Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out how far the implementation of Pancasila in its function as a state ideology and how Pancasila is related to politics and its existence as the basis of Indonesian national legal politics. Pancasila as the basis of the state with the function of being the source of all sources of law, which means that the implementation of all aspects related to law in the state must pay attention to the existence of Pancasila. In the life of the nation and state, Pancasila is a view of life in all aspects of life. At this time, Pancasila dominantly plays a role as a benchmark and identity in state administration. The values ​​contained in Pancasila are made into ideology thanks to the unity of purpose in the struggle for independence for the nation. These values ​​must also be a reference in all policies made for the public interest. Politics is generally known as a phenomenon related to citizens concerning general decisions and power. Politics in Indonesia, which is a state of law, must of course be in accordance with the Pancasila ideology which has the basic values ​​of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and justice that are universal and permanent. The implementation of legal politics in accordance with the basis of the state will certainly be a policy that is in accordance with the ideals of democracy, which is to take large sides with the people as the holder of sovereignty in the state. Pancasila as a legal ideal must be used as the basis and purpose of every law in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of Civics learning through the implementation of Lesson Study implementation of cooperative learning model in MAN 2 Mataram Model. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, because the main concern of this study is to analyze the implementation of Lesson Study. The outputs of this research are scientific articles and PPKn learning tools in the form of lesson plans and learning media. Collecting data in this study using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively with the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Lesson Study of the application of the cooperative learning model in Civics subjects at MAN 2 Mataram Model had been carried out for 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of three activities, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, and (3) reflection. In cycle 1, the planning carried out was the reconstruction of the lesson plans for class XI in the first semester, the main material: basic concepts of obligations and human rights by integrating cooperative learning models of a combination of Talking Stick and Snowball Throwing types, as well as developing PowerPoint media. At the time of implementation, the model teacher was the PPKn teacher at the school. Meanwhile, the research team acted as observers. The results of cycle 1 reflections show that there are positive things that must be maintained, among others, PowerPoint media that is attractive and easy to understand and a pleasant classroom atmosphere. However, there are also other things that must be improved, namely the existence of learning activities that are not carried out according to the lesson plan. In class 2, the planning carried out was the reconstruction of the lesson plans for class XI semester I, the main material: the substance of obligations and human rights in Pancasila by applying the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model, as well as the development of PowerPoint media. At the time of implementation, the model teacher was the lead researcher. Meanwhile, members of the research team and PPKn teachers acted as observers. The results of cycle 2 reflection show that the implementation of learning is in accordance with the lesson plan. In class 3, the planning carried out is the reconstruction of the lesson plans for class XI semester I, the main material: Cases of human rights violations in Indonesia by applying a cooperative learning model of a combination of Make Match and Snowball Throwing types, as well as developing PowerPoint, video, and paired cards media. At the implementation stage, the model teacher is the PPKn teacher at the school. Meanwhile, the research team acted as observers. The results of the reflection of cycle 3 show that the implementation of learning is also in accordance with the lesson plan.

Abstract

Basic Competencies of Sociology subjects in SMA/MA show the potential for developing local wisdom-based learning as an effort to strengthen students' character. For this reason, it is necessary to prepare learning tools, in the form of textbooks which should also be in accordance with the needs for achieving the intended KD. The textbooks referred to in fact have not been developed by Sociology teachers at SMA/MA in North Lombok. Therefore, a research was conducted with the aim of producing a local wisdom-based sociology textbook that could be implemented as an effort to strengthen the character of SMA/MA students in North Lombok. For this reason, development research was carried out with activity stages, namely needs analysis, drafting of textbooks, validation tests by a team of experts, and revisions. The results of the study show that textbooks based on local wisdom are needed because they are a necessity to help students achieve the predetermined KD. Textbooks based on local wisdom of the people of North Lombok are also not yet available. This makes Sociology learning in SMA/MA in North Lombok not contextual, and does not contribute to strengthening students' character. Based on the needs analysis, a draft textbook for class XII semester II which consists of two chapters is drawn up according to the number of KD knowledge that is targeted to be achieved in that semester. The innovation in the textbook is to integrate the local wisdom of the people of North Lombok to illustrate the various existing materials, so that the material in the textbook is interesting, easy to understand and meaningful, which is not only building knowledge but also as an effort to strengthen character. The results of expert assessments of textbooks are very good and are ready to be tested for their effectiveness, which is planned for the next stage of research.

Abstract

            This study was motivated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced various lives to change so rapidly that the world of education had to adapt in the midst of chaos that threatens the safety of learning citizens. This situation encourages the Government to formulate learning policy innovations as an anchor for learning interaction modes, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects which have specific characteristics compared to other subjects. On that basis, I saw the urgency to conduct research on learning innovations in PAI Education during the COVID-19 Pandemic in the City of Mataram. This study is a qualitative-descriptive field research. The data collected was analyzed using a grounded research paradigm where the data was extracted using several techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques using purposive sampling technique. PJJ in its implementation is not as smooth as expected. The issues complained of are quite diverse. Starting from devices such as laptops and cellphones. Not all parents of students are able to facilitate their children with cellphones and laptops, especially since Corona, many parents have been laid off from their places of work, so that the family economy becomes more difficult. Inadequate internet network is also one of the obstacles in PJJ. PJJ conducted at home makes the discipline level of students decrease as many students are still late to enter the virtual learning room.

Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) gender equality in access to education for women in Sade Hamlet, Rembitan Village, Central Lombok Regency (2) gender equality in access to work for women in Sade Hamlet, Rembitan Village, Central Lombok Regency. This research was conducted in Sade Hamlet, Rembitan Village, Central Lombok Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with the case study method. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study found that: 1) gender equality in access to education there is gender equality between men and women where women get the same rights and opportunities in education that are equal to men, 2) gender equality in access to work for women there is equality gender relations between men and women where women get the same rights and opportunities in jobs that are equal to men.

Abstract

The State of Indonesia has a culture that is very diverse in form and characteristics of each. At the local level, there is a tradition of giving alms to the earth which is carried out by the people of Dibee Village, Kalitengah District, Lamongan Regency. It is interesting to know how this tradition has continued until now, and the values ​​contained therein. Behind that, the tradition of giving alms to the earth is an expression of the people's gratitude for the sustenance to God Almighty. More than that, through this tradition, with prayers, residents hope that next year's harvest will be better. This value is related to the farming culture which is the main livelihood of the community. In addition, through this tradition, the community maintains an emotional bond with nature and respects the surrounding environment. Sociologically, the almsgiving earth tradition has values ​​contained in Pancasila, namely building togetherness among residents of Dibee Village, Kalitengah District, Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

This writing discusses the tolerance of living in harmony with various ethnic groups in Surabaya in the history of social interactions that have occurred between the people of Suarabaya. Surabaya has so far lived in a multicultural manner, between residents no longer discriminatively discriminate on issues of ethnicity, religion and level of social welfare among fellow citizens, can live in harmony and side by side with one another. This condition is due, among other things, to long historical factors and a willingness to accept differences as an inevitability of social life. Surabaya values diversity and equality. According to Fikser, in this city, all kinds of ethnicities, tribes or races can be found. Starting from the Javanese, Batak, Karo, Papua, Madura, Dayak, Bugis, and so on. In addition, there are also Chinese, Arab, Indian and Korean communities. The attitude of respect for differences and diversity shown by the people of Surabaya is very compatible with the spirit of multiculturalism that has developed in the last few decades. As is known, multiculturalism is an understanding that recognizes differences in equality, both individually and in groups, within a cultural framework.

Abstract

The Sambori Indigenous People are a community known for their local wisdom. This study aims to find out the local wisdom of the Sambori Indigenous People and how to continue to preserve the local wisdom of the Sambori Indigenous People as a reinforcement of national identity. This research uses a literature study method with data analysis techniques using this analysis technique. The conclusion of this study is that the Sambori Indigenous People have several local pearls of wisdom, namely the Pamali Manggodo Tradition, Uma Lengge Sambori, Rimpu, Rawa Mbojo, Nggana ra Nggoa Traditional Ceremony (Birth), Suna ro Ndoso Traditional Ceremony (Circumcision), Nika ra Neku Traditional Ceremony (Wedding), Ampa Fare Ceremony (ceremonies of the growing and harvesting seasons). The local wisdom of the Sambori Indigenous People can be preserved as a reinforcement of national identity by means of social counseling, the establishment of customary forums, and the procurement of cultural festivals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of contextual teaching and learning models in phase E mutual aid material class X. This research uses a literature study method with data analysis techniques using this analysis technique. The conclusion in this study is that the application of the contextual teaching and learning model to the phase E mutual aid material of class X is carried out with the first few stages of the teacher conveying learning outcomes, the two students are divided into several groups, the three students from each group are given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss, the four teachers direct the students to Conduct contextual learning activities with the theme of mutual cooperation, and finally, the teacher conducts evaluations and assessments.

Abstract

Correctional Centers are institutions to carry out community guidance, in this case, it is different from Correctional Institutions where Correctional Institutions are places to carry out coaching for prisoners and correctional students. This study aims to find out how the role of guidance is carried out by the Correctional Center for clients of correctional children at the Mataram Correctional Center. This study uses a qualitative method that is descriptive. The conclusion of this study is that the Mataram Community Center in carrying out guidance has a role, namely Providing counseling and social guidance, Providing counseling and social guidance, and Conducting research on various elements of the correctional system with the aim of change.
