Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the financial performance of infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Using a quantitative method with a comparative approach, this study measures financial ratios such as liquidity (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio), solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio), and profitability (Net Profit Margin) in the period before (2019) and during the pandemic (2020). Data were analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test to identify significant changes. The results showed a significant decrease in average profitability of 30.52 points (p = 0.000), reflecting the major challenges in maintaining net profit during the pandemic. Liquidity increased significantly with an average increase of 158.37 points (p = 0.000), indicating excess current assets due to reduced project activities. However, solvency did not change significantly with a p value of 0.193, indicating stability in the company's funding structure. This study confirms the complex impact of the pandemic on the infrastructure sector, where liquidity increases but profitability decreases, while solvency remains stable. These results provide an empirical basis for formulating policies that support financial management and sustainability of the infrastructure sector.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the management of competitive school culture in fostering teacher creativity and innovation at SMA Negeri 2 Plus YPMHB Sipirok. Competitive school culture is considered as one of the important factors in encouraging teacher professional development, which in turn can improve the quality of learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the management of competitive school culture at SMA Negeri 2 Plus YPMHB Sipirok includes strategies such as improving teacher professionalism through continuous training, collaboration between teachers, and giving awards to innovative teachers. However, there are challenges such as resistance to change, limited resources, and high workloads that hinder the implementation of a competitive culture to the maximum. In the discussion, this study emphasizes the importance of the role of transformational leadership in creating a climate that supports creativity and innovation, as well as the need for external support to overcome existing obstacles. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools continue to strengthen the management of competitive culture by paying attention to supporting factors such as relevant training, adequate resources, and reducing administrative barriers, in order to create a more innovative and creative environment among teachers

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing the Self-directed learning learning model assisted by blended learning on the cognitive learning outcomes of Environmental Chemistry Students. This study focuses on seeing the extent to which the use of the self-directed learning model, namely self-efficacy, self-control and desire for learning assisted by blended learning, influences cognitive learning outcomes. This research method uses a quasi-experimental design with a Post Test Only Control Design involving a control group and an experimental group as samples. The independent variable in this study is a learning model consisting of two dimensions, namely self-directed learning (SDL) assisted by blended learning in the experimental group and learning with lectures assisted by blended learning in the control group. The dependent variables include cognitive learning outcomes, and the results of the SDL component test. The research procedure begins with the stages of preparing materials, samples, and environmental conditions, then continues with making instruments to collecting data. Cognitive learning outcome data were analyzed using the SPSS t test which showed that the self-directed learning model assisted by blended learning influenced the cognitive learning outcomes of students in learning environmental chemistry at the Doe Islamic Study Institute. Self-directed learning involves the discovery and solving of problems that are scientifically and socially important. The SDL model invites students to participate more actively independently, in a structured way in critical and creative thinking in presenting solutions, thus motivating students to be involved independently in the entire learning process.

Abstract

This research was carried out by means of field research, namely collecting quantitative data. This research uses secondary data obtained from distributing questionnaires, with a sample size of 30 students. This research aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal intelligence and Aqidah Moral Learning Outcomes at MIS Miftahul Hasanah.  The learning outcomes of Class V students at MIS Miftahul Hasanah in the subject of moral beliefs are in the low category where after being classified, 26% got a score of 93-100, 43% of students got a score of 84-92, while 31% of students got a score of 75-83. The learning outcomes of Class V students in the subject of moral beliefs after using the interpersonal intelligence approach are included in the very category where after being classified 50% got a score of 93-100, 30% of students got a score of 84-92 , while 20% of students got a score of 75-83 . The relationship between interpersonal intelligence is related to the learning outcomes of class V moral beliefs at MIS Miftahul Hasanah. Based on the value of t_(count)(15,736) > t_table (1.69236). This is also supported by the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 92.9%, which shows that the independent variable interpersonal intelligence is able to explain 92.9% of changes in the dependent variable, namely learning outcomes of moral beliefs. Meanwhile, the remaining 7.1% is explained by variations or other factors not included in this research model. Based on the research results that have been described statistically, it can be seen that interpersonal intelligence is simultaneously positively related to the learning outcomes of class V moral beliefs at MIS Miftahul Hasanah
