Abstract

Mastitis is an udder infection that affects many dairy farms in Indonesia. Many causes can be identified to see the etiology. This study was conducted to determine the bacteria that causes mastitis and attacks dairy farms in the Bandung Regency Region. Based on the results of isolation and identification by examination of Blood Agar Media (BAP), Catalase Test, Coagulase Test, Gram staining, and DNAse Test of milk samples taken from three farm areas in Warnasari and Babakan Kiara in Pengalengan District and Citawa District Kertasari District, the bacteria that cause mastitis are Staphylococcus aureus COPS and CONS, Staphylococcus pyogenes, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Staphylococcus saprophytes. The characteristics of Clinical symptoms analysis from the bacteria causing subclinical Mastitis as seen as udder redness, swelling, and fever. There are tissue necrosis in the nipple and part of the udder. The milk parenchyma becomes fribillated, and the milk produced becomes mixed with blood, drips continuously, and appears watery in the presence of flakes, clots, and mucus. Implementation Early, prompt, and accurate diagnostic examinations must be carried out to prevent the occurrence of subclinical mastitis so that the objective can benefit the farmers for the future livelihood of the farm

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia has entered a new phase in the development of modern transportation infrastructure, namely high-speed trains initiated by PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China. The design of the facility operated is an Electrical Multiple Unit (EMU) CR400AF that can drive up to speeds of 350 km / h. Of course, high train speed requires the reliability of railway road infrastructure, including the geometry and components of rail roads. The technical specifications of high-speed rail roads have been regulated in the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 7 of 2022. The type of rail used by high-speed railway line components with a rail road width of 1435 mm is type R60 rail. However, the determination of the type of high-speed railway in Indonesia has not been completed by analyzing the strength of the rail structure in bearing the load working on it. Thus, this study discusses the influence of rail road geometry on the speed of facilities and evaluates the strength of Type R60 rail structures in receiving high-speed train loads. The analysis method uses the Beam on Elastic Foundation (BOEF) method which assumes the behavior of rails as continuous beams that receive loads on elastic foundation pedestals. The results of the study found that the value of the realized radius and minimum radius of the horizontal arch respectively amounted to 9,500 m and 8,502.94 m greater than the horizontal arch permit radius of 7,000 m, while for the value of the permit radius and vertical radius of the vertical arch of 25,000 m. So that the optimization of the horizontal curved radius to 8,502.94 m to be more in line with the ability of the path to serve passing facilities and is expected to be more effective and efficient in planning. The static load and dynamic load of the EMU wheel CR400AF of 81,662.50 N and 243,522.90 N. The maximum voltage and rail clearance voltage were obtained at 134.53 N/mm2 and 228.57 N/mm2. The strength of the rails is written in the form of a safety factor (SF) number. The calculation results show that the most critical SF value of the rail in receiving the load of high-speed trains is 1.70. Based on the results of BoEF calculations, R60 type rails have a high safety value in withstanding static loads and dynamic loads of high-speed trains.

Abstract

Transportation is one of the state's tools to drive the economy, the Jabodetabek community already has a fairly good means of transportation, one of which is the Transjakarta Bus. Transjakarta buses have also developed their routes and one of the routes that is quite busy is Puri Beta 2 - Latuharhari corridor L13E. Although Transjakarta Route L13E is operated by Express, there are still problems with the frequency of bus arrivals. This is because the L13E route does not fully have a dedicated path. There are still some segments mixed with other traffic. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Transjakarta Bus Performance of Puri Beta 2 – Latuharhari L13E Route. The method used for this research is a survey method to the field to obtain research data. After the data is obtained, then an operational performance analysis will be carried out on performance indicators based on the standards of the Decree of the Director General of Land Transportation No.SK.687 / AJ.206 / DRJD / 2002. From the results of the study of seven operational performance indicators referring to the Decree of the Directorate General of Land Transportation No.687 / AJ.206 / DRJD / 2002 obtained five indicators with category A (Good), namely: 1) Headway (time between), 2) Load Factor (Load Factor), 3) Travel speed, 4) Service Time, 5) Waiting time. While there are 2 indicators with category B (Medium), namely: 1) Frequency, 2) Travel Time. Based on the overall assessment of the Operational Performance of the Directorate General of Land Transportation Decree No.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002, Transjakarta Bus L13E obtained an A or Good grade. Based on the calculation of the maximum load factor, it is found that the bus stop that has the highest number of passengers or maximum load factor on weekday morning direction 1 towards Latuharhari is Adam Malik stop to Velbak stop, this also happens on weekend morning direction 1 towards Latuharhari, this is because Adam Malik bus stop is a bus stop that is quite busy with universities and densely populated areas and is also one of the stops of choice for the surrounding community to travel to the center city. In this study, it was also found that the maximum load factor on Weekday afternoon direction 2 towards Puri Beta 2 occurred at the Patra Kuningan stop to the Velbak stop, this is because the Patra Kuningan stop is an office area and also the Velbak stop is one of the choices for service users to be able to move to other modes of transportation.

Abstract

Foreign capital flows to EMEs have increased significantly since 2004. After falling sharply in 2008 due to the global crisis, foreign capital flows then increased sharply until 2013 and declined thereafter due to the influence of Fed tapering policy. The results of VECM testing on sample data 2013.Q1 - 2021.Q1 in Indonesia show that there is indeed an influence of macroprudential policy. The nature of macroprudential policy on capital outflows is only a buffer policy, so a combination of other economic mix policies is needed. The right policy forms can be in the form of triple intervention policy in the spot market, domestic non-deliverable forward (DNDF) market and SBN purchases from the secondary market.

Abstract

Capital structure is an important company funding decision, especially for companies in developing countries. Apart from that, capital structure shows the combination of various funding methods managed by the company, where the way a company finances is very relevant for investors, directors and all other stakeholders. Thus, funding decisions have a direct influence on company value. There is an argument about how mixing debt and assets in a capital structure impacts a company's value. Furthermore, the determining factors that can have an influence on a company's capital structure are still debated in financial studies. This study uses leverage as the dependent variable in the 2013-2022 period by examining 30 banking company objects in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using STATA V.17 to answer the panel data analysis of this research. The financial ratios reviewed are the liquidity ratio, The era of volatility, growth opportunities, bank size and external macroeconomic variables where inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) are the basis of companies' problems in financing their capital structure. The results show that banks in Indonesia have high leverage, where each business company applies differences in its finances. Return on assets, growth opportunity, inflation show a positive and significant relationship with leverage on debt and assets. Profit volatility, tangibility, bank size and Gross Domestic Product show a negative and significant relationship. In terms of research, the research has limitations which are expected to include all banking companies in Indonesia and add external macroeconomic variables to further identify capital structure values ??such as exchange rates and interest rates.

Abstract

Transcultural nursing is the study and practice of nursing that focuses on the similarities and differences in cultural values, beliefs, and actions, both individuals and groups. The goal is to provide nursing actions that are based on universal culture and specific culture, both in providing health promotion, and helping patients deal with unpleasant conditions, illness, death where culturally meaningful. This research uses a literature study method analyzed from several journals, research results, using internet media related to the topic taken. The results showed that transcultural nursing is a nursing care process that is focused on individuals and groups to maintain, improve healthy behavior according to cultural background. The study of nursing care in a cultural context is needed to bridge the differences in knowledge possessed by nurses with patients or clients. Transcultural nursing diagnoses can identify actions needed to maintain a culture that matches health goals, form a new culture that is appropriate to health, or even replace a culture that is not appropriate to health into a new culture. The planning and implementation of the transcultural nursing process is made after the nurse understands the cultural background of the patient or client, so that the actions carried out can be in accordance with the client's culture and health goals are achieved. The evaluation of transcultural nursing care is closely attached to the planning and implementation of the transcultural nursing care process. This theory can be used in providing nursing care by considering aspects of culture, values, norms, and religion. This theory can be used to complement other conceptual theories in nursing care.

Abstract

Social License to Operate (SLO) or is a measure that describes the quality of relationships between stakeholders, especially the community and the company. This SLO is the final result or resultant of a series of previous activities including: issue identification, stakeholder identification, stakeholder mapping, stakeholder involvement and implementation of Community Development and Empowerment or PPM programs. This research aims to: 1) what is the pattern of stakeholder engagement carried out by the company, 2) what is the pattern of implementation of the PPM program carried out by the company, 3) what is the comparison of SLO values between local communities and immigrants/transmigrants, 4) what strategy should the company carry out regarding stakeholders engagement refers to the SLO value and 5) how the company contributes to achieving the SDGs. The research location was in four PT XYZ ring 1 villages in Tenggarong Seberang District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, namely Embalut Village, Separi Village, Bangunrejo Village and Kertabuana Village. The results of the research show that the SLO value of local residents' villages during the operational period was higher than the SLO value of transmigrant villages, namely 3.77 versus 3.46. Meanwhile, during the mine closure period, the SLO value of local villages wasmuch lower than that of trans villages, namely 2.63 compared to 3.19. Referring to these results, the researchers recommend that companies carry out better stakeholder mapping and involvement so that community acceptance, especially local communities, of the company becomes better. This is very important so that when the company wants to do new business other than coal after the mine closure process is accepted by the government it can run smoothly without any significant social risks arising.
