Abstract

Kelor is a plant that can grow quickly, live long, flower all year round, withstand extreme heat conditionsThis plant comes from the tropics and subtropics of South Asia. This plant is commonly used as food and medicine in Indonesia Community Service Activities carried out from January 7, 2022 to January 9, 2022 at 08.00 to 11.00 WIB at Siti Fatimah's mother's house, Ketapang Village, Kademangan District, Probolinggo City concerning Making Noodles with Moringa Oleifera Mixture of Leaf Powder (Moringa Oleifera) participants in this activity are housewives who want to be entrepreneurial. The results obtained from this activity are to increase the creativity of Moringa leaf processing so that it can be used as a mixture of noodles that can be consumed alone and can also be processed into other meanings whose basic ingredients are noodles, so that it can increase family income and have high nutritional value. The result obtained from this service activity is that the participants' skills in this activity increase their knowledge and skills. The knowledge and skills of trainees increased by more than 75% of the total participants. The more difficult the manufacturing process, the lower the percentage of trainee skills. Abstract

The lack of optimal implementation of the literacy movement in reading corners and libraries has resulted in a lack of interest by teachers and students in reading. The formulation of the problem from this research is how to implement digital libraries to increase 21st-century student literacy in community service (KKN) at SDN Kalisalam 1 Probolinggo. In the digital library implementation project involving students and related to the development of digital libraries involving the school. This research is qualitative. This research data analysis uses descriptive analysis. In this research, data sources were obtained, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The techniques used in collecting data are literature study, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research show that this digital library is very suitable to be the best alternative in facing the demands and challenges of literacy in the 21st Century Skills era. Implementation through digital literacy activities at SDN Kalisalam 1 Probolinggo, not only increases student and teacher literacy but also develops student character. Literacy activities such as reading books encourage students to obtain information that can shape the behavior and actions they internalize. This plays an important role in shaping student character. Abstract

The problems in this activity are the lack of knowledge or information received by the community about domestic violence law; lack of legal understanding of the contents of Law Number 23 Year 2004 related to domestic violence; and the existence of domestic violence that is not found. Problem solving is done through legal communication. Legal communication is the process of delivering messages in accordance with the law that contains the contents of a legal rule, with the aim of creating mutual understanding or understanding of the law, resulting in changes in the thoughts, attitudes and behavior of the recipient, without any change. coercion from outside. This service activity is a seminar forum model with light dialog because it adjusts to the scope and quality of human resources at the service location. Delivery of material by dialog and giving examples in everyday life. The results of the activity show an increase in the understanding and knowledge of residents regarding the rules / laws governing the elimination of domestic violence, which initially had a knowledge value of 55.25, after implementing the project had a knowledge value of 74.75. Activities like this need to be carried out in the future, by continuing to provide understanding and knowledge related to community life rules. Abstract

Good nutritional status that can be used to support the physical activity of school-age children. The condition of partners obtained from the preliminary survey shows that school-age children do not have good knowledge of nutritional needs to support activities, including how to choose food ingredients and how to store food. Seeing health problems in community groups, prevention efforts must be prioritized through health education. With community groups understanding the importance of making efforts to improve nutritional needs to support activities, it is hoped that they can make a positive contribution to community groups to stay healthy, active, productive, useful and beneficial for themselves and the environment. This dedication partner is SDN Lidah Kulon I Surabaya. This community service is carried out by providing health education and mentoring to students. The results obtained are that the level of student knowledge increases after health education and assistance is carried out.

Abstract

Aset laut tepatnya di Desa Pesisir sangat melimpah, masyarakat di desa tersebut sangat memanfaatkan hasil laut tersebut, oleh karena itu masyarakat di Desa Pesisir hampir seluruh warganya berpenghasilan dari hasil laut tersebut. Tapi sayangnya, masyarakat di Desa Pesisir tidak mengetahui bagaimana mengelolah hasil laut agar menjadi sesuatu yang lebih daripada mereka hanya menjual hasil laut secara langsung tanpa di kelola menjadi makanan yang sehat dan bernilai tinggi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Mahasiswa Universitas Panca Marga Probolinggo yang sedang melakukan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang bertempat di Desa Pesisir merencanakan untuk melakukan kegiatan program unggulan yaitu “Pengelolaan Ikan Barakuda (Fiourse Food) Sebagai makanan Sehat Dan Pengembangan UMKM” Kegiatan tersebut bertujuan untuk mempermudah warga untuk mengelola hasil laut dengan nilai yang tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dimulai dengan riset kepada warga sekitar bahwa ikan yang paling banyak ditemui adalah ikan barakuda yang dimana ikan tersebut sangat mudah didapatkan oleh beberapa nelayan atau warga pesisir itu sendiri. Dengan ide ini kami ingin mengembangkan UMKM masyarakat Desa Pesisir untuk lebih bisa membuat suatu produk yang bernilai tinggi untuk dijadikan sebagai penghasilan warga di Desa Pesisir tersebut. Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata Universitas Panca Marga Probolinggo yang tepatnya di Desa Pesisir ingin melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan pengelolaan hasil laut yang bernilai tinggi bagi masyarakat di Desa Pesisir. Langkah pertama yang kami lakukan adalah mencari informasi tentang ikan barakuda dan mencari tau bagaimana masyarakat mencari ikan barakuda tersebut. Setelah itu kami melakukan survey untuk memastikan pencarian ikan barakuda tersebut bersama warga, lalu kemudian kami mencari ide untuk bagaimana ikan tersebut dikelola agar menjadi sesuatu yang bernilai tinggi. Setelah kami menemukan ide bagaimana ikan tersebut dikelola, kami mencoba untuk konsultasi dengan juru masak yang cukup ahli di Kota Probolinggo dan belajar bagaimana ikan tersebut dikelola menjadi makanan sehat dan bernilai tinggi. Abstract

Political education is a process and learning about the rights, duties and responsibilities of every citizen in the life of the nation and state. The implementation of the civil service program raises the problem of a lack of understanding of political education ahead of the election from the point of view of Law no. 7 of 2017 for residents of the Traditional Village of Dringu District. To overcome these problems, political education advice is given with the aim of increasing knowledge, understanding, understanding and awareness as well as interest in voicing the right to vote in elections. The method used is to speak directly to the community. Political education in elections in the democratic state of Indonesia is considered to be still not high. Due to mixed feelings, many people voted for white citizens (abstained) in the elections. One effort to overcome this problem is to organize political education for the indigenous people themselves. Indigenous peoples are expected to become a generation of political education and political conditions, punishment for disturbance and understanding of political education in one of its parts. Promoting political education also strives for local cultural communities not only to become political objects but also to act as political subjects. Keywords: Educatian, politics, and elections.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The community activity center placed mosque is greatly influenced by the skills mosque administrators in making the mosque prosperous. Mosque financial management has a strategic position prosperity mosque. There many mosques whose financial management is unprofessionally. This service activity was out at the Al-Muttaqien Mosque, Kepuharjo, Lumajang. The aim this service is to obtain an objective picture of mosque financial management and technical guidance on professional mosque financial management practices effort to prosperity of the mosque. The service method is technical assistance and guidance with stages of observation, problem identification, communication, partner involvement, practice, solution formulation and evaluation. The results the service have made a positive contribution. Takmir provides full support all stages of service, actively dialogue and being involved in technical guidance. All material understood easily and then copied and adapted for use administration of mosque financial management. In material on empowering prosperity of mosques, emerged to make mosques into Islamic centers. This service has helped mosque takmir who originally carried out financial administration simple and traditional manner, change to financial reporting model in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards. Abstract

Jalan Yos Sudarso, Pabean Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency, East Java Province, is a village where the majority of the population are MSMEs and run the Toko Bunda business. The main problem faced by Toko Bunda business owners in Pabean Village is the limited knowledge and insight they have in business management regarding the preparation of financial reports. Therefore, the aim of this service is to help improve the ability of MSMEs to carry out bookkeeping that is simple and easy to understand. The method used in carrying out community service in South Alai Village is an approach method of socializing how to make simple financial report bookkeeping to grocery stores around the village. The results of the activities carried out are that business actors state that implementing bookkeeping in businesses has a positive effect and is very important for businesses to use in order to know how to calculate business profits or losses and measure business capabilities. Abstract

Cafe Saelo is part of the BUMDESA Bahagia business unit located in Sidomulyo Village, Silo District In transaction service activities at Café Saelo which is part of the business unit of BUMDESA Bahagia still uses manual recording where sometimes there are still errors by the financial department. The problem that arises is often also that Café Saelo does not calculate how much sales results in real time and café needs that match consumer demand well. So in this case the service team has the initiation to use the Smart Qasir application by mapping menus and recording financial transactions. This program aims to introduce and train Café employees with the Smart Qasir application in recording sales, mapping technology-based café set menus so as to get real time information every time there is a sale. The method carried out is mapping the set menu sold at the café, financial transactions, especially making sales reports by discussing with the cashier and treasurer of the café. The result is to create technology-based sales reports with the Smart Qasir application for Cafe Saelo employees. This output is also expected to be part of the needs of partners to be able to make café financial statements that are integrated with BUMDESa Bahagia Sidmulyo so that reports are transparent. Abstract

Indonesia is the world's third-largest coffee producer in 2022/2023. Moreover, the domestic coffee consumption trend has been steadily increasing over the last five years. It is no wonder that the coffee shop industry in Indonesia has been experiencing rapid development in recent years. As a result, the competition among coffee shops has become increasingly fierce, necessitating coffee shops to have marketing communication strategies to build brand awareness and capture consumers. Hence, support activities have been carried out to assist in the marketing communication of Jevera Coffee and Eatery in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The support was provided for 30 days with two main activities, namely, social media management and brand activation. The evaluation results have shown that brand activation through special events can help increase the number of sales transactions in this coffee shop. Additionally, social media monitoring indicates that the shared content has generated an online interaction rate of 1.8%.
