Abstract

AbstractThe purposed of this research was to determine the effectiveness of remediation misconception by using Review, Overview, Presentation, Exercise, and Summary (ROPES) teaching model to reduce the number of the students who have misconceptions about liquid pressure at SMP Negeri 16 Pontianak. The research method used in this study is a pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. This research used purposive sampling which involved 33 students of VIII A class. The research instrument was a diagnostic test consisting of 9 multiple choice with open reasons. Based on data analysis, there was a decrease percentage the number of the students who have misconceptions with an average 62,19 %. The results of the Mc Nemar test with dk = 1 and α = 5 % showed > which means that the student’s concetual changed significantly after the remediation activity using ROPES model. The ROPES model is effective for reducing the number of students who have misconceptions about liquid pressure with an effect size value of 1,16 which is included in the high category. The ROPES model is expected to be used as alternative remediation activities to reduce the number of students who have misconceptions about liquid pressure.Keywords: Remediation, Misconceptions, ROPES, Liquid Pressure

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the efforts to comply with content standards, process standards, and standards for educators and education personnel in the equivalency education program at SPNF SKB Kubu Raya Regency.This methods research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The subjects of this study were the head of SPNF SKB Kubu Raya Regency, deputy head of learning affairs, deputy head of curriculum affairs, deputy head of community service, administration, and tutelary affairs. Data collection methods by interview, observation, and document study. Data analysis used interactive data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and verification. Checking the validity of the data using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Conclusion of research results showed the following: (1) program planning begins with identifying the learning needs, (2) steps to fulfill SNP, (3) curriculum evaluation is carried out and according to the national curriculum structure, (4) supporting factors and inhibiting factors. There needs to be a commitment from the local government to allocate operational budgets for SPNF, improve facilities and infrastructure, and follow up on the evaluation of the development of the equality program at SPNF SKB Kubu Raya Regency.Keywords: Equality Education, Nonformal Educatio, SNP

Abstract

The lack of ability of football players in mastering shooting techniques, makes theshooting carried out inaccurately towards the goal. Players focus more on kickingspeed so they can shoot quickly without paying attention to foot movements whenkicking the ball into the goal. It is necessary to do special exercises, for example byapplying a variety of exercises to increase the accuracy of players in shooting. Thepurpose of this study was to examine the effect of training variations on shooting atgoal in a soccer game. The research method used is quantitative with primary datatypes. The population in this study is the Mensungai United Football Club, SambasRegency. The collection of samples using total sampling technique and obtained asample of 18 players. Based on the research conducted, the results showed that theaverage value of the pretest was 10 while the average value of the posttest was14.3 with a difference in the average increase of 4.3 or 43%. T-test was used fordata analysis in this study. The calculation results from the T-test showed thatthere was a significant effect between the initial test and the final test. Thesignificance value obtained is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. As for the testscarried out, the results obtained that tcount (11,428)> ttable (2,109). From theseresults, it is known that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means thattraining variations affect shooting at goal in the football game at MensungaiUnited Club, Sambas Regency.Keywords: Variation, Practice, Shooting

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the relationship between: 1) self efficacy with learning outcomes, 2) independence with learning outcomes, 3) self efficacy, and independence joint learning outcomes, as well as 4) major responsibilities contributing to success, self efficacy and indenpendence towards the results of mathematics learning in fifth grade students of 44 Pontianak Elementary School. This study uses descriptive methods using quantytative. This type of research is correlational. This research was conducted in class V B, with a population of 65 students. Data collection is done using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis techniques were carried out by descriptive statistical analysis, while to determine the relationship between variable variables namely self efficacy and indenpendence with mathematics learning outcomes were used through simple calculations and multiple conversions. The results showed 1) self efficacy obtained 0,550, 2) indenpendence obtained 0,456, 3) self efficacy and indenpendence in learning together with learning outcomes with the results obtained 27% of mathematics learning in fifth grade students of 44 West Pontianak Elementary School. Abstract

AbstractResearch on the use of language in billboards and public notice boards in Ngabang District, Landak Regency focuses on billboards, posters, and banners. Things to consider consist of physical variables, language variables, legal variables. This aspect determines the criteria for the linguistic situation of outdoor media in the area based on the assessment instrument. This research uses descriptive and qualitative methods. The research data are written, physical and language positions on billboards and public notice boards. The research data sources, namely billboards and public notice boards in Ngabang District, consist of 3 objects, namely billboards, posters, and banners. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. The amount of data collected in this study was 44 data, 44 data were classified into 3 groups of research objects of billboards and public notice boards in the form of billboards, posters, and banners and analyzed based on physical variables, language variables, and legal variables were scored based on the assessment instrument. Based on the calculation of the data score on the assessment of the criteria for the linguistic situation of billboards and public notice boards in Ngabang District, the score was 223.5. These results determine that the billboards and public notice boards in Ngabang Sub-district are included in the criteria for controlled area III, namely areas where the use of foreign languages is quite controlled by prioritizing the use of Indonesian or regional languages.Keywords : Advertisement, Ngabang District, Public Appeal Board, Use of Languange

Abstract

AbstractThe problem discussed in this study is how big the Vo2max level of the Extracurricular Futsal Students at SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to determine the Vo2max Level of the Extracurricular Futsal Students at SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The research was conducted with the method used in this research is descriptive method, aiming to determine the level of physical condition of the extracurricular futsal students of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The population in this study were the extracurricular futsal students of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak, amounting to 30 students, with a total sample of 30 students. This research technique uses tests and measurements, namely tests with a grid of measuring instruments for students' VO2Max ability. Data analysis using percentage. The results of the study concluded that the Futsal and Vo2max Basic Skill Levels of Futsal Extracurricular Students at SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak were in the Enough category. Where the results of the study, Vo2max male futsal extracurricular participants in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak there are 1 student (3.33%) in the very good category, 8 students (26.67%) in the good category, 20 students (66.67%) in the moderate category, 1 student (3.33%) in the bad category, So it can be seen that the average Vo2Max level of futsal extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak is 43.91 and is in the sufficient category.Keywords: Student's VO2Max Results

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan aplikasi piano untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik dalam materi solfegio pada mata pelajaran seni budaya di kelas XII. Berdasarkan observasi dikelas yang telah dilakukan di dapat data bahwa kurangnya minat belajar siswa disebabkan karena materi yang diberikan oleh guru dikelas monoton dan kurang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, hal ini yang menjadi latar belakang peneliti untuk penggunaan aplikasi piano pada handphone agar peserta didik lebih memahami dan berminat untuk belajar lebih aktif tentang materi solfegio. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Jagoi Babang kelas XII. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yang mana dalam tindakan kelas meliputi pembelajaran, siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket pernyataan minat belajar yang diberikan kepada 23 Peserta didik. Data di analisis dengan menggunakan tabel presentase skala likert dengan kategori 85-100% (sangat tinggi), 70-85% (Tinggi), 55-70% (Sedang), 40-55% (Rendah), dan 25-40%(Sangat Rendah). Hasil penelitiaan menunjukan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada minat belajar dengan menggunakan media aplikasi piano dengan hasil presentase pada prasiklus, siklus 1 dan siklus 2 masing-masing sebesar 58,6 %, 73%, dan 89 %. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi piano dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan minat peserta didik terhadap materi solfegio.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to know the response of  junior high school students grade VIII at using of the Children Learning In Science (CLIS) model. The method used in this study is an eksperimental method in the form of survey. Sample of this study chossesed with  the purposive sampling method so that class VIII A was selected in SMP Negeri 6 Sambas. The data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire response. The response questionnaire in this study consisted of 5 aspects with 6 negative statements and 6 negative statements. The statement is used to know students 'responses to the use of CLIS models in improv students' critical thinking skills. Subjects in this study were 28 students. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the analysis of the questionnaire responses of students gave a positive response to the CLIS model used to improve critical thinking skills  a matter of work and energy showed a response of 72% with a high category. The response questionnaire can be used as a benchmark to find out the improvement of critical thinking skills by using the CLIS model a matter of work and energy Keywords:  CLIS , Respon,  Work and Energy

Abstract

AbstractThis paper presents an analysis about social capital of Penanaman Bangkaceremony at Empaong Hamlet, Tinting Boyok village, Sekadau Hulu District,Sekadau regency. This research aims to determine social capital that exists incommunity of Empaong Hamlet, Tinting Boyok village, Sekadau HuluDistrict, Sekadau regency during Penanaman Bangka ceremony. Thisresearch used qualitative descriptive method using field observation,interview with local community, and documentation. Source of the data thatare used by the researcher were primary data and secondary data. Dataprocessing techniques obtained through three stages, namely: data reduction,data presentation, and making conclusions on the research finding. Thefinding of the research showed: 1) social capital in the community a duringPenanaman Bangka Ceremony, the role of social capital in the PenanamanBanka Ceremony, factors that influence social capital during PenanamanBangka Ceremony. 2) Forms of social capital in community duringPenanaman Bangka ceremony in Empaong Hamlet, Tinting Boyok village,Sekadau Hulu District, Sekadau regency. 3) The values of facilities and stagesin Penanaman Bangka ceremony in Empaong Hamlet, Tinting Boyok village,Sekadau Hulu District, Sekadau regency.Keywords: Social capital, forms of social capital, Penanaman Bangkaceremony.
