Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of Youth Management Communication (Naposobulung) on the practice of Christian Youth Faith in the HKBP Kobun Kopi Resort Kobun Kopi Church. The population of the study was Naposo Bulung (Youth) HKBP Kobun Kopi with a total of 41 people. This study uses a descriptive method while the data analysis used in hypothesis testing is Pearson Product Moment correlation and the data collection tool is a closed questionnaire for variables X and Y. To determine the extent of the influence of Youth Management Communication (naposobulung) on the practice of Christian Youth Faith, the Pearson product-moment correlation statistical test was used. From the test results obtained r = 0.71 while to determine the significance of the correlation coefficient at a real level of 0.05 used the "t" test with the test criteria if thit is smaller than ttab then the hypothesis is rejected and in other cases can be accepted. The results of the hypothesis test, obtained thit and greater than ttab (6.32> 1.68) thus the hypothesis is accepted. So, it can be stated that there is an influence of communication between Youth Administrators (naposobulung) on ??the Practice of Living Faith in Christian Youth.

Abstract

Development of Interactive E-LKPD Assisted by QR Code on Two-Variable Linear Equation System Material (SPLDV) at MTs Al Fauzi Cinta Rakyat. This study aims to produce an Interactive E-LKPD product Assisted by QR Code on Two-Variable Linear Equation System Material. This study is a type of development research using 4-D (four-D) research procedures, namely the definition stage, design stage, development stage, and disseminate stage. The subjects of this study consisted of 3 validators, namely material expert validators and media expert validators, consisting of 2 mathematics lecturers and 1 mathematics teacher. In addition, the study was also conducted on 22 class VIII students of MTs Al Fauzi Cinta Rakyat. The results of this study: 1) Researchers have produced interactive E-LKPD assisted by QR Code on the material of two-variable linear equation system; 2) The results of the E-LKPD assessment from material experts were 96% with a very valid category and the results of the E-LKPD assessment from media experts were 91% with a very valid category; 3) The results of the assessment trial through the student response questionnaire obtained an average percentage of 93.95% with a very positive category. Based on the assessment results from material experts, media experts, and student responses, the E-LKPD product developed is valid and suitable for use as teaching materials in mathematics learning.

Abstract

In the digital era, citizens have the responsibility to actively participate in their communities and contribute to sustainable development. Digital technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including citizenship. Digital citizenship refers to a person's ability to participate ethically and responsibly in the digital environment. Citizen skills in the context of digital citizenship include digital literacy, critical thinking, ethical online interactions, and understanding digital policies. A research study focused on strengthening citizen skills in the context of digital citizenship, using quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The study surveyed 100 active students at Faculty of Teacher and Education Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and found that over 60% of respondents demonstrated proficiency in the five indicators of digital citizenship. Citizenship skills enable citizens to adapt to the digital era, fostering active participation in public decision-making and constructive public interaction. This research emphasizes the importance of developing these skills to become good digital citizens.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy of MTs Miftahul Jannah Langkat Regency in improving quality sustainable. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The primary data source in this research is the principal’s school, while the secondary data sources are the deputy principal for Curriculum, teacher representatives and the school committee. The data collection techniques used in this research are: (a) observation, and (b) interviews. Data validity tests in qualitative research include: (a) credibility testing, (b) transferability testing, and (c) dependability testing. Data management and analysis techniques in this research go through the process of: (a) classification or description, (b) reduction or researcher focus, and (c) selection or interpretation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the school's strategy for sustainable quality improvement consists of: (1) the factual conditions of MTs Miftahul Jannah Langkat Regency consisting of: school program planning, implementation of school programs, and monitoring and evaluation of school programs. (2) the school's strategy for improving the quality of education through the Total Quality Management approach at MTs Miftahul Jannah Langkat Regency, and (3) supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing TQM.

Abstract

Literacy and numeracy are basic skills that are very important in supporting educational success. Literacy involves the ability to read, write, and understand information, while numeracy includes logical and mathematical abilities used in everyday life. This article aims to analyze the role of educational management in improving literacy and numeracy based on a literature review from national and international journals. This study found that effective management strategies, such as the application of transformational leadership and a data-driven approach, have a significant influence on improving these competencies. By integrating these strategies, educational managers can create programs that are more adaptive, evidence-based, and relevant to students' needs. This article also presents strategic recommendations to improve the quality of literacy and numeracy sustainably.

Abstract

Literary works are defined as personal expressions of human thoughts, feelings, and experiences communicated through written or spoken form. These expressions serve aesthetic purposes and are classified into two main categories: fiction and nonfiction. Fiction encompasses a wide array of literary forms, including prose, poetry, and drama. Prose, in particular, is characterized by its free form, unbound by the constraints of poetic or song forms. Prose is generally used to convey stories, ideas, or information in a relaxed and natural way. In this article, the intrinsic elements of the selected short story analysis entitled The Gift of the Magi by O. Henry are analysis. The story is analysis in digital form and taken from a website on the internet. The descriptive qualitative method is used in the article to help interpret the elements found in the story. The study's findings indicate the presence of four notable intrinsic elements within the short story: plot, character, setting, and narrative perspective.

Abstract

In "Young Goodman Brown," Goodman Brown, is a young man who leaves his wife, Faith, and ventures into the forest one night, despite her pleas for him to stay. In the forest, he meets a mysterious old man who turns out to be the devil. The devil leads him to a gathering where Goodman Brown witnesses respected members of his community, including his minister and his wife, participating in a satanic ritual. This revelation shatters Goodman Brown’s perception of the world and his faith in others. He becomes disillusioned and loses trust in everyone, including Faith, whom he had once cherished. At the end of story, he returns to his village, a changed man, distrustful and disconnected from those around him. The story explores themes of faith, temptation, loss of faith or innocence, and etc. In this article the author wants to present the elements of fictional prose, especially the themes that are at the core of the story, through various sources obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the personality of the main character in the film Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap by Bene Dion, analyze personality types based on literary psychology studies, and identify the role of the father in the film. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through film observation, listening techniques, and taking notes. The analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the main character in the film has various personalities, such as being easily angered, stubborn, patient, and careful in expressing opinions. Based on the analysis of literary psychology, the personality types found include gepasioner, phlegmatic, choleric, nerveuzen, and sentimental. In addition, this film depicts a father figure who plays a role as a decision maker, monitor, and protector for his family. These findings indicate that Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap not only presents family conflicts but also provides reflections on the psychological and social dynamics in parent-child relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in fostering an attitude of inter-religious tolerance at Mutia Rahma Bulu Cina School, Hamparan Perak. The method used was qualitative, with a descriptive approach to explore the experien ces and views of teachers and students. The results showed that PAI teachers, through various religious activities and interactive teaching, succeeded in instilling the values of tolerance and mutual respect among students. Despite facing challenges such as community prejudice, the commitment and dedication of PAI teachers play an important role in creating a conducive learning atmosphere. This research confirms the important role of religious education in shaping a more tolerant and harmonious generation. It confirms that the role of religious education is not only important for the school environment, but also has a long-term impact on society. By instilling attitudes of tolerance, religious education can contribute to reducing the potential for social conflict and promoting interfaith harmony. Overall, the results of this study show that PAI teachers have a great responsibility in shaping a more tolerant and cultured generation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of tahsin lecturers in improving the Qur'an reading ability of students at the Institut Syekh Abdul Halim Hasan Binjai. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. The participants in this study were tahsin lecturers and students who participated in the tahsin program at the institute. The results of the study show that tahsin lecturers make several efforts to enhance students' Qur'an reading skills, such as providing intensive guidance in reading, correcting reading mistakes, and motivating students to practice more diligently. Lecturers also use individualized approaches according to the needs and abilities of each student. Furthermore, moral support and the habituation of reading the Qur'an outside the classroom also contributed to improving students' abilities. This study provides insights into the role of tahsin lecturers in teaching Qur'an reading at the higher education level.
