews with consumers who send goods and the results of interviews with consumers who receive goods. The results showed that the quality of the reliability dimension in this study was quite good. The quality of this responsiveness dimension can be said to be quite good, on the assurance dimension it can be said that the empathy dimension has been implemented very well, and on the tangible dimension it can be said that it has been implemented well

AbstractThis thesis is entitled “Implementation of Recitation Method Learning in thenetwork by Economics Subject Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. The methodused is descriptive method. The form of the research is qualitative description.Data collection techniques in this study were: direct communication with datacollection tools, interview guides, direct observation with data collection tools,observation sheets, documentary studies with data collection tools, school dataarchives. With the results of the study as follows: 1) Planning for learning therecitation method in the network by a teacher of economics subject at SMK Negeri1 Pontianak. learning the recitation method in the network is in accordance withthe learning syntax. 2) Implementation of online recitation method learning in thenetwork by a teacher of economics subject at SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. 3)Evaluation of online recitation method learning in the network by a teachers ofeconomics subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. Abstract

This study aims to determine planning in the application of virtual communication, the economic learning process in virtual communication, the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of virtual communication in economics class X SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. This research method uses a qualitative research type of case study research. The data sources for this research were an economics teacher and four. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the virtual communication media at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak is using the smanpul e-learningapplication with teacher learning planning making online lesson plans, learning modules, student worksheets which are uploaded in the smanpul e-learning application. In the learning process the teacher starts from the opening activity by praying, being absent and conveying the learning objectives. The teacher's core activities direct to opening the material, studying the material and analyzing the material. closing activities the teacher concludes the material, evaluates the material. Inhibiting factors are lack of mastery of information technology, lack of internet network and no notifications in the smanpul e-learning application. The supporting factors are support from school principals, teachers, students and the school's need for educator- certified teachers.
