Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengoptimalkan strategi pengelolaan obat non-formularium yang berbasis efisiensi biaya di Rumah Sakit Advent Manado. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang praktik pengelolaan obat non-formularium saat ini dan tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk masalah ketersediaan, biaya, dan komunikasi antara pasien dan staf rumah sakit. Hasil wawancara dengan dokter spesialis, apoteker, manajemen rumah sakit, dan pasien menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada beberapa strategi yang diterapkan, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam komunikasi dan evaluasi yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan obat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya perbaikan dalam proses perencanaan, pengendalian, dan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi biaya dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi pengembangan manajemen obat non-formularium yang lebih efisien di rumah sakit

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dibidang kesehatan saat ini berkembang cukup pesat, salah satunya adalah perkembangan sistem Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME).Sesuai dengan diterbitkannya Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (PMK) nomor 24 tahun 2022 tentang Rekam Medis, Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Duri Riau sudah mulai menggunakan sistem Rekam Medis Elektronik sejak akhir tahun 2023. Perubahan sistem rekam medis menjadi elektronik yang sebelumnya dibuat dengan menggunakan rekam medis manual yang tertulis pada kertas merupakan hal yang menjadi tantangan bagi rumah sakit dan seorang dokter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan Metode observasi alami (Natural Observation) melakukan observasi dan wawancara disertai oleh partisipasi pada aktivitas objek yang diamati secara langsung. Wawancara dilakukan kepada dokter pelaksana sebagan user di unit rawat jalan.Dari hasil observasi dan wawancara disimpulkan sarana dan prasarana penunjang rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Duri Riau cukup lengkap, penggunaan rekam medis elektronik ini sangat efektif dibandingkan dengan yang manual. Hanya ditemukan kendala masih ada user yang belum lengkap dalam pengisian rekam medis elektronik.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) Divisi HSC. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik ssosiatif, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara pengaruh variabel dependen terhadap varibel independen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah 50 responden dan peneliti dalam analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar daripada ttabel dengan nilai sebesar 3,140 1,68 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 <0,05, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar daripada ttabel dengan nilai sebesar 3,266 > 1,68 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002 0,05, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel dengan nilai sebesar 3,102 > 1.68 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.003 0.05. Sedangkan Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung lebih besar daripada Ftabel dengan nilai sebesar 21,1302,80 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,0000,05

Abstract

The research with the intention of knowing how the payroll system and internal control in the West Java branch restaurant, the procedures in this restaurant already have a very good system starting from supporting data and evidence of existing transactions and documents owned are very complementary to activities in the payroll system. The analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis, namely by analyzing according to the existing data then being able to describe and compare data from the company so that it can be supporting data for research. Researchers also conducted interviews, observations and to complete the data, a literature study was carried out in accordance with the research. The results of the study are that in this company the data is very supportive in the accounting information system starting from records then supporting data so that the payroll system runs smoothly and the effectiveness of internal control in this internal control system has also run effectively, each employee works well and honestly, this internal control system is also carried out directly by the head office so that when there are problems or obstacles that occur, they can be resolved immediately because with internal control running well, the company is in good.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan penting yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan terkait manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah cara meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Avex Somagede Manufacturing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 31 orang karyawan. Teknik analisa data meliputi uji instrumen (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas), dan uji hipotesis statistik (uji regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi). Berdasarkan uji F, variabel fasilitas kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh fasilitas kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Selain itu, secara parsial juga terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). PT Avex Somagede Manufacturing sebaiknya menyediakan fasilitas yang dapat mendukung kinerja karyawan, diantaranya pengadaan jemputan, ruang P3K dan penambahan tempat parkir. Selain itu, ada baiknya perusahaan membuat sanksi untuk pelanggaran jam kerja, sehingga karyawan termotivasi untuk lebih disiplin dalam bekerja.

Abstract

The 4.0 digitalization era increases the number of online transactions, one of the e-commerce platforms used is Shopee. Until the end of 2023, this platform recorded the highest number of visitors and continued to innovate through flash sales and live streaming to encourage impulsive purchases. However, several issues have arisen, such as delays in refunds due to stock update errors during flash sales and lag during live streaming. This study aims to analyze the influence of flash sales and live streaming on impulsive buying mediated by positive emotions. The method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires filled out by 100 respondents. Data collection was analyzed using the Smart PLS application. The research results show that flash sales have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, live streaming has a positive but not significant effect on impulsive buying, flash sales have a positive and significant effect on positive emotions, live streaming has a positive but not significant effect on positive emotions, positive emotions have a negative and not significant effect on impulsive buying, and neither flash sales nor live streaming successfully mediates the effect on impulsive buying. Based on these findings, Shopee is advised to implement flash sale programs more frequently to elicit positive emotions and impulsive purchases from consumers. Then, the host in live streaming should be more transparent in explaining the offered products so that consumers feel more comfortable and spontaneous in making purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Live Streaming, Discounts, and Free Shipping on Purchase Decisions of Fashion Products on the Shopee App among students of Universitas Kristen Teknologi Solo. The data used in this study was obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents, making this a quantitative study. The researcher used Purposive Sampling, a sampling technique based on specific considerations to determine appropriate samples. A total of 40 participants were selected as the sample. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the variables of Live Streaming and Discounts have no significant effect on purchase decisions individually, while Free Shipping has a significant effect on purchase decisions individually. Meanwhile, the simultaneous analysis shows that the variables of Live Streaming, Discounts, and Free Shipping have an influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Experience, Brand Trust, and Brand Attachment on Customer Loyalty in an Islamic Business Perspective, with a focus on Skintific Skincare users among generation Z in Bandar Lampung City. The methodology used is a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 97 respondents who are users of Skintific products. Data analysis was carried out using purposive sampling techniques, using the Nonprobability Sampling method and using the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis method using SEM PLS analysis is processed with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results showed that Brand Experience has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Furthermore, Brand Attachment has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty. While brand Trust is proven to have no effect on customer loyalty. This research makes an important contribution to skincare companies in developing marketing strategies that are in accordance with Islamic business values, as well as helping companies build customer loyalty among generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Cafe Atmosphere, Word Of Mouth and Customer Experience on Repeat Purchase of Coffee at Coffeshop in Islamic Business Perspective. This study uses Purposive Sampling technique, using Nonprobability Sampling method with a sample size of 96 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis method using SEM PLS analysis is processed with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the analysis show that partially the Word Of Mouth and Customer Experience variables affect Repeat Purchase, while the Cafe Atmosphere variable has no effect on Repeat Purchase.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of workload and Organizational Commitment On Performance of Non-Medical Employees at Syafira Hospital, Pekanbaru City. This research includes quantitative research. The population of this study was 224 non-medical employees of Syafira Hospital, Pekanbaru City, with 69 people being used as samples determined using the slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis and used SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that workload and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance of non-medical employees at Syafira Hospital, Pekanbaru City. The most dominant variable affecting on performance of non-medical employees in this study is organizational commitment variable. Meanwhile, the influence of of workload and organizational commitment on performance is shown by the R-Square result of .91,5%.
