Abstract

Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang kemudahan, perlindungan, dan pemberdayaan koperasi serta UMKM memberikan peluang bagi usaha kecil untuk berkembang. Salah satu faktor utama dalam perkembangan UMKM adalah pengembangan kompetensi karyawan untuk meningkatkan daya saing kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan kompetensi karyawan dalam mendukung daya saing usaha di Warkop Tea House, Luwu Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi karyawan, melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan, berdampak positif terhadap daya saing kewirausahaan. Strategi bisnis yang efektif dan kompetensi yang diperoleh melalui pelatihan mampu meningkatkan kinerja usaha di tengah persaingan dan perubahan pola pasar yang cepat. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan kompetensi karyawan secara berkelanjutan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era globalisasi.

Abstract

This article examines the potential trajectory of Indonesia's foreign policy under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto. Drawing on Prabowo's past statements, actions as Defense Minister, and early moves as President, the analysis projects how Indonesia may navigate key regional and global challenges. The research finds that Prabowo is likely to pursue a more assertive and hands-on foreign policy approach compared to his predecessor, while still adhering to Indonesia's foundational "free and active" doctrine. Key areas of focus are expected to include strengthening Indonesia's position within ASEAN, carefully balancing relations with major powers like the US and China, boosting defense capabilities and diplomacy, and elevating Indonesia's role as an influential middle power. However, Indonesia will face constraints in fully realizing a more muscular foreign policy due to domestic priorities and limited hard power capabilities. Prabowo's foreign policy will likely blend nationalist rhetoric with pragmatic engagement, as Indonesia seeks to enhance its strategic autonomy and global influence amid shifting geopolitical dynamics.

Abstract

Di tengah arus globalisasi, organisasi dituntut untuk memiliki tenaga kerja yang kompeten demi mempertahankan dan meningkatkan daya saing. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, kepemimpinan menjadi elemen penting, khususnya gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Karyawan yang dipimpin secara transformasional cenderung merasa dihargai dan termotivasi, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerjanya. Di sisi lain, pelatihan juga berperan penting dalam membekali karyawan dengan keterampilan baru maupun menyegarkan kemampuan yang telah dimiliki. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di lingkungan kerja, khususnya di BUM Desa Sido Makmur. Dua faktor utama yang dianalisis adalah “gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan pelatihan” serta mempertimbangkan “motivasi kerja” sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini adalah studi kuantitatif yang mengumpulkan data survei dari karyawan BUM Desa Sido Makmur. Analisisnya menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan pelatihan secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja semakin memperkuat efek tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan mengedepankan penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dan melaksanakan pelatihan secara berkelanjutan, serta terus memelihara dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja guna mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

In the fast-paced digital era, the bus transportation industry is undergoing significant transformation, especially in how consumers behavior when booking transportation. PO Sinar Dempo, a well-established bus operator in Sumatra, recognizes the need to adapt by developing an integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategy. This study aims to explore how promotional elements such as advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, and digital marketing influence consumer attitudes and, ultimately, their online ticket purchase intentions. A quantitative approach was applied by distributing a structured questionnaire to 250 respondents who are users of Sinar Dempo services. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings reveal that digital marketing, advertising, personal selling and sales promotion have a significant impact on shaping consumer attitudes, which then influence their intention to purchase.  Beyond promotional impacts, this research also examines both internal and external strategic factors that influence Sinar Dempo competitive position. Internal analysis using STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), the 7P Marketing Mix, and VRIO framework was complemented by external analysis through Porter’s Five Forces, PESTEL, competitor mapping, and customer analysis. These insights were synthesized into a comprehensive TOWS Matrix to formulate actionable strategies. Through this holistic approach, Sinar Dempo is expected to strengthen customer loyalty, expand its digital market presence, and optimize service offerings that cater to both modern digital consumers and those who still prefer traditional booking methods.

Abstract

Ruptur uteri pada awal kehamilan adalah komplikasi yang jarang namun berpotensi mengancam jiwa, sering kali disebabkan oleh trauma. Kejadian ini terjadi lebih sering pada wanita dengan bekas luka operasi pada uterus, dengan insiden 5,1 per 100.000. Diagnosis dan penanganan yang cepat sangat penting untuk meningkatkan outcome ibu dan janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kasus ruptur uteri pada awal kehamilan yang disebabkan oleh trauma serta untuk menilai pentingnya diagnosis dan intervensi dini dalam menangani komplikasi ini. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus terhadap seorang wanita berusia 37 tahun, gravida 4 para 3, hamil 16-17 minggu, yang dirujuk ke IGD RSUDZA dengan keluhan sesak napas dan nyeri perut pasca kecelakaan lalu lintas. Pasien menjalani USG trans-vaginal dan laparotomi eksplorasi darurat. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan adanya hematothorax dan hemoperitoneum, dan selama laparotomi eksplorasi ditemukan robekan pada fundus dan korpus posterior uterus dengan janin di rongga perut. Jahitan hemostatik dilakukan pada bagian uterus yang robek. Ruptur uteri pada awal kehamilan merupakan kegawatdaruratan obstetrik yang dapat terjadi akibat trauma dan harus segera ditangani untuk menghindari risiko tinggi bagi ibu dan janin. Tanda-tanda klinisnya tidak spesifik dan sering kali harus dibedakan dengan kondisi akut lainnya, seperti kehamilan ektopik. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya diagnosis cepat dan tindakan medis yang tepat dalam mengelola ruptur uteri, serta perlunya perhatian ekstra terhadap wanita hamil yang mengalami trauma untuk mencegah komplikasi fatal.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology compels governments to innovate in enhancing the quality of digital-based public services. One form of implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) is the immigration service transformation conducted by the Directorate General of Immigration through the launch of the Modul Lalu Lintas Orang Asing (Molina) application. This service enables applicants to submit stay permit applications online, streamlining and accelerating the service process. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SPBE in immigration stay permit services and identify emerging challenges. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with a case study at the South Jakarta Class I Non-TPI Immigration Office. The findings indicate that SPBE implementation through Molina has improved service efficiency and accessibility, but also presents new challenges, particularly in field monitoring and misuse of permits. The study concludes that successful digital transformation must be supported by adaptive control systems and stakeholder involvement. The implication is the need for strengthening institutional capacity and surveillance technologies to ensure the sustainability, accountability, and trustworthiness of digital public services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang digunakan oleh @nails.bycica, penyedia layanan nail art di Yogyakarta, melalui media instagram. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung melalui Instagram @nails.bycica, wawancara secara langsung dengan pemilik, dan tinjauan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemilik Instagram @nails.bycica secara efektif memanfaatkan fitur interaktif Instagram, seperti konten estetik yang konsisten (desain nail art, testimoni pelanggan, promosi), sesi tanya jawab (Q&A), dan repost story, untuk membangun kestabilan merek dan berinteraksi dengan target audiensnya, yang didominasi perempuan muda. Metrik interaksi yang tinggi dan testimoni menjadi peran penting dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan dan mendorong promosi mulut ke mulut, selaras dengan tahap share dalam model AISAS. Mengukur keberhasilan bisnis ini dengan cara menargetkan tingkat keterlibatan minimal 10% dari pengikutnya, melalui insight ini untuk optimasi berkelanjutan. Wawancara melalui konsumen lebih lanjut mengaskan untuk tampilan instagram yang menarik secara visual, informatif, dan selaluo diperbarui, ditambah dengan penggalaman pelanggan yang positif adalah pendorong minal awal dan kunjungan berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media Instagram tidak hanya sebagai alat promosi tetapi juga sebagai platform untuk membangun hubungan pelanggan dan memperkuat posisi merek di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the resilience of domestic wastewater management infrastructure in Jakarta, especially the Jakarta Sewerage Development Project (JSDP), and formulate a number of policy recommendations. The method used in this paper is qualitative with an analytical type. In conducting the analysis and formulating policy recommendations, the researcher is based on an incremental model that emphasizes improvements to existing policies. The results of this paper indicate that the development of JSDP is a policy that is very much needed by the community to overcome the minimal coverage of domestic wastewater management services in Jakarta which has an impact on health. In order for JSDP to be a resilient infrastructure as well as an infrastructure to support social and economic resilience, the application of six principles of infrastructure resilience is needed. In addition, active community involvement in the decision-making process is also needed to create more measurable conditions and mutual supervision. Although the development of JSDP has reflected the goals of sustainable development, this project still poses challenges to the environmental dimension because it triggers deforestation and reduces the existence of green open spaces. Therefore, the researcher formulates several policy recommendations including general recommendations, recommendations related to technical and construction issues, recommendations related to environmental issues, recommendations related to social and institutional issues, and recommendations related to financing issues.

Abstract

This research is driven by the need of PLN Distribution Main Unit to mitigate the extreme risk of high account balances on the 21st of each month, which can disrupt cash flow and financial performance. One mitigation strategy is replacing conventional kWh meters with Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), or two-way meters, which allow remote disconnection. The purpose of this study is to prioritize customers for meter replacement based on limited material availability and to optimize replacement routes under restricted team resources. The method used involves the K-means algorithm for customer segmentation, validated by silhouette score, which resulted in six optimal clusters. Genetic algorithm was then applied to determine the most efficient routes based on distance and time. The results showed that the optimal route had a minimum total travel distance of 1,434.29 km and a total time of 18,868.58 minutes, using a population size of 50 chromosomes and 500 generations. This study is expected to offer an effective solution for improving operational efficiency and risk mitigation at PLN.

Abstract

Digital transformation driven by the smart city concept has encouraged local governments to integrate information technology into public services. However, high dependency on information systems without adequate risk management poses serious threats to organizational effectiveness, service continuity, and public trust. This study aims to design IT governance and risk management at the Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of a district government using the COBIT 2019 framework, focusing on domain EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimization) and APO12 (Managed Risk). A descriptive-qualitative method was employed using capability assessment through questionnaires, observations, and interviews with 12 key respondents mapped using the RACI model. The results show that the risk governance capability in EDM03 is at Level 2 (Managed), while APO12 is at Level 3 (Defined). The gap analysis reveals the need to strengthen procedural documentation, integrate risk reporting systems, and increase awareness of IT security. This study provides comprehensive risk mitigation recommendations across people, process, and technology aspects. If properly implemented, these strategies are expected to enhance service efficiency, reliability, and institutional readiness for secure and sustainable digital transformation.
