Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence celebrity endorsers and halal labels have on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetic products in Lhokseumawe City. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using the Accidental sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results simultaneously and partially show that celebrity endorsers and halal labels significantly influence purchase decisions for Wardah cosmetic products in Lhokseumawe City. Result of the research shown that simultaneously give significant effect to buyer decision Wardah cosmetic product in Lhokseumawe City and has result F-statistic > F-table (373,379 > 2,31) and has positive relation. While partially celebrity endorser gave positive and siginificant effect to buyer decision with result T-statistic > T-table (3,090 > 1.66). and halal label also gave positive and significant effect to buyer decision Wardah Cosmetic Product in Lhokseumawe City with T-statistic > T-table (13,194 > 1,66). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh celebrity endorser dan label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik wardah di Kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan tekhnik Accidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik wardah Di Kota Lhokseumawe dan memiliki nilai F-statistik > F-tabel (373,379 > 2,31) dan memiliki hubungan positif. Sedangkan secara parsial celebrity endorser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai T-statistik > T-tabel (3,090 > 1,66). Dan label halal juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik wardah Di Kota Lhokseumawe dengan nilai T-statistik > T-tabel (13,194 > 1,66). .

Abstract

The friendship and brotherhood of Arabs and Indonesians in terms of politics, social, religion, art, economy and culture is part of the undoubted cooperation both in bilateral agreements and in political recognition of these Arab countries. Arabic to Indonesian people through language communication, causing code mixing in the language. So, the influence of Arabic is very strong in Indonesian. Code mixing is a form of Social Exchange, which is a communication model that has an attitude of interconnectedness between individuals. In communication there is an element of reward in the form of profit (profit) and sacrifice (cost). From this model what traders do in offering or promoting goods sold by traders in the city of Medina to Umrah pilgrims. Mixed communication codes that are used to give meaning and can be understood in the process of buying and selling. Mix the codes used in the form of inserting words, phrases, repetition of words, idioms and clauses such as assalamualaikum, look around, look for clothes, which one, ana loss, anta turid, marhaba-marhaba, la yumkin, and how much is the equivalent. This qualitative research uses the method of proficient free-talk, note-taking and recording techniques, namely recording on data cards using writing instruments, then recording techniques.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to MSMEs who already have businesses but have not been able to develop their businesses optimally. To overcome this problem in this community service program through digital marketing training. The targets of this community service activity are MSMEs in Lhokseumawe City. This service method is socialization, training, and application of digital marketing which includes: (1) training on the importance of product branding, and how to create product branding. (2) Explanation of how to create branding for products (3) practice of procedures for implementing digital marketing in business development. This community service partnership activity is carried out face to face and because of implementing this activity it is hoped that MSMEs in the city of Lhokseumawe can understand the importance of product branding for business development and the application and benefits of digital marketing for businesses that are being or will be run in any field, be it culinary, fashion or services.

Abstract

performance and competitive advantage in improving marketing performance with the subject of research UMKM Coffeeshop in Bireuen Regency. The stages of the study include: data observation, determining the main problems, activity objectives, literature studies, data collection, data processing, analysis of results, and evaluation of research results. The results of the study show that product innovation has a significant positive effect on marketing performance and innovation performance. Abstract

This study to determine the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on the organizational commitment of employees at Serambi Indonesia PT Aceh Media Graphic. This study involved 68 permanent employees at Serambi Indonesia. The data collection in this study was carried out using primary data with interviews and questionnaires. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the work productivity of health workers at the Muara Batu Health Center UPTD. The aim of this research is to determine the level of work “productivity of Civil Servants (PNS) who work at the UPTD Puskesmas Muara Batu. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 111 employees. The technique consists of data instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing using the SPSS software program. The results of the research show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at the Muara Batu Health Center UPTD, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at the Muara Batu Health Center UPTD, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at the Muara Batu Health Center UPTD. These findings provide useful information for the government to determine strategies related to human resources to increase employee work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational justice on counterproductive work behavior among employees of PDAM Ie Beusaree Rata, Lhokseumawe City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Where the data used in this research is primary data. The population in this study were employees who worked at PDAM Ie Beusaree Rata, Lhokseumawe City. This research used a saturated sampling method by distributing questionnaires to the entire population of 35 people. The variable measurement scale used in this research is the Likert scale. Data analysis in the research used IBM SPSS version 26 with a data analysis method using multiple linear regression consisting of data instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational justice have a negative and significant effect on counterproductive work behavior among employees of PDAM Ie Beusaree Rata, Lhokseumawe City. This means that if the leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational justice in the company decrease, it can trigger counterproductive work behavior in employees. So company management needs to improve leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational justice to minimize employee counterproductive work behavior by improving the indicators used in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to examine work safety, work health and the physical work environment on work productivity at the Palm Oil Factory (PKS) Processing Section at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Cot Girek North Aceh. The data in this research uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis and is processed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) tool. The technique taken in this research is using a saturated sampling technique as a determinant of the sample. The population taken in this research was 65 respondents from palm oil mill employees in the processing section at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Cot Girek North Aceh. The results of this research are that work safety partially has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of palm oil factory employees in the processing section at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Cot Girek Aceh Utara, occupational health partially and significantly influences the work productivity of palm oil factory employees in the processing section at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Cot Girek Aceh Utara, the physical work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of palm oil mill employees in the processing section at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura. The independent variables in this study are Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, while the dependent variable is Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This type of research uses a quantitative method, data collection using a questionnaire containing questions and statements by distributing it to the employees concerned at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura. The scoring technique uses a Likert scale. This research was conducted at PT Syaukath Sejahtera with 116 respondents, where the sampling in this study used saturated samples, where all populations were sampled so that the number of samples in this study was 116 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) program. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership and organizational commitment do not affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura, while the job satisfaction variable has a negative and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura. The better the transformational leadership and organizational commitment in a company, the more it will increase the Organizational Citizenship Behavior or extra-role behavior of employees, thereby increasing employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Work Stress, Workload, and Work Environment on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Ima Montaz Sejahtera Lhokseumawe. At PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera, a company that produces bottled drinking water, the turnover intention rate showed an increase from 2020 to 2022. Based on the data obtained, the turnover rate in 2020 was 1.9%, in 2021 it increased to 7.8%, and in 2022 it reached 12%. Many employees feel burdened by the workload and lack of support from management, which causes them to want to leave the company. The sampling method in this study uses simple random. The sample size is calculated using the Slovin formula. In this study, the sample size was set at 55 respondents of PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera Lhokseumawe employees. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling, which is a simple random sampling technique where each respondent or member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. It was concluded that every year there is an increase in the number of employees who leave the company which has increased every year. Based on the results of research that has been conducted regarding the effect of workload, work stress and work environment on turnover intention on employees of PT. Ima Mountaz Sejahtera Lhokseumawe, the following conclusions can be drawn. Workload has a significant positive effect on increasing turnover intention of employees of PT Ima Mountaz. Work stress has a significant positive effect on increasing turnover intention of employees of PT Ima Mountaz. The work environment has a significant positive effect on increasing turnover intention of employees of PT Ima Mountaz.
