Abstract

This research was conducted on the lack of interest and enthusiasm of the students in the use of learning media that affect student learning outcomes. The goal is how far the effectiveness of the QR Code in understanding the explanatory text at SMK Negeri 1 Simpang Rimba, South Bangka. This learning is based on the theory of learning approach based on higher order thinking skills. This research method uses One Shot Case Study. The research data are in the form of pretest and posttest that understanding the explanatory text in formative test with high level questions and questionnaires. The results of the study are showing video footage with QR Code is more effective in understanding explanatory text and it can help students think critically. It can be concluded that QR-Code assisted audiovisual can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the average learning outcomes and learning motivation with the iSpring Media Assisted Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model compared to conventional learning models. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Sunggal with the samples in this study were 2 classes, namely the experimental class in class X IPA 2 and the control class in class X IPA 3 which were obtained using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument consisted of a test instrument in the form of validated questions and a non-test instrument in the form of a learning motivation questionnaire. The results of the study for learning motivation using the independent sample t-test at = 0.05, the tcount value was 1.81. The results of the study on learning outcomes showed that the average value with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model was 84.58 while the average value in the conventional learning model was 77.50. The gain calculation shows that the increase in learning outcomes in the experimental class is 72% with criteria while the control class is 68% with moderate criteria. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the tcount value was 4.94 Ha, which was accepted, namely the learning outcomes of students who were taught with the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by the Ispring media were higher than the learning outcomes of students who were taught using conventional learning models on electrolyte and non electrolyte solutions. While the research results for the correlation test is 0.333. Thus, there is a significant correlation between learning motivation to increase student learning outcomes in the experimental class by 11%. This shows that the higher the motivation, the higher the learning outcomes, and vice versa.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) find out whether the increase in student learning outcomes taught using the guided inquiry learning model and hyperlink-based PowerPoint media is higher than the increase in student learning outcomes taught using the conventional model and hyperlink-based PowerPoint media. (2) determine students' responses to the guided inquiry learning model and hyperlink-based PowerPoint media. The population in this study were all students of class X MIPA MAS PAB 1 Sampali. The sample in this study was taken using total sampling. Samples were taken from 2 classes, namely the Experiment class and the Control class. The results of the hypothesis in this research using the one-party t test, obtained a value of tcount that is greater than ttable. So Ha is accepted which shows that the increase in student learning outcomes taught with the guided inquiry learning model and hyperlink-based PowerPoint media is higher than the increase in student learning outcomes taught with the conventional model and hyperlink-based PowerPoint media. The N-gain experimental class is greater than control class and students' responses to this learning model are categorized as good. It can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning model and hyperlink-based PowerPoint media influence student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To determine whether the increase in student learning outcomes taught with a scientific approach with PowerPoint media is higher than the increase in student learning outcomes taught with conventional models (2) To determine student responses to the application of a scientific approach with PowerPoint media on the subject of chemical bonds. The population of this study were all students of class X MIA SMA Swasta Amir Hamzah Medan, as many as 40 students. The sample in this study was taken using total sampling technique. The samples taken in this study were 2 classes, namely class X MIA-1 as the experimental class and X MIA-2 as the control class. Both classes were given different treatments, the experimental class with a scientific approach and PowerPoint media , while the control class was taught with a conventional model. From the posttest results, the average value of student learning outcomes in the experimental class was 88.75 and the control class was 81.50. From the N-gain results, the percentage increase in learning outcomes of the experimental class was 84.9 percent and the control class was 76.2 percent. Based on the N-gain calculation value, the increase in learning outcomes taught with a scientific approach and PowerPoint media is higher than the increase in student learning outcomes taught with conventional models. Student response to the scientific approach and PowerPoint media on chemical bonding material has a percentage of 80.25 percent and is categorized as good.

Abstract

Peningkatan aktivitas di internet selama masa pandemi berpengaruh terhadap maraknya kasus Kekerasan Gender Berbasis Online (KGBO), Kehadiran Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) menjadi sangat penting ditengah problematika KGBO yang semakin meningkat. Pemenuhan dan penanaman nilai menjadi instrumen penting untuk menopang sikap-sikap positif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, studi literatur, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan upaya yang dilakukan diantaranya melalui penanaman nilai karakter melalui kegiatan Pesantren Kilat yang diikuti oleh seluruh siswa, tanpa terkecuali siswa di luar pemeluk agama islam dengan muatan materi disesuaikan dengan agamanya. Selain itu, terdapat pembatasan pada wifi sekolah untuk siswa dalam mengakses website-website yang bermuatan pornografi, serta kerja sama dengan orang tua siswa dalam mengawasi anaknya dalam mengakses internet di rumah.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the management of the Strawbery Kindergarten in Cirebon City, West Java. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique starts from data display, data reduction, to drawing conclusions. The results showed that; First, this Strawaberry Kindergarten curriculum still uses K13; second, there are still many educators at Strawaberry Kindergarten who do not meet the qualification requirements for PAUD teachers; third, the constraint of the shortage of educational personnel owned by TK Strawbery; fourth, the success of student management in Strawbery Kindergarten.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of 3D-based learning media and molecular animation with SAVI cooperative type on the chemistry learning outcomes of high school students in class X on the subject of electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Sunggal school. The stages of this research are: 1) giving the pre-test at the beginning, 2) the learning process, and 3) giving the post-test. The instruments used in this study were in the form of tests and questionnaires. The results showed that 3D-based learning media and molecular animation could improve student learning outcomes in electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions. The results of the percentage of student responses to 3D-based learning media and molecular animations are 92.42% which is categorized as very feasible to be applied to the learning process of electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of Trisakti Catholic High School students by applying the PBL learning model to the reaction rate material and to determine the response of Trisakti Catholic High School students by applying the PBL learning model to the reaction rate topic. This type of research is experimental research. The population in the study were students of class XI IPA Trisakti Catholic High School. The sample of this study was all students of XI IPA-4 Trisakti Catholic High School as many as 30 students. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The analysis techniques used were the average test score, percentage of increase in learning outcomes, normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test and gain test. The results showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous and the average value of the experimental class posttest data was greater than the pretest. The PBL learning model developed on the reaction rate topic was higher than the KKM value set. It can be concluded that the chemistry learning outcomes of students who were taught with the PBL learning model developed on the reaction rate topic increased student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the feasibility of web-based diagnostic tests on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution materials, (2) student concept understanding profiles after using web-based diagnostic tests on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution materials, (3) chemistry teacher responses to web-based diagnostic tests on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution materials, (4) student responses to web-based diagnostic tests on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution materials. The method used in this development research is the ADDIE method which consists of 5 stages of treatment, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The results showed that the web-based diagnostic test developed was considered very feasible and effective, with positive responses from teachers and students regarding presentation, language, content, and benefits. This test also succeeded in improving students' concept understanding on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials, so it has the potential to be used as a learning evaluation tool.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model Inkuiri Terbimbing dan Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPA SMA Swasta Kesuma Bangsa Londut yang terdiri dari empat kelas. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik sampling purposive, peneliti menentukan anggota sampelnya berdasarkan guru yang sama saat mengajar di kelas, yaitu pada kelas X IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen I yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan model Inkuiri Terbimbing dan Kelas X IPA 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen II yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning yang masing-masing berjumlah 34 orang. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari instrumen tes yaitu tes pilihan berganda yang berjumlah 20 soal yang telah divalidasi oleh validator ahli dan siswa. Kedua kelas dilakukan perlakuan yang sama yaitu pada pertemuan awal dilakukan pretest dan pada pertemuan terakhir dilakukan posttest. Data dianalisis dengan uji t dua pihak setelah diuji normalitas dan homogenitasnya. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Sig < α (0,012 < 0,05) yang berarti bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing dan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model Inkuiri Terbimbing lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan model Problem Based Learning (78,97 < 83,68).
