Abstract

Pengajian pondok merupakan satu institusi pengajian berteraskan Islam yang telah berkembang pesat di alam Melayu khususnya di Malaysia. Ia merupakan tempat pengajian formal yang terawal dibentuk oleh pengasasnya mengikut kekuatan pegangan agama Islam pada masa itu sehingga terbentuknya satu organisasi di dalam kawasan tertentu. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sumbangan institusi pondok dalam sistem pendidikan Islam dan sejarah perkembangannya. Kajian ini menggunakan metod kepustakaan yang terdiri daripada rujukan jurnal, artikel, buku-buku dan tesis yang berkaitan dengan institusi pondok. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa institusi pondok telah memberi kesan terhadap perkembangan sistem pendidikan Islam awal di Malaysia. Selain itu, institusi pondok juga melahirkan ramai tokoh-tokoh Ulama yang disegani khususnya di dalam bidang pendidikan Islam dan juga di dalam bidang-bidang yang lain seperti kesenian dan politik yang mana ulama tersebut telah banyak memberi sumbangan dalam bidang kepakaran masing-masing.

Abstract

This study is aimed to illuminate the use of AI-assisted writing applications to improve academic writing skills and describe how to implement AI-assisted writing applications for EFL academic writing. This study is qualitative reasearch. The data is collected through analysis of writing task and interview about the use of Artificial Intelligence in academic writing. After analyzing students’ writing task and interview related to the use of AI in language teaching, especially in writing. The study revealed that the use of AI-assisted applications is beneficial for students, especially students of Islamic education study program. The applications could help the students construct paragraphs, correct the structures, and even paraphrase the paragraphs. The use of AI in writing will not replace human existence since AI-assisted writing application is just a tool, there should be creativity and logical reasoning in writing an academic article. The use of Artificial intelligent-assisted applications could be applied as new model to increase students’ writing skills since there are many features and easiness offered by AI technology.

Abstract

In the learning process is not only related to knowledge but communication in the world of education is also very important. Every learning activity is synonymous with communicating, therefore a teacher has an important role in developing students' communication skills in learning. So there needs to be an effort made by PAI teachers at SD Negeri No. 104274 Pematang Kasih to improve students' communication skills to make it easier for students to understand the learning material delivered. The efforts made are in the form of providing good communication examples, guiding students when asking questions, making presentations in discussion activities, using question and answer methods, using active learning strategies and doing habituation. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The purpose of the efforts made is to create effective communication and a pleasant learning atmosphere.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to explore how the work environment affects the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Bantan. The motivation behind this study stems from the observation that some teachers are not fully optimizing their preparation for teaching. This deficiency becomes apparent in the classroom, where students are often tasked with notetaking without adequate explanation from the teacher. Furthermore, a portion of teachers lacks diversity in their teaching methods, resulting in a monotonous and uninspiring learning atmosphere. Additionally, many teachers demonstrate a lack of punctuality in their attendance, which disrupts the efficiency of the teaching process. Employing a quantitative approach, this study encompasses all teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Bantan, focusing on the interplay between work climate and teacher performance. The sample size consists of 20 individuals, with data collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Analysis involves quantitative descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. Findings reveal a highly positive work climate at SMP Negeri 3 Bantan, with teacher performance also rated highly. Moreover, the study highlights the significant influence of the work climate on teacher performance, with 43.7% of performance variance attributed to this factor. The regression equation derived from the results indicates a positive relationship between work climate and teacher performance. Statistical tests confirm the rejection of the null hypothesis, affirming the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis.

Abstract

Pembekalan keterampilan literasi digital tentang kemampuan menggunakan teknologi dan informasi dari perangkat digital secara efektif dan efisien dalam pembelajaran di sekolah diajarkan dalam PLP 1. Literasi digital dalam aspek penciptaan dan penulisan pengetahuan baru ditingkatkan. dan menjadi kewajiban mahasiswa selama PLP 2 dibuktikan dengan penyerahan artikel pada jurnal yang diakui secara nasional. Hal ini juga sesuai dengan persyaratan penerbitan artikel ilmiah yang ditetapkan dalam keputusan Dikti. Diharapkan melalui penelitian ini akan terjadi sinergi antara mahasiswa dan pengambil kebijakan terhadap kurikulum PAI, jurusan keguruan dan tarbiyah UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya dengan tujuan untuk mendukung program literasi digital yang diambil alih oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif studi kasus (case study) yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa kurikulum PAI, tarbiyah dan jurusan keguruan UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Kajian ini diawali dengan review literatur tarbiyah UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya dan kebijakan fakultas keguruan terkait literasi digital melalui program PLP. Kajian ini merupakan upaya mencari titik temu kegiatan di lapangan terkait upaya literasi digital melalui Program Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (PLP) untuk Anak mahasiswa di PAI Fakultas Tarbiyah dan keguruan UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Analisis kebijakan dilakukan untuk menentukan dan mengkorelasikan tujuan dan cara untuk mencapainya. Pengembangan konsep literasi digital melalui program Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (PLP) harus dilakukan untuk mengetahui diagram alir program PLP 1 dan PLP 2 Evaluasi kinerja dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yaitu: Pertama, Pre-test dan post-test bagi siswa PAI peserta Program Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (PLP). Kedua, Persentase pencapaian kewajiban setiap mahasiswa untuk mengirimkan makalah hasil penelitian lapangan pada jurnal yang diakui secara nasional. Ketiga,Persentase makalah siswa yang memenuhi syarat untuk dipublikasikan di jurnal yang diakui secara nasional. Untuk menjaga keunikan penelitian ini, harus dilakukan tanpa campur tangan dari pihak tarbiyah dan keguruan UINSA, pengawas PLP, dan mahasiswa program PLP yang langsung melibatkan keluarga.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan hasil implementasi program Ashabul Akhyar dengan menginternalisasikan model, strategi, faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat, serta solusi dalam proses pembentukan karakter religious peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Sunan Giri I Banyuwangi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dalam menganalisis data, artikel ini menggunakan teknis reduksi, display dan verifikasi data. Untuk keabsahan data, menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian pada artikel ini, menunjukkan bahwa model yang digunakan dalam implementasi program Ashabul Akhyar yaitu melalui pendekatan penanaman nilai, pendekatan perkembangan moral kognitif, analisis nilai, klasifikasi nilai, dan pendekatan pembelajaran berbuat. Sedangkan strategi yang digunakan dalam internalisasi karakter religious yakni mengunakan strategi pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan penyuluhan. Kemudian faktor pendukung yaitu kerja sama antar guru, sarana prasarana, fasilitas memadai, dan konsisten. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu latar belakang peserta didik yang berbeda-beda, keterbatasan media pembelajaran, serta kurangnya pengawasan dari orang tua. Sehingga solusi dalam memecahkan penghambat-penghambat program ini perlunya dukungan penuh dari orang tua serta meningkatkan sarana untuk memenuhi proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The background of this study is the lack of self-awareness of students in worship discipline. This study aims to determine the efforts of fiqh teachers in training student worship discipline at MIS Bidayatul Hidaysh 3 Medan Amplas which includes the efforts of fiqh teachers to become uswatun hasanah, providing advice, punishments and rewards, training or practice and habituation as well as to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of fiqh teachers' efforts in training worship discipline consisting of internal factors, namely awareness, interests, motivations, and mindsets, and external factors, namely habituation, parental example, school environment, and friends. This research uses a type of field research with a qualitative approach. The subject in this study was 1 teacher of jurisprudence subjects MIS Bidayatul Hidayah 3 Medan Amplas, while the object of this study was the efforts of fiqh teachers, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of fiqh teachers' efforts in training student worship discipline at MIS Bidayatul Hidayah 3 Medan Amplas. Data collection techniques are taken by observation, interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, it is then processed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the efforts of jurisprudence teachers in training student worship discipline in Mis Bidayatul Hidayah 3 Medan Amplas are to be uswatun hasanah or good role models for students, provide advice on the importance of worship discipline, provide punishment for students who are not disciplined and give rewards to students who are disciplined in carrying out prayers. In addition, jurisprudence teachers also continue to conduct trainings and practices by continuing to be supervised so that students are accustomed to discipline in carrying out worship.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal value-based organizational commitment in senior tertiary institutions in East Java, namely University Pesantren Tinggi Darul Ulum Jombang and Sunan Giri University Surabaya. From the various data obtained by researchers, it was found that the two tertiary institutions had each attempted to increase value-based organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is an attitude, the determination of employees who have the desire to show membership behavior or an attitude that reflects loyalty, employee loyalty to their organization on an ongoing basis where members of the organization express their concern for the organization, which includes; a) a strong desire to maintain membership in the organization, b) a desire to encourage various efforts so that the organization has a high level, c) trustworthiness and acceptance of the goals and culture of the organization.

Abstract

Adanya persoalan terkait dengan etika guru yang berkarakter dan profesioanl yang disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang etika guru yang berkarakter dan professional, serta pandangan islam terkait penerapan etika guru yang berkarakter dan professional. Sehingga diharpakan agar artikel ini dapat membantu untuk memahami tentang etika guru yang berkarakter dan professional, serta dapat mengetahui cara pengajaran islam dalam menerapkan etika guru yang berkarakter dan professional. Untuk itu artikel ini mebahas tentang pengertian etika guru, karakter guru dan professional guru, serta ajaran islam mengenai etika guru yang dapat membentuk guru yang berkarakter dan professional. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode library research, dengan melakukan pengumpulandata dari berbagai sumber literatur, yang tidak terbatas hanya pada buku, melainkan juga mencakup karya-karya ilmiah lainnya dan dijadikan bahan-bahan pustaka untuk membahas permasalahn yang terkait dengan artikel ini. Dari pembahasan artikel ini didapatakan bahwa Islam telah mengajarkan etika-etika atau akhlak-akhlak yang seharusnya diterapkan pada guru yang berkarakter dan professional dengan memberikan panduan dalam AL-Qur’an dan Hadis serta pemikiran-pemikiran para ulma’ seperti adanya perintah dan larangan yang dijelaskan dalam Al-Qur’an, hadis dan pemikiran Ulama’. Dengan begitu islam dapat mengukir etika guru yang berkarakter dan professional berdasarkan ajaran islam.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia must continue to always develop to keep up with the times so as not to be left behind. The development of Islamic education was influenced by several thoughts from educational scientists and clerics in Indonesia, one of whom was Prof. KH. Tholha Hasan). In his view, education is not only limited to Islamic labels or Islamic institutions, such as Islamic boarding schools or madrasas, nor is it limited to learning Islamic religious sciences such as monotheism, hadith interpretation, fiqh, and tasawuf. However, Islamic education includes all activities, vision, mission, institutions, curriculum, methodology, teaching and learning processes, educational human resources, an educational environment that is inspired and based on Islamic teachings and values. Muhammad Tholha Hasan's thoughts on Islamic education belong to the construction of thought that has been put forward, namely ethical humanism or education that humanizes himself and other humans, all of which is carried out with a framework of moral foundations so as to give birth to a world colored by civilization
