Abstract

Digital Marketing is a strategy for marketing or promoting products through all types of digital media. Mastery of this technology can increase turnover and product sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) more broadly. However, only a few MSMEs in Kampung Siwalik can use it. The purpose of holding this training is to train MSMEs in Siwalik village to be able to market their products online using digital markets. The method used is observation, interview, presentation and simulation. In the final stage of the training, all MSMEs can create a digital marketing account on the Shopee marketplace and understand how to sell online.

Abstract

Cassava or what is known as telo is one of the main commodities produced by community plantations in Padukuhan Jetis, Jetis Saptosari. This food which has a very high carbohydrate content can be used as a substitute for rice. The purpose of this training activity is to provide on cassava processing innovation as an effort to increase the economic value of cassava. This cassava processing innovation training activity was held on 23 August 2022 at 13:00-16:00 WIB at the Padukuhan Jetis hall with the initial activity being filled with material socialization events about processed cassava innovation and continued with the practice of making steamed telo brownies with the participants. This activity is expected to be an innovation for the community to make more use of cassava into processed products that have high economic value.

Abstract

Kepercayaan diri sangat penting dalam bersosialisasi. Kenyataannya yang terjadi sekarang, beberapa individu selalu merasa kurang percaya diri atas dirinya, merasa takut dan tidak mau besosialisasi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan konseling individual. Studi ini di dasarkan pada kasus konseling klien dewasa awal perempuan yang sedang mengalami kehilangan kepercayaan dirinya pasca kuliah. Therapy (REBT) digunakan untuk membangun kembali konsep kepercayaan diri klien. Therapy REBT memungkinkan klien mengubah cara berfikir negatif menjadi positif dan merasionalisasi pemikiranya untuk menghindari perasaan tertekan dikarenakan hilangnya rasa percaya terhadap diri sendiri. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang klien berusia 24 tahun. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini di lakukan dalam 1 kali pertemuan konseling. Peneliti sebagai konselor yang memberikan layanan konseling individual dan tempat penelitianya berlokasi di kantor Rumah Konseling Aku Temanmu Kota Serang. Adapun hasil penelitian ini terbukti adanya gangguan stres yang mengganggu fikiran, perasaan, dan tingkah laku pada klien.

Abstract

Community-Based Total Sanitation (STBM) is very important and must be practiced, realized or actualized in the daily life of all community members. This is due to behavioral factors that contribute 30-35% to health status, so various ways are needed to make unhealthy behavior healthy, one of which is through the Community-Based Total Sanitation (STBM) program. The low level of clean and healthy living behavior in the school environment is partly due to the low level of public awareness in implementing clean and healthy living behaviors, such as open defecation so that our country's ODF (open defecation free/stop open defecation) rate is the 2nd lowest after India. , also community members never wash their hands with soap when they are going to eat, prepare unhealthy food and drink, throw trash in the wrong place, let alone take the initiative to build a garbage bank, and allow water to stagnate inside and in the yard. Socialization of clean and healthy living behavior is only implemented in the form of an appeal for behavior change so that people's lives are healthier and the Healthy District/City Program will be implemented. Moreover, Serang Regency, Pandeglang Regency and Lebak Regency are still lagging behind in Banten in the Healthy District/City Program. The three regencies have never received a basic-level Healthy District/City Award (Papada Award) because the ODF level is very low (below 7%). Thus, information is urgently needed regarding the importance of clean and healthy living behavior and realizing STBM at the village level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terfokuskan pada pemberdayaan ekonomi yang ada di Kampung Tigamaya dalam memaksimalkan produk pemasaran emping melinjo. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman berbagai bisnis usaha saat ini sangat beragam dan memiliki perubahan yang signifikan khususnya dalam bisnis yang berasal dari para ibu rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi branding dalam pemasaran produk emping melinjo di Kampung Tigamaya, Desa Telagaluhur, Kecamatan Waringinkurung, Kabupaten Serang. Motode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan analisa objek, fenomena atau temuan yang dicantumkan dalam tulisan bersifat naratif. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh bahwa hasil pengolahan emping dijual kepada distributor. Penjual emping di Kampung Tigamaya sebenarnya dapat bersaing dengan produk kompetitor lainnya, namun karena produk pemasaran emping belum memiliki ciri khas yang menonjol seperti nama brand yang menjadi nilai tambahan tersendiri, para pengrajin emping melinjo hanya dapat memasarkan melalui distributor. Maka diharapkan dengan menggunakan Strategi Crowdsourcing dalam pemasaran produk dapat meningkatkan kompetensi branding dan kemajuan dalam pengolahan emping rumahan di Kampung Tigamaya.

Abstract

This Lecturer Service Activity aims to facilitate training in the development of GO PAI web-based learning media for Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Central Java. This service is a form of collaboration to increase teacher competence between PAI UIN Walisongo Semarang and MGMP PAI SMA SMA Jawa Tengah. It is felt that the involvement of the Central Java SMA PAI MGMP in this training activity is felt to be more representative and on target. To achieve these goals this community service activity is carried out using the Community Based Research method. While the data collection techniques used were focus group discussions, in-depth individual interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. In this activity the researchers attempted to uncover the problems and challenges of PAI teachers, especially high schools in Central Java in developing learning media in the digital era. Thus, the content of learning media development will be more in line with the needs in the field. In addition, the success rate of this training will also be evaluated. The research team measured the level of ability and understanding of participants or teachers in understanding and developing GO PAI Web-based learning media, as well as the ability to apply them to teaching and learning activities. The results of this service are in the form of GO PAI web-based learning media that can be utilized by PAI teachers in Central Java. This dedication is expected to be a form of concrete evidence of the contribution of the academic community of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) UIN Walisongo in the world of education.

Abstract

A good understanding of the substance and implementation of Islamic law in society can create a good religious and state life. The implementation of Islamic law that is very significant is the implementation of women's rights and children's rights both in terms of fiqh law and legislation as well as compilations where these rights need to be fulfilled. In order to fulfill the rights of women and children, it is necessary to raise awareness and understanding of the rights of women and children themselves in society in a comprehensive manner. This service activity focuses on raising awareness of women's and children's rights within the scope of Islamic family law in Kandang Haur, Kadikaran Village, Ciruas District, Serang Regency. The method used in this activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR) or the process of community empowerment through participation and social mobilization using a form of community-based research which is research to address problems experienced by the community. The purpose of this activity is to convey good information and awareness education to the public regarding the rights of women and children within the scope of Islamic family law so as to create harmonious family resilience as expected by Islamic teachings themselves. Abstract

Taxes are a source of funds for the government in order to carry out development that comes from the community. Through taxes, the government can regulate economic activities. As a phenomenon that exists in society, tax can be approached from various aspects, for example from sociology, politics, economics, law, and so on. This approach from different aspects gives a certain style to taxes. Meanwhile, from a microeconomic perspective, taxes can be seen as something that is burdensome, something that can reduce people's ability or purchasing power. So if you look at it from just this side, tax can be seen as something that is unprofitable, and something that is unprofitable usually encourages efforts to avoid it.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to produce interactive media assisted by the Canva application for valid, practical and effective grade V elementary school fractional material. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data is obtained in 3 ways, namely: observation, interview, and questionnaire. This media was validated by material experts, media experts and conducted feasibility tests on grade V elementary school students totaling 30 students. The results of material expert validation obtained a presentation score of 93% with a very decent category and the results of media expert validation obtained a presentation score of 93% with a very decent category. Based on the results of student responses, a percentage score of 89% can be obtained with a very decent category. So it can be concluded that in this study Canva-based interactive learning media is very feasible to be used as a learning resource by grade V elementary school students.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the psychology of widows who have been left behind by their partners. The research object criteria were widowed women aged 27-40 years. Women who have been widowed for less than 5 years. The results of this research are that they still have not made peace with their past. They are still drowning in sadness. However, they also don't want to always be in this position. They want to experience change so they can make peace with their past and live a life without feeling pressure on their psychology. They have done well enough to make the change.
