Abstract

This research aims to examine the internal factors that determine MSME business performance. This research uses a literature review approach. The data collection technique in this research uses the literature study method. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that the internal factor determining MSME business performance is that MSMEs are essential in developing the national economy. Hence, MSMEs require more attention regarding their business performance. Performance is a result of efforts made both in quality and quantity. The measurement of MSME business performance can be seen from the increase in sales, which is the increase in the number of purchases made by customers for the goods sold. In a business, performance always rises and falls, as does MSME business performance because several internal factors determine it: finance, customers, internal business processes, learning, and growth.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for the 100 ml Dharmasan product at PT PPI (Persero) Semarang branch. The data collection method in this research used observation and questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 55 respondents. The independent variables of this research are price and product quality. The dependent variable of this research is purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis of respondents, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression method, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. Multiple linear regression coefficients were used to analyze the data. Based on calculations using SPSS version 25, the research results show that the regression equation is Y = 0.555 + 0.412X1 + 0.490X2 + e, which can be interpreted as that price (X1) and product quality (X2) have a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Ho was rejected based on the t-test results for price and quality, and Ha was accepted because each variable had a calculated t-value greater than the t-table. The F test results show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because the f-count is greater than the f-table. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R square value is 0.848, meaning that the price and product quality variables contribute to purchasing decisions by 84.8%. In comparison, the remaining 15.2% is determined by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research explores the perspective of the challenges of digital business ecosystem players who utilize digital technology in the freshwater fisheries industry in Central Java. Methodology Obtained from ecosystem actor informants through interviews. This research falls under the mix method criteria where qualitative challenge analysis is carried out from triple helix sources (government, universities and industry) which produces challenge clusters so that they are qualitative in nature. natural. in nature. Research can be carried out on SME respondents using number 8. These SMEs assess clusters based on what they face and the obstacles that exist in their industry. Through this mixed method more comprehensive results were obtained, validating the challenge statement. The results of the research show critical clusters that are important and deserve attention for assessing the current situation through quadrant distribution graphs, namely Attitudes and SME Business Actors in Utilizing Digital Business Technology, Business Actors' Mindsets towards Digital Business Technology, Evaluation of Government Support, and Business Readiness Technology Digital. thus creating change for the better as a form of future strategy that is neater and more distributed according to the needs of the actors. Research implications: Data collection using interviews with the group concept mapping method limits researchers in confirming results and invites grouping of collected challenge statements so that the GCM method is not recommended for small studies. In addition, the greater the number of respondents, the more valid the results are for various SME conditions.
