Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the extent of the influence of three main factors, namely social media advertising, customer experience, and relationship marketing on the level of consumer satisfaction at JK Coffee & Roastery located in Bireuen Regency. The researcher used a quantitative approach by applying multiple linear regression analysis techniques, and to test the hypothesis, SPSS statistical software was used as an auxiliary tool. In the sampling process, the purposive sampling method is applied, which is the selection of respondents based on special considerations or criteria that have been predetermined. The research sample consisted of 100 consumers who had made at least one to two transactions at JK Coffee & Roastery. The data collected in this study is quantitative, namely in the form of numbers used to measure variables that have been determined in the population group and sample. The main data source came from respondents who were the direct objects of this research activity. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the social media advertising variable (X1) showed a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y), with a significance value of 0.000 which was below the threshold of 0.05, and a tcount value of 4.435 which exceeded the ttable of 1.985, so that the first hypothesis (H1) was acceptable. On the other hand, the customer experience variable (X2) has a significance level of 0.109 over 0.05 and a tcal value of 1.613 which is still below the table, so the second hypothesis (H2) is rejected because there is no real effect on customer satisfaction. Finally, the relationship marketing variable (X3) showed a significance of 0.000 and a calculation of 5.551, both showed values that met the criteria of statistical significance, so that the third hypothesis (H3) was accepted and proved that relationship marketing plays a large and significant role in influencing customer satisfaction.

The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests, with reliability measured using Cronbach’s Alpha method. Classical assumption tests include the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test (partial) and the coefficient of determination (R²). The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture Characteristics, Locus of Control, and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance partially and simultaneously in several Senior High Schools (SMA) in Lhokseumawe City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and an instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 155 respondents who were active teachers from several senior high schools in Lhokseumawe City. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with classical assumption testing, partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that partially, Organizational Culture Characteristics and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. While Locus of Control did not have a significant effect on Teacher Performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables had a significant effect on Teacher Performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.220 indicates that 22% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 78% is explained by other factors outside this research model. This research provides theoretical implications for strengthening organizational behavior models in educational settings, as well as managerial implications for developing organizational culture and improving teacher work discipline. Limitations of this research include its narrow scope, limited number of variables, and purely quantitative approach.

Abstract

Meaningful work, work-life balance, and an inclusive work environment are factors that Generation Z considers when choosing a job. As part of Generation Z, students have different perspectives when determining their career preferences. This study aims to investigate the influence of meaningful work, work-life balance, and an inclusive work environment on the career preferences of students at Malikussaleh University when choosing a job. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Primary data were collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire, with a total of 100 respondents from Malikussaleh University. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression and t-test (partial). The results of the study indicate that meaningful work has a positive and significant influence on students' preferences with a significance value of 0.002 (< 0.05). Work-life balance has a positive but insignificant effect with a significance value of 0.674 (> 0.05). An inclusive work environment has a positive and significant effect on students' preferences in choosing a job with a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence students' preferences, with a significance level of 0.000 and an Adjusted R² value of 0.267. This means that 26.7% of the variation in students' preferences in choosing a job can be explained by these three variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
