Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi suatu etika bisnis islam dalam pelayanan biro travel umroh dan haji yang berada di Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biro travel ini sudah menerapkan etika berbisnis islam dalam pelayanan biro travel umroh dan haji, memaparkan nilai-nilai etika bisnis islam dalam pelayanan pada travel umroh dan haji, menjelaskan minat jamaah terhadap travel umroh dan haji, faktor pendukng dan faktor penghambat dalam pelayanan biro travel umroh dan haji. Analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan, kondisi yang hasilnya disajikan dalam bentuk laporan penelitian. Metode yang diterapkan adalah prinsip- prinsip etika bisnis islam yang berupa Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathanah. Penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa biro travel umroh dan haji yang berada di Kabupaten Jombang sudah menerapkan etika bisnis islam dan memenuhi syariat islam. Nilai-nilai yang sudah diterapkan ini sesuai dengan Rasulullah terapkan, yakni bersifat jujur, keadilan, bertanggungjawab, tidak menjelekkan bisnis orang lain. Minat jamaah untuk daftar di biro travel yang berada di Kabupaten Jombang ini cukup tinggi karena beberapa faktor internal dan faktor eksternal.

Abstract

Artikel ini dibuat untuk tujuan menggambarkan hasil penelitian tindakan atas respon peserta didik terhadap proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi, dan bagaimana metode ini meningkatkan prestasi belajar mereka pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik putri kelas XI Agama 3. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes hasil belajar dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode demonstrasi dapat membuat respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran menjadi lebih baik sehingga peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil analisis data menyatakan bahwa penerapan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian guna melakukan analisis peran strategi marketing word of mouth, brand trust dan relationship marketing dalam meningkatkan penjualan usaha minuman Teh 7 Tambakberas. Metode yang digunakan berupa penelitian kualititatif. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Objek penelitian ini merupakan word of mouth,brand trust dan relationship marketing atas peningkatan penjualan usaha minuman Teh 7 Tambakberas. Hasil penelitian dari analisis word of mouth memiliki pengaruh pada peningkatan penjualan pada usaha minuman Teh 7 hal ini dikarenakan ketika informasi yang diberikan oleh konsumen yang berpengalaman bisa digunakan dan memiliki manfaat. Sedangkan dari analisis brand trust berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada usaha minuman Teh 7 hal ini dikarenakan rasa minumannya yang enak, harga terjangkau, dibuat dari bahan berkualitas tinggi.. Relationship marketing berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada usaha minuman Teh 7 hal ini dikarenakan pelayanan dan kenyamanan serta komunikasi yang baik antara karyawan dan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran kitab kuning di MTs Darul Ulum Kepuhdoko Tembelang Jombang, faktor pendukung maupun penghambatnya, dan dampak pelaksanaan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kitab kuning di MTs Darul Ulum Kepuhdoko Tembelang Jombang dilaksanakan sesuai kurikulum pesantren sebanyak satu kali tatap muka selama 35 menit setiap minggunya. Faktor pendukung pembelajaran adalah adanya koordinasi yang baik antara pihak yayasan dengan madrasah, guru yang kompeten, jenis kitab yang sesuai dengan perkembangan siswa, dan dukungan wali murid. Faktor penghambat yang dijumpai adalah banyak siswa tidak berasal dari pondok pesantren sehingga memerlukan penyesuaian diri dalam mempelajari kitab kuning, serta metode pengajaran yang digunakan guru cenderung konvensional. Dampak pembelajaran kitab kuning yang diketahui adalah terbentuknya siswa yang berakhlak mulia dalam hal pembelajaran, beragama, dan berkehidupan sosial.

In the world of Islamic education, learning the Tahfidz Quran needs to receive a positive response and serious attention, especially regarding learning strategies. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the role playing game learning method in improving student learning outcomes in the material on adab towards corpses in class IX of Roushon Fikr Islamic Middle School. The research method used is quantitative with a pre-test and post-test design. The research population was all students in class IX of Roushon Fikr Islamic Middle School for the 2023/2024 academic year, with a sample of 28 students selected randomly. The research instrument used was multiple choice questions to measure student learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using paired t-test to compare pre-test and post-test results. The research results showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes after implementing the role playing game method (p < 0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the role playing game method is effective in improving student learning outcomes on adab towards corpses in class IX of Roushon Fikr Islamic Middle School.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan desain pembelajaran yang berbasis perencanaan, efektif, dan efisien. Ustadz mungkin bisa memasukkan desain model ke dalam proses pembelajarannya seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Ketika mengadopsi paradigma pembelajaran model Assure, pengajar juga harus mampu mengembangkan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Paradigma pembelajaran fikih melalui model Assure dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dengan mengidentifikasi karakteristik santri, gaya belajar, pemilihan teknik, media, dan bahan ajar yang tepat, serta melibatkan santri secara aktif dalam pembelajaran, penggunaan model Assure untuk kajian fiqh dapat meningkatkan variabilitas pembelajaran dan keterampilan berpikir kritis santri. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Fiqh, Model Assure, Berfikir Kritis.

Abstract

This research began with the researcher's interest in the application of religious moderation values in the Darun Najah Ngijo Madrasah Aliyah Karangploso Malang environment. Therefore, the problems examined in writing the final assignment are: 1) How to implement the values of religious moderation in the Madrasah Aliyah Darun Najah Ngijo Karangploso Malang 2) How to implement the values of religious moderation in the Madrasah Aliyah Darun Najah Ngijo Karangploso Malang environment. 3) How to evaluate the implementation of religious moderation values within Madrasah Aliyah Darun Najah. To answer this problem, researchers used qualitative research methods to obtain data. Researchers used data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation as complementary research aids. Religious moderation as a perspective can be a solution for mutual openness and mutual acceptance of differences between regions, ethnicities, races and cultures as well as religion, one of which is through additional learning of Ahlussunnah Waljamaah (ASWAJA) education in its subjects. The results of this research can be concluded that the implementation of religious moderation values at Madrasah Aliyah Darun Najah has been running and has been implemented smoothly and well because there are also many factors that support students to better understand and apply religious moderation in their daily lives in the environment school.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently grappling with the erosion of the nation's character. Various incidents in recent years have provided evidence of this. The cultivation of societal character needs to commence at the earliest stages, particularly focusing on children. The formative years, such as childhood or elementary school age, play a pivotal role in shaping an individual's character. Early-molded and ingrained characters tend to retain these traits strongly. Recognizing this, the government of Kab. Pasuruan implemented a policy mandating Madrasah Diniyah (Madin) attendance. This underscores the issue of student morality and ethical deficiency as integral aspects of the broader educational challenge. Hence, a strategic solution is imperative, such as enforcing compulsory education policies for Madrasah Diniyah. The present research seeks to explore the correlation between comprehension of Islamic religious education and the cultivation of core character traits at Madrasah Diniyah Nurudz Dzolam Pasuruan. We will gather data using a quantitative approach through observation and questionnaire methods. The study population consists of 46 students from grades 4, 5, and 6 at Madrasah Diniyah Nurudz Dzolam. The research findings reveal a significant association between comprehension of Islamic religious education and the development of character traits among the students. It can be seen from rxy = 0.385 with p = 0.002 (< 0.05), with low categories.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the religious character that students have after participating in congregational prayer activities at school. This research was conducted at SMP Darul Ulum Kepuhdoko involving 30 randomly selected students in grades VII, VIII, and IX. The method used is a qualitative survey using a closed questionnaire instrument with four options: always, often, rarely, and never. The collected data was analyzed descriptively. The research results showed that students’ religious character was in the high category (83%). The majority of male and female students have high religious character, only a small number have moderate religious character, and none have low religious character. This shows that congregational prayer activities have a positive influence on improving the religious character of students at SMP Darul Ulum Kepuhdoko.
