Abstract

The new features launched by Facebook have made many entrepreneurs take advantage of the Facebook marketplace to promote their products to consumers. Although the Facebook marketplace is relatively new compared to other marketplaces, Facebook itself is familiar in various circles of society, especially in its use, Facebook is very easy to use so that users quickly understand access. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and environment on entrepreneurial interest both partially and simultaneously. The method in this study uses descriptive quantitative research and quantitative research approach using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observation and documentation. in addition, the population of this study are entrepreneurs in the Facebook Marketplace Kupang City which can not be known the exact number so that the sample withdrawal is done using random sampling with lemeshow formula obtained 96 samples. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression using SPSS version 21 data. Hypothesis testing is done with the t test and the F test where before using this test the classical assumption test is performed. Partial test results show that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, environmental variables have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Simultaneous test results show that the variables of motivation and environment simultaneously affect the interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The realization of local revenue from 2020-2022 has increased and decreased. Local revenue is a source of funds obtained within its own territory consisting of local tax revenue, local levy revenue, other legitimate local revenue and revenue from returns. This research uses a type of qualitative data that is time series using secondary data. The research was conducted at the Tax And Levy Management Agency (BPPRD) Bandar Lampung City. The population of this research billboard tax realization and target report Bandar Lampung City in the year 2020-2022. The sample of this research is billboard tax realization and target report Bandar Lampung City in the year 2020-2022. Data processing includes tabulation and data processing. The results of this study are that the effectiveness of the target report of Bandar Lampung Township in the 2020 fiscal year is 82.98% quite effective, the 2021 fiscal year is 87.84% quite effective, the 2022 fiscal year is 93.19% effective, and the total effectiveness obtained by the billboard tax realization is 88.00% quite effective based on the effectiveness criteria. The contribution of Advertisiment Tax to the Original Revenue of Bandar Lampung City in the year 2020 is low, in the year 2021 it is low, and in the year 2022 it is low, and the contribution rate of 4.90% is still low under the contribution criterion

Abstract

This research was conducted because initial observations showed that MSMEs in the area experienced fundamental symptoms that generally occur in small/medium industries, namely,there are weaknesses in the entrepreneurial field such as lack of motivation, innovation, not daring to take risks, passive, and tend to wait.Consumers who aim to determine the effect of entrepreneurship motivation and entrepreneurial orientation on business performence in culinary MSMEs in Oebobo District, Kupang City, both partially and simultaneously. The method in this study uses quantitative research and associative approach using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation data collection techniques, besides the population in this study is culinary MSMEs located in Oebobo District Kupang City, amounting to 117 with sample calculations carried out using the formula Taro Yamane so that 90 samples were obtained.The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression using SPSS version 21 data. Hypothesis testing was carried out by t-test and F-test where before using this test, the classical assumption test was carried out. The results of the partial test show that the entrepreneurial motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on business performance, the entrepreneurial orientation variable has a positive and significant effect on the business performance of culinary MSMEs, Oebobo District Kupang City. The result of the simultaneous test show that the variables of entrepreneurial orientation have a simultaneous effect on the Business Performance of MSMEs Oebobo District Kupang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and educational background on employee productivity in the Pesawaran Regency Fisheries Service. The data used in this study is primary data data obtained from the source, namely through respondents who fill out questionnaires. The analysis technique is done through validity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypotheses and multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that simultaneously the influence of competence and educational background has a significant and positive effect on employee work productivity in the Pesawaran Regency Fisheries Service, and partially each variable has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Thus to increase work productivity must pay attention to competency factors and educational factors

Abstract

This research examines the impact of digital transformation on the performance of MSMEs in Indonesia through secondary data analysis from various published studies. Digital transformation, which includes the use of digital technology to change business processes and interactions with customers, has become the key to maintaining the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. Analysis was carried out on the factors that influence the success of digital transformation and its impact on MSME performance. The main findings of this research show that leadership behavior and formality have a significant influence on the use of digital media, while entrepreneurial leadership directly and indirectly influences the performance of MSMEs. Digital marketing and marketing capabilities have also been proven to improve MSME performance. In addition, digital literacy plays an important role in supporting digital transformation and the competitiveness of micro and small businesses. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of digital technology by MSMEs, which has had a positive impact on their performance. Digital transformation models adapted to the specific conditions of MSMEs during the pandemic have proven effective in accelerating the transformation process and improving performance. Ecosystem-based digital platforms help MSMEs integrate strategic knowledge sources and respond to dynamic environmental changes, increasing their innovation and competitiveness in the global market

Abstract

ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting has become a major focus in current business practices, playing a vital role in measuring companies' sustainable performance. This article aims to identify the challenges and opportunities in ESG reporting practices, with a specific emphasis on the role of accounting. Through comprehensive literature analysis, this study outlines various challenges faced in ESG reporting, including inconsistencies and standards, complexities in measuring environmental, social, and governance aspects, as well as increasing regulations and compliance related to ESG reporting. On the other hand, the research also identifies opportunities to enhance transparency, accountability, and sustainable performance of companies through ESG reporting practices. Stakeholder engagement, especially investors and consumers, is a critical factor in the success of ESG reporting practices. However, challenges remain in managing their expectations and needs effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective the implementation of Sritex management and rewards is in reducing employee turnover Music Group in Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quantitative research design for its investigation. Fifty-five respondents, all of whom work in a band in Bandar Lampung, were interviewed for this study. Probability sampling using a quota sampling approach was used in this study. Two independent variables (X1 and X2), one dependent variable (Y). Validity, reliability, models, and hypothesis testing are components of this investigation. The regression analysis used is simple and multiple regression. The results of the study emphasize that employee turnover intentions (Y) are influenced by Sritex management (X1) by 33.3%. The magnitude of the influence of appreciation (X2) in reducing employee turnover intentions (Y) is 32.2%. Sritex management (X1) and rewards (X2) together have an effect on reducing employee turnover intentions by 38.5%.

Abstract

This research is conducted to analyze the working capital turnover, company size, inventory turnover, and sales growth of profit growth. The population in this study used secondary data on financial reports from property and Real Estate sub- sector companies for the 2018-2021 period which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as many as 46 companies. The research used a purposive sampling method and obtained 33 companies as samples. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. The test results showed that working capital turnover had a negative and significant effect on profit growth. Company size and sales growth have a positive and significant effect on profit growth. While inventory turnover has no significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

Marketing of educational products is a key element in increasing the attractiveness and success of educational institutions in a competitive market. This study aims to explore effective marketing strategies for various educational products, including educational programs, tutoring services, learning materials, and educational facilities. This study uses qualitative methods to identify and analyze best practices in marketing educational products through literature studies and data analysis from academic sources. This research method is a literature study with a qualitative approach. This research method uses a qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of marketing educational products. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including educational product managers, customers, and marketing experts. The results of the study indicate that effective marketing strategies for educational products involve several key elements. Proper market segmentation helps in understanding the target group and tailoring marketing strategies to their needs. Product differentiation, by highlighting competitive advantages, such as unique curricula and superior facilities, is also an important factor. Digital marketing, including the use of websites and social media, and reputation management through testimonials and reviews, has been shown to increase visibility and attract prospective students. These findings provide insight into how an integrated marketing strategy can increase the attractiveness and success of educational institutions

Abstract

Financial inclusion is an important aspect of sustainable economic development. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), as the largest sharia bank in Indonesia, has a strategic role in expanding access to public financial services, especially through micro sharia products. This article aims to explore BSI's role in increasing financial inclusion and the challenges it faces in implementing sharia micro products. Through empirical data analysis studies, this article identifies various challenges such as low financial literacy, technological limitations, and high operational costs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research results show that BSI has great potential in expanding financial access for lower society, but requires more effective strategies to overcome various obstacles
