Abstract

Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2021, there are 32 Vocational High Schools (SMK) with 6 public and 26 private schools spread across Blitar district. In 2023, the number of SMK students in Blitar district recorded in the Basic Education Data was 16,187 students. Meanwhile, the number of counseling teachers at SMKs in Blitar district is 32, resulting in a counseling teacher: student ratio of 1:506. This reality has an impact on the overload of tasks that affect the productivity of counseling services and the achievement of less than optimal performance of Counseling Guidance teachers. The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to develop an NLP-based counseling assessment system that can be used by SMK Counseling Guidance teachers in Blitar district in carrying out their duties effectively and efficiently in the counseling process and provide training on the use of SILAKON-NLP to SMK Counseling Guidance teachers in Blitar district. After the PkM activities were carried out, a score of 90.60% was obtained for the NLP-based Counseling Assessment Application with the interpretation of Very Feasible, while for training it obtained a score of 87.14% or there were around 24 participants who expressed satisfaction with the training that was held. Based on the achievements obtained, it can be concluded that in the PKM activities carried out, most respondents understand the material presented in this training and most respondents stated that SILAKON-NLP is easy to understand and use and can help their daily tasks / work in terms of counseling services at school. Abstract

Writing scientific papers is still an obligation for university student to graduate from their education, including heath students. In the health department, the written work prepared is problem solving. One of the courses that must be taken to support this final assignment is Methodology of Health Science, but it is still felt not enough to make a students understand to produce a systematic final work. Therefore, need a training about “The Effective Ways to Prepare Systematic Writing for Health Collages. The activity method is carried out by means of online training, with the aim of covering more participants and can be accessed from anywhere. The result of this activity is that participants are given exposure regarding how to check written work so that it systematically complies with the rules for writing scientific papers. Written work for a final project majoring in health must start from a problem which is the studied using certain theories and methods, so that it can produce a relevant solution to the problem. This activity took place with active participants because it was to be given especially to final yeat health student. Abstract

"Mpu Keris " UMKM in the field of convection and craft production typical of Mojokerto. Until now, these UMKM have several obstacles in competing with similar products from outside Mojokerto, namely; has not yet brought up a characteristic with a strong character to raise typical Mojokerto souvenirs so that it has not gained full trust from the market, especially the people of Mojokerto themselves who have not been interested in buying local products. For this reason, the purpose of this proposed program is to build and strengthen Local products to be more accepted by the community, and it is necessary to develop a pithy promotional strategy so that people accept and are proud in buying local products. The activity program uses a community-based method" which is carried out after obtaining informationthrough in-depth observation and interviews with Partner members, from this information, a strategic plan is prepared in implementing the program. The results of further analysis and discussion about digital branding will be discussed below related to Corporate Identity / Corporate Image, event and experience, content strategy, social media marketing, and point of sale are expected to help Mpu Keris UMKM to achieve success. With a strong identity, unique shopping experience, creative content strategy, effective social media marketing, and diverse sales channels, they have built a brand that inspires and honors the cultural heritage of Majapahit and Mojokerto. In addition, it is important to continuously analyze and measure performance in every aspect of digital branding

Abstract

Pie susu is a contemporary snack consisting of pie and filling. Pie susu production is still not massively carried out at Ngambon Vocational School. Production is only carried out when orders are received and there has been no effort to expand information to a wider range of potential consumers. The pie susu produced at Ngambon Vocational School still uses conventional ingredients and needs a touch of innovation. The method used is to add banana flour, local goat's milk, kemit durian (local to Bojonegoro), and Ngringinrejo starfruit as raw materials for making pie susu. Efforts made are 1. Socialization of Rebranding pie susu innovation 2. Strengthening production by carrying out processing according to GMP and SSOP, to meet food processing standards that comply with hygiene and sanitation 3. Determining raw material recipes and SSOP for pie susu production 4. Applying for permits PIRT distribution and halal certification. The product succeeded in using local raw materials, received PIRT distribution permits and halal certification, the process of registering a trademark, and the pie susu product was ready to be commercialized. The resulting pie susu has the potential to become Bojonegoro's superior product because the ingredients used are local ingredients from Bojonegoro Regency and produce an attractive contemporary pie susu. Abstract

Understanding of low financial literacy results in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) being unable to utilize existing financial products and services. This community service activity aims to increase MSME financial literacy so that they can optimize their financial management. Participants in this PkM activity are MSME actors who are members of a joint business group (KUBE) in Sumurjomblangbogo Village, Bojong District, Pekalongan Regency. The PkM method is carried out in four stages consisting of identification, training in preparing financial reports, socialization on how to apply for a loan, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that before the socialization about financial literacy was held, only 40% of the participants understood about financial products and services, while only 65% of the total participants understood the importance of financial management. After socialization, 90% of participants understood the importance of financial management, while 84% of participants understood loan products from banks. Keywords: Financial Literacy.

Abstract

Tahfidz Qur'an Hidayatullah Gambesi Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic boarding school that supports skill development in the field of entrepreneurship, such as tilapia cultivation. However, the obstacles faced are low production yields, very high feed costs, and the lack of knowledge and skills of students in fish farming. The aim of this activity is to improve skills in cultivating tilapia using the biofloc system and marketing the cultivation products to students. This activity will be carried out from July to October 2023 at the Tahfidz Qur'an Hidayatullah Gambesi Islamic Boarding School, Ternate City, North Maluku. The activity stages include: providing a complete set of cultivation tools; training and assistance in biofloc system tilapia cultivation; feed management; water quality; and marketing production results. Data collection techniques through questionnaires were given to students before and after training and providing material. The training participants consisted of 17 junior high school (SMP) students in grades 2 and 3. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of students at the Tahfidz Qur'an Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School regarding tilapia cultivation using the biofloc system by 71%. The results of this activity also show that students are interested in developing a biofloc system for tilapia cultivation. It is hoped that this activity can increase students' entrepreneurial interest, increase tilapia fish production, and become an example for other Islamic boarding schools in North Maluku. Abstract

Sa'adatuddaren Islamic Boarding School is one of the oldest Islamic boarding schools in Jambi City, located on the banks of the Batanghari River. One of the facilities provided by Islamic boarding schools is dormitories. Based on the survey conducted, problems were found, especially in female student dormitories. The dormitories are not kept clean, rubbish is strewn about, and female students use the Batanghari river water directly for bathing, defecating and washing. This condition causes health problems such as scabies, diarrhea, and others. Scabies is a major health problem at the Sa'adatuddaren Islamic Boarding School, Jambi Province. This is disturbing for students and dormitory supervisors, because it is difficult to apply PHBS to teenage students, at this age someone tends to be unstable and cannot control clean and healthy living habits, several supporting factors such as the condition of the Islamic boarding school, the students' busy routine and being far from their parents. Adolescence is the right age to form good habits, therefore MTs students are targets for socialization. Reminders are a solution for teenagers to create a scabies-free Islamic boarding school environment. The method involves conducting outreach, collecting data on students affected by scabies, treating infected students and implementing PHBS using Reminder stickers. The results of the outreach were an increase in knowledge, understanding and perspective of students at the Sa'adatuddaren Islamic boarding school in Jambi Province regarding scurvy and a healthy environmental cleanliness.

Abstract

The majority of vocational mathematics teachers in Lumajang region provide mathematics materials traditionally using textbooks as learning resources. Whereas the fast development of technology can support the improvement of teachers' Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). The use of technology such as Canva and Mathcitymap applications makes teaching materials look better, real, and more attractive. It was necessary to improve teachers' soft skills in mastering the Canva and Mathcitymap applications so that their skills in integrating technology in mathematics learning materials also increased. The implementation of this project uses training and mentoring methods for service partners, namely members of the MGMP of vocational mathematics teachers of Lumajang Regency in the odd semester of 2023/2024. Training was conducted online through zoom meetings and mentoring was carried out directly to selected teachers to practice the use of Canva and Mathcitymap. The results of the program showed an increase in mastery the concept of "Canva as an interactive math learning media" at 84.7%, an increase in mastery of the concept of "Mathcitymap" as a learning support application at 80.3%, and an increase in teachers' TPACK in making digital math learning media at 84%. This high increase in skills and knowledge needs to be balanced with the availability of digital facilities and infrastructure at school, which is the main obstacle faced by teachers at this time. Abstract

In facing tough competition, tempe small and medium enterprises (SMEs) need to pay attention to the arrangement of their production facilities. A well-organized and tidy production facility helps improve production process efficiency. This has an impact on the quality of tempe, ensuring it meets the established standards. Desa Mlirip in Jetis sub-district, Mojokerto, has seven Tempe Home Industries (IRT) with the largest production located in Dusun Latsari, owned by Mr. Riono, with a minimum daily production of 600 kg. The issue faced by the partners is that the soybean washing process is done manually, which leads to employee fatigue and a lack of hygiene. The goal of this Community Partnership Program is to increase the productivity of tempe producers through the creation of a soybean washing machine, resulting in a faster production process and better product quality. The steps taken include designing a 100kg capacity washing machine, manufacturing the machine, conducting trials, and implementing the machine on the production floor. The results of implementing the soybean washing machine have led to a 27.70% cost savings and have lightened the workload for operators at the tempe business in Dusun Latsari. Abstract

Improper handling of organic waste can have a negative impact on human health and pollute the environment. One solution for utilizing organic waste is through maggot cultivation. Through maggot cultivation, negative impacts and the amount of organic waste can be minimized. Apart from that, maggot cultivation can increase the added value of organic waste, especially as poultry feed so that it can increase the weight of poultry. This community service activity aims to introduce the shallot farming community in Gending District, Probolinggo Regency about how to raise maggots by utilizing shallot skin waste which is always abundant every shallot season. This activity is expected to increase farmers' income, reduce waste (zero waste) remaining from shallot production, and reduce the negative impact of organic waste on the environment.
