Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's efforts in instilling religious moderation learning in the formation of anti-violence attitudes at MTsN 1 Jombang. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach, the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are triangulated (combined), data analysis is inductive and research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The cultivation of Religious Moderation Learning in the Formation of Anti-Violence Attitudes at MTsN 1 Jombang through subject handbooks which are then developed or elaborated through interactive learning media. Although there are also teachers who utilize the surrounding circumstances or conditions as well as dark events that have occurred in Indonesia that can be learned from the values of religious moderation contained therein.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of implementing a religious culture in shaping student morals at MTsN 16 Jombang. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach, the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are triangulated (combined), data analysis is inductive and research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The strategy of implementing a religious culture in the formation of student morals at MTsN 16 Jombang is pursued through a personal approach where this approach is mostly done to overcome problematic students, make mistakes or violations of school rules and habituation of daily activities with religious nuances, these activities are carried out simultaneously so that they become a madrasa culture, among others; habituation of greetings that foster an attitude of tolerance and respect for elders, praying together before starting lessons that foster an attitude of discipline and responsibility, reading the Qur'an (Tadarus al-Qur'an) in its implementation fosters an attitude of awareness of the obligation to worship properly and correctly and dhuhur prayers in congregation, this activity fosters an attitude of solidarity and togetherness.

Abstract

Educational management is a science that studies how to organize resources to achieve predetermined goals productively and how to create a good atmosphere for people who participate in achieving agreed goals. In relation to educational development, school principals have a very important role and duties. This is because the school principal as a leader is one of the factors that drives progress in the world of education. The method that the author uses in writing this thesis begins with determining the research subject, then collecting data using interview, observation and documentary methods, and the data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. From the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that (1) Regarding the leadership of the principal of MAN Kandangan Kab. Kediri, as an open and dynamic leader, is willing to accept input from his subordinates in decision making. He also has very important responsibilities, has abilities and skills, including: having the ability to organize both staff and other employees, having the ability to generate and foster confidence in himself and other teachers, having the ability to encourage and guide teachers and other staff, and have the ability to form collaboration between fellow teaching staff and with related agencies. (2) educational management innovation process at MAN Kandangan Kab. Kediri includes innovations in the field of curriculum, namely changes to the 1994 curriculum to a competency-based curriculum and a full day entry system from 06.45-15.05, facilities and infrastructure, namely the addition of school buildings and the addition of 5 computer units, library books, financial management, teaching and learning strategies, student management, and management of teaching staff. (3) About the factors that support and inhibit the leadership of school principals in carrying out educational management innovations at MAN Kandangan District. Kediri is: supporting factors: the persistence of the efforts of the teaching staff at MAN Kandangan Kab. Kediri in creating quality madrasas that are able to answer future challenges, internal and external factors where internal factors include school principals, teachers, students, while external factors include parents and a conducive environment, education system factors, the existence of short-term and long-term planning . Short-term planning, for example: improving the curriculum, while long-term planning, for example: building and adding school buildings, and so on. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of available funds and limited facilities and infrastructure. However, this can be covered by providing funds through mandatory donations from student parents, as well as requests for subsidies from the government.

Abstract

This research shows that PAI teachers continue to strive to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through a competency-based curriculum (KBK). This implementation is carried out through various things related to teaching, which include making subject books, making modules, evaluating syllabi, implementing responsive learning, getting used to religious practices, implementing MGMPAI. Apart from that, implementation is carried out through training, workshops and seminars. This implementation is supported by the Head of Curriculum work program which is very supportive of the implementation of the KBK, as well as the Principal who cares about the needs of facilities and infrastructure. Implementation in terms of infrastructure includes creating learning workshops, providing sufficient learning media and facilities, adding library books. It turns out that this implementation is still lacking for PAI teachers at MTs Surya Buana Malang, for this reason PAI teachers at MTs Surya Buana Malang continue to work on and complete it. There are problems in implementing the Competency Based Curriculum in improving the quality of PAI teachers, including the presence of static PAI teachers and the existence of unstable teacher positions.

Abstract

The results of the research carried out by the author can be conveyed here that the strategy for developing the education system carried out by PM Al-Rifa'ie in increasing the professionalism of students is: through an educational program consisting of formal education and religious education, an orderly organizational system in the modern Al-Rifa'ie Islamic boarding school. Rifa'ie, employee recruitment, curriculum development program. Meanwhile, the constraining factors are teaching staff factors, student/student factors, student/student guardian factors, organizational factors, and environmental factors. And the efforts made by PM Al-Rifa'ie to increase the professionalism of students are: providing educational facilities and other facilities that provide adequate support, providing life skills provision through extracurricular activities, holding training and training or seminars for all teachers, both formal teachers and teachers. diniyah and murottil Qur'an teachers, and training, training and seminars for students.

Abstract

Madrasah head leadership is defined as a model or type of madrasa head leadership that is appropriate to the situation in order to influence, direct, guide subordinates by strengthening confidence, support, encouragement and cooperation in order to achieve the goals and objectives of educational institutions. The development of an educational institution depends on the quality of the madrasa head as an educational leader because a very important factor in the educational process is a quality educational institution, so a quality educational institution will automatically be able to produce a quality generation as well. According to its type, this research is descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection methods use observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires. And the data analysis is descriptive qualitative. From the research results, it can be concluded that the leadership qualities of the madrasa head at MTs NU Mojosari include having strong responsibilities such as admitting shortcomings and mistakes in all his activities as a madrasa head, taking part in seminars and training sessions outside the school and having the courage to make decisions. And the efforts are to develop curriculum, human resources, infrastructure and community participation. The supporting factors are supporting infrastructure, teachers together in managing the curriculum and the teaching and learning process. Apart from that, the inhibiting factors are the problems of teachers, funding, students' varying abilities and psychological well-being as well as low level of community participation.

Abstract

In the context of regional autonomy, the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) is currently being developed, so that schools have the independence to be able to optimize all components/school members. Departing from this background, the author then wants to discuss it in his thesis and takes the title Implementation of School Based Management (MBS) in Improving Student Learning Achievement at SMP Negeri 13 Malang. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of School-Based Management (MBS), as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of School-Based Management (MBS) in improving student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 13 Malang. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of this research indicate that the Implementation of School-Based Management (MBS) in Improving Student Learning Achievement at SMP Negeri 13 Malang, which includes curriculum and teaching management, educational staff, school relations with the community, as well as special services has gone according to what was expected, namely able to improve student learning achievement. However, this does not mean that the Implementation of School Based Management (MBS) in Improving Student Learning Achievement at SMP Negeri 13 Malang is without obstacles.

Abstract

Mathematical concepts cannot be separated from real context that we face daily. Therefore, mathematics classroom should involve application of mathematical concepts in solving real-life problems. However, this practices generally only prioritizes on process of mathematizing real-life problems into mathematical form. This makes students experience difficulties in understanding and applying mathematical concepts to real-life. One learning approach that facilitates the use of real-life contexts in learning is Realistic-Mathematics-Education (RME). Apart from that, learning can be assisted using learning media. Therefore, this study aims to develop learning media in the form of an electronic booklet (e-booklet) for learning probability at 8th grade. This study employs Research and Development method by applying ADDIE model. The results show that the E-Booklet received an expert assessment in the Very Valid category (87%). Meanwhile, the assessment on the media aspect obtained a score of 85.5% in the Very Valid category. The results of filling out the student response questionnaire obtained an average of 80.12% and were in the practical category. The N-Gain Pre-Test and Post-Test results show that the e-booklet obtains 82% which is in effective category. This shows that the e-booklet is effective in supporting students' understanding the mathematics concepts.

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of the concept of religious moderation in madrasas. In connection with this, this study aims to determine the effect of madrasah religious culture on religious moderation attitudes at MAN 3 Jombang. This research is a quantitative research. The population and samples in this study were X and XI grade students at MAN 3 Jombang, totaling 100 people. Data collection using a questionnaire, and data analysis using simple regression analysis techniques. This study concluded that Madrasah Religious Culture has a significant influence on the attitude of religious moderation at MAN 3 Jombang, as evidenced by the Sig value = 0.01 < α = 0.05. The correlation coefficient value (r) = 0.951 or contributes 95.1%

Abstract

Almost every human activity cannot be separated from digital electronic equipment. Digital electronics is not only used for computers or smartphones, but has also spread to household appliances, vehicles, health equipment and others. One of the theories studied in the Basic Electronics Practicum which is closely related to the current development of digital technology and is used in everyday life is logic gates. Basic logic gates consist of seven types, namely AND, OR and NOT, NAND, NOR, X-OR and X-NOR logic gates. Current conditions, the Unwaha Physics Education study program does not yet have a logic gate practicum tool so students cannot carry out basic logic gate practicum. Therefore, basic logic gate practicum tools are needed and students can carry out the practicum actively. These things are the background for developing practical media with a scientific approach. This means that students must be actively involved in carrying out practicums. In order for the practicum media to be used in learning, the tool must be valid so its validity needs to be tested by experts. The validation results by material experts and media experts were declared valid and can be used in learning because the average percentage in media validation showed a value of 96.07% and the average percentage in material validation showed a value of 87.09%. Both validation results are included in the very good criteria.
