Abstract

This study aims to analyze cash management in an effort to maintain liquidity stability at PT MIDI UTAMA INDONESIA Tbk for the period 202-2023.The type of research is quantitative descriptive research, using data sourced from IDKS as a research instrument. Data analysis techniques use Cash Management analysis (Optimal Cash Balance and Liquidity Ratios such as Current ratio, Quick ratio and cash ratio.The results of the study show that the company's ability has not been able to provide good results. This is proven by the calculation of the optimal cash balance that the company should have from 2020 - 2023 has never been achieved by the company, in terms of calculating the Liquidity ratio, all the ratios calculated show that the results obtained are at a figure > 1, which means that the company's cash has not been able to meet its obligations.

Abstract

This analysis explains the audience's perception of PT HM Sampoerna's media strategy in the digital era using social media. This analysis uses a qualitative approach with a case study method that is specifically directed at PT HM Sampoerna. The analysis technique is literature review. The results of the discussion explain that PT HM Sampoerna implements a media strategy that is adaptive, creative, and image-oriented. This company not only highlights cigarettes as the main product in its communications, but also focuses on forming a brand image that is associated with an active, dynamic, and classy lifestyle. This strategy is implemented through the use of digital media such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as through organizing and sponsoring various events that reach urban, art, music, and automotive communities.

Abstract

Climate change has become a serous threat to the environment and the society, especially for coastal communities that depend on the fisheries sector for their livelihoods, both fishing and cultivation. Salt production is a livelihood that is sensitive to the impacts of climate change because the salt production process is greatly influenced by natural factors. The impact of climate change affects the livelihoods of salt farmers' households. In dealing with climate change, a series of resilience measures are taken so that household livelihoods can continue to be maintained. To meet household needs, salt farmers carry out several adaptations such as converting pond land, seeking income outside salt ponds, and renting out pond land. The purpose of this study was to examine the adaptation mechanisms of salt farmers' households to the effects of climate change. This study was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis to answer the adaptation mechanisms of salt farmers. The adaptive capacity of salt farmers is divided into three types, namely the capacity to learn, buffer capacity, and. The capacity to regulate oneself, The results showed that the adaptive capacity of salt farmers who had the highest percentage in the form of past experience inspired new ways to increase household income of salt farmers, knowledge of salt farmers and the interest of salt farmers to participate in training and strong trust between farmers,

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction Mediated by Work Engagement of Civil Servants in the Cooperative, SMEs, Industry, and Trade Office of Bungo Regency. This research using Explanatory study method by conducting quantitative data analysis on 33 respondents and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. Result of this study show that Transformational Leadership positively influences Job Satisfaction, and Transformational Leadership influences Employee Work Engagement. Meanwhile, indirectly, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction mediated by the Work Engagement of Civil Servants in the Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry, and Trade Office of Bungo Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of turnover intention and work-life balance on employee performance satisfaction at Springhill Group. The main issue addressed in this research was the increasing tendency of employees to consider leaving their jobs, which may negatively affect overall productivity and performance quality. In addition, the balance between work and personal life was also considered a critical factor contributing to employee satisfaction. A quantitative approach was used through a survey method, involving 50 respondents who were active employees from various divisions within the company. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results revealed that both turnover intention and work-life balance had significant effects on employee performance satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of human resource strategies focused on minimizing turnover tendencies and promoting policies that support employees’ work-life balance to enhance overall job satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of experience, supervision, and independence of internal auditors on performance audits. Performance audits are systematic evaluations of the effectiveness, efficiency, and economy of an organization in achieving its goals. Internal auditors play an important role in providing added value through quality performance audits. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive associative research type. The population and this research are 32 universities in Medan City which have 32 internal auditors (LAPM), where the data collection technique is carried out by observation studies, distributing questionnaires to 32 universities in Medan City, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that the auditor independence variable has a significant effect on performance audits, while experience and supervision do not show a significant effect. This indicates that although experience and supervision are important, the auditor's objectivity and freedom in carrying out tasks are key factors in improving the quality of performance audits. This finding is expected to be an evaluation material for organizational leaders in strengthening the internal audit function through increasing independence and continuous coaching. This research also contributes to the development of performance audit literature, especially in higher education in Medan City

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Pepes Ikan Bu Ina di Desa Ciampea Udik Kabupaten Bogor baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling menggunakan dengan sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,859 + 0,450X1, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,563 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 31.7. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,644 > 1,985). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,799 + 0,358X2 nilai korelasi sebesar 0,587 artinya kedua memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 34,4%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,096 > 1,985). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 4,322 + 0,305X1 + 0,258X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,679 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 46,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (40,315 > 2,700). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Pepes Ikan Bu Ina di Desa Ciampea Udik Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak e-commerce in Baturaja Timur District simultaneously and partially. This type of research is associative research. The population is infinite and the sample is 100 respondents. The data used are Primary and Secondary data, using questionnaire and documentation data collection methods. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, F and t Hypothesis Tests, and the Determination Coefficient. The results show that there is a positive influence of Product Quality, Price and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak e-commerce in Baturaja Timur District.

Abstract

The research objectives are: find out the implementation, effectiveness and inhibiting factors in training programs at PT. IT Matsuoka Winner Industry. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interview techniques Human Resource Development (HRD) and employees. The research results show 1) Implementation of training programs at PT. Matsuoka Winner Industry begins with planning employee training programs which are carried out systematically and based on needs. Abstract

This study aims to explore how service excellence influences consumer purchasing decisions in the digital era. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research involved in-depth interviews with consumers who have transacted through digital platforms such as marketplaces and social media. The findings indicate that consumers perceive service excellence as an important factor in their purchasing decisions. Fast, responsive, and informative services create a positive experience that encourages loyalty and repeat purchases. Furthermore, in today’s digital age, good service interactions not only enhance customer satisfaction but also influence brand perception and reputation on social media. This study concludes that service excellence impacts not only the initial purchasing decision but also the long-term relationship between consumers and companies.
