Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between husbands' support and knowledge regarding childbirth and the level of anxiety experienced by primigravida during the childbirth process. The research adopts a quantitative approach by analyzing data from 297 pregnant women who visited during the months of March-April 2023. The analytical method employed is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. The research findings reveal a highly significant correlation between husbands' support and knowledge together with the anxiety levels experienced by primigravida. The implications of these findings provide further insight into the importance of the husband's role in providing support and knowledge to their partners during pregnancy and childbirth. Moreover, this research lays the groundwork for the development of interventions aimed at reducing the anxiety levels of primigravida through the enhancement of husbands' support and knowledge. Practical implications of this study include the development of reproductive health education programs that focus more on involving husbands in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of pregnant women.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explain and analyze the miraculous effectiveness of stem cell therapy in treating post-stroke patients, particularly those with diabetes, and to study the consistent properties of this treatment method. The research method employed is a case study that administered stem cell therapy to five post-stroke patients with diabetes, aged between 53 and 72 years. Patient care records, including evaluations and analyses, serve as the primary data source for this study. The stem cells utilized in the therapy are derived from products cultured by the CELLTECH Stem Cell and Banking Laboratory, with processes undergoing thorough quality reviews. The study demonstrates that stem cells have proven to be capable of repairing damaged cells, especially in post-stroke therapy. Some patients undergoing therapy at the CELLTECH Stem Cell Center have successfully recovered and regained the ability to walk. These results are reinforced by a series of laboratory tests confirming their efficacy. Treatments conducted at the Vinski Regenerative Center also show positive research outcomes, enhancing confidence in the clinic's medical services. The implications of this research suggest that stem cell therapy could be an effective method in treating post-stroke patients with diabetes. The positive outcomes of this research could also bolster public trust in medical services provided by stem cell therapy centers such as CELLTECH Stem Cell Center and Vinski Regenerative Center. Further studies and the development of stem cell therapies may open new possibilities in the treatment of post-stroke and related conditions.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effect of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance disclosure on the stock performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2018-2022 period, using the price earning ratio (PER) as an indicator of stock performance. The research population includes companies listed on the IDX with ESG scores from the Thomson Reuters Eikon Database during the period studied. The research sample of 190 companies was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression Analysis with the help of STATA 14 for Windows software. The research results show that environmental performance partially has a positive and significant influence on stock performance, while social and governance performance has no significant influence. Simultaneously, environmental, social, and governance performance variables influence the company's stock performance. This research implies that companies on the IDX can improve their stock performance by paying attention to environmental performance aspects. Even though social and governance performance does not partially show a significant influence, attention to these three aspects can improve overall stock performance. These findings provide insight to practitioners, regulators, and investors regarding the importance of ESG disclosure in the context of the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Sense, feel, think, and act and relate to customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The research sample was 412 Uniqlo fast fashion customers using non-probability sampling techniques. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS Version 4 application. The research results found that (1) sense and relate directly have a positive effect on customer loyalty, (2) feel, think, and act do not directly have an effect on customer loyalty, (3) sense and relate affect loyalty, partially mediated by job satisfaction, and (4) feel, think, and act have no effect on customer loyalty and are fully mediated by customer satisfaction. The influence of experiential marketing on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction can predict success by more than ninety percent. This research has implications for understanding the factors that influence customer loyalty in the context of fast fashion, especially for Uniqlo. The research findings emphasize the significant direct influence of Sense and relate to customer loyalty, providing insight into the aspects that play an essential role in building and maintaining customer loyalty. Additionally, the mediating role of job satisfaction and customer satisfaction provides insight into the mechanisms underlying the relationship of experimental marketing elements with loyalty. Practically, these insights can guide marketers and managers in designing strategies to increase customer loyalty through targeted experimental marketing efforts.
